I have an excellent experience with this clinic. If youre wanting excellent service and care, this is the place to go! All of the staff is super friendly and warm. Actually I had loose implants and Dr. Rich comforted me and took care of my tooth. He informs you of the procedures to understand what He is doing, and I left confident and happy with the work he performed. I am so grateful for the work he did. The office is new and beautifully decorated, and their COVID procedures made me feel very safe. I am very grateful to Dr. Rich and his staff for making me feel better during a very stressful time.

Called about an emergency tooth removal when they were all booked up for the day, but the doctor made room for me. My tooth gave him quite a fight, but I felt no pain during the procedure. Everyone there was kind and helpful and also fast! Got home and when the drugs wore off I felt absolutely no pain. It’s now been about 24 hours and I still feel no pain where the tooth was removed. Great work and I’ll be happy to see them again in the future.

3 hour round trip every time I see Dr. Rich and its definitely worth it. I had an existing implant bridge that cost more than double what dr. Rich charges. The other dentist had a lot of big hidden fees, $550 xray and a surgical guide that cost another $600. My back home dentist thinks the implants by Dr. Rich are top notch and I couldnt be happier.They also have these TVs that are perfectly positioned to watch when getting your work done.

We’ve gone to this place for implants multiple times and also referred our family and friends! I can’t give five stars only because the front desk Polish lady with short hair gets very frustrated if you ask questions of how much insurance paid for your service. If you don’t understand she huffs and puffs and rolls her eyes. So wrong! When lots of money is involved customers deserve to know ! Especially if you are elderly!

Dr. Guerra removed this curved root tooth that other another doctor mentioned would need a specialist. It was almost painless and was removed faster than expected and he was able to do the bone graft. Glad I decided to have it done here and now Im on my way to having the implant completed.

Ive seen Dr. Rich several times over the last 7 years, most recently just this October/November 2019 when I cracked my crown. He got me in right away and made a very impressive temporary crown in office to help me look normal until the final crown came in a few weeks later. The process was painless, and because he has all of the latest technology in his office, the crown fit perfectly. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Guerra charges obscene prices acting like hes on Michigan Ave when the sad reality is that hes on Harlem Ave. He does not get a patients signature prior to a procedure being done which is standard practice with any upscale dentist. He tends to profile minorities as they can easily get taken advantage of which is very sad and unprofessional. If there was an option of not giving him a single star, I would have done that, but since it isnt, I had to resort to one star. Please be aware before considering to go see him. Do your research and look for dentists that get your authorization BEFORE each procedure and that disclose all costs of every procedure so that you dont end up getting ripped off by a low level dentist. Also, dont just take his word for which procedures are necessary for you, always get a second opinion. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!

I am a cardiologist and i highly recommend Dr Guarra!Dr Guarra is very highly skilled. You just dont even feel the lidocaine anesthesia needle! He used a vibration device on your cheek that fools the brain to focus on the vibration rather than the anesthesia needle. This is true.He took the time to explain everything to me, starting with the existing teeth structure, the need or not for a bone graft. He is highly skilled to do a sinus lift bone graft in case you need an implant on your upper teeth. Other than oral surgeons (expensive) not many dentists do this and Dr Guarra does this procedure. I had it and it was pain free.The placing of the implant titanium post is easy for him. Because he has done 1000s of implants. Abutment placement also same story. Its easy and painless.Finally he takes the time to match the shade of the crown to your existing teeth.I am a physician. I know whats going on. And I drove 45 mins for Dr Guarra. Not once have i felt pressured to do anything i didn’t want to do. I always felt that i was doing everything within my comfort level.I recommend him highly. I have had two implants and they were perfect. I’m a cardiologist. I just state the truth.

I rarely if ever give reviews especially in the medical/Dental area....and I was definitely waiting for most, if not all of my extensive work to be done before I even considered leaving a review. I am almost finished and cant be happier. Without making this a complete novel of a review....let me just say that I have been to many dentist through out my 50 years....a top level family dentist growing up(my father was a Doctor and had many doctor friends) and in the military I had top notch care and everything in between afterwards. Unfortunately, I have had some bad experiences too...anyway,I know what I am saying,when I say; you cant do much better when it comes to complete dental care and implants...they have a nice place on Harlem with easy parking..but please dont judge the lack of a fancy building and zip code or parking garage with what you get....there also may be some negative reviews because of some remodeling and casual attire of the head doctor....all of it is ridiculous or because of impossible people and besides all the remodeling is over....you cant get a better job done on your teeth or deal with a better staff ....not to mention the prices are more than fair...I hate to use the word bargin but it is but you still get the best of care....it is almost unheard of these days to actually get great service and care without paying crazy prices...I can give several examples of paying much more and getting far less in service and results....Dr. Rich and Dr. Gandhi are so great and if you dont feel comfortable in the chair.....you probably wont feel good in any dentists chair....even with writing so much...I still cant come close to describing how great and professional of a operation they have going....there is another Doctor who works there but I am not familiar with him.....it is THE PLACE for implants and I am so happy with my results.....really..I wish I went to them years ago...thanks Dr Rich and Dr Gandhi works miracles at saving teeth and making a difficult job look easy.....great place and people.......

My front tooth chipped this week around 8:30 pm. I had an early presentation the follwing morning and did not want to address my peers with half a tooth. I went to Dr.Rich with a cracked tooth thinking I would need a crown.Dr.Rich did X-rays and said the tooth lost it’s integrity and he could not save my tooth he would need to be pull it.Not what I wanted to hear.But trusted his decision.So he first pulled my tooth then he needed to do grafting ,along with several other steps to implant! Dr. Murzda is incredible! Im someone who is absolutely terrified of the dentist and he made me feel so taken care of. I had to get a tooth pulled and he did it so quickly I couldnt believe it! He made sure I felt absolutely no pain. I felt a little bit at one point but didnt think it was a big deal (he said raise your hand if you feel anything) but he noticed me wince and gave me another shot. I didnt even really feel the shots, the pinch was way less than I feel when I get a shot in my arm. He warned me before anything scary happened like you may feel a crack which was very reassuring. And finally he and his assistant were so kind and understanding while I was absolutely freaking out in the chair. I was squirming (and sweating lol) so much and never once did they mention it or make me feel like I was overreacting. I still dont like going to the dentist but I dont mind so much if Dr. Murzda is taking care of me!

On a Sunday dr. Guerra removed a badly infected tooth. I was in a lot of pain and he answer the phone right away when I called his number. The price is reasonable and I felt almost no pain during the procedure. What a relief.

My boyfriend and I drove over 4 hours to come here for his dental implant because the prices were so much cheaper! He’s beyond pleased with how it turned out. About a 3 1/2 month step process for him but everything healed fantastically and it was well worth the wait and drive! The staff and Dr. Guerra were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful through the whole process. 5 stars for sure!

Dr. Rich is a very good dentist. They have all of the state of the art equipment, and expertise to go with the office. They even have a Tv for you to watch while you have your teeth cleaned! Very honest too, as they check everything over with the insurance before doing any procedures.

I just visited the office today for a free consultation that included a free panoramic X-ray and another tooth bite X-ray, Dr. Guerra gave me 2 options which I am considering one of them once I know the final plan with my braces wherther I am gonna pursue it or not.Dr. Matt was really helpful and took time to explain to me the option in layman language so I can fully understand, all my questions were answered and I felt that I had a great experience.I will come back for the extraction and bone graft then implant. I will update this review once I have all the work completed but I am confident and have no doubt the work will be done perfectly.

Professional service and reasonable compared to local outrageous rates. You save more by paying up front. Had 3 implants done, two to replace a failed bridge. It takes a number of visits, but they are concerned about your well being and take a lot of time to get it done right. Easy drive to get to just off I-90. Recommended, no need to fly abroad to save $$.

Amazing experience, couldnt be happier. Even though my dental insurance didnt cover implants, classifying the procedure as cosmetic, the staff was able to introduce me to Care Credit. From day one, everything was explained in detail, step by step. Entire process took about 3 1/2 months. Final 2 procedures were done by Dr. Brian who was meticulous, detail oriented and a great passionate guy! I cant say enough great things about my experience. I paid HALF of what I was quoted by my primary dentist ($4000 vs $7500). Dr. Guerra has completed thousands of implant procedures, that speaks volume folks. Dont trust your over priced, inexperienced family dentist; go see Dr. Guerra if you want it done right.

Did Botox with Dr. Rich and he used such fine needles (0.5cc/ml) that it didn’t hurt at all. He is very professional and thoughtful. I would highly recommend him.

I dont get it. Based on all of these reviews, we went here. Is it because they give a discount to give a review, so none are real? Im not sure. But the website is very clear and says that its $1800 per tooth. Except for when you actually get there.It should be $7200 for the 4 teeth based on his website. Ill send a complaint to the Attorney Generals Consumer Fraud division so that they either honor their prices or remove the fake prices from the website that they dont actually offer.Lastly, he cut off our explanation and was clearly preoccupied. He didnt want to be in the room, and then secondly, a call came in and he took it and while we waited, he argued with a family member about some car he bought for them, blah blah.

I had to have a tooth removed and an implant. The oral surgeon my dentist referred me to quoted at least $4k which from asking around is a typical price.A quick google brought up Rich Guerra. He ended up costing half that, and after insurance I had a very manageable payment.I was very pleased to see that the office had all the same high end equipment as the other guy.Rich and his team, including all the admin staff were super efficient and courteous.The whole procedure was smooth. And the final X-Rays and smile show a great, and healthy, result.If you are considering Northside Dental Implants but are worried it is too good to be true, I can tell you it is not. You have nothing to lose by going for a consultation so dont hesitate!

Though a long process from extraction to final crown Dr Guerra and his associates were wonderful! From front office to assistants and follow up dentists I couldnt have asked for a better team. He is skilled, quick, a good problem solver and a first class fellow. There were other implant specialists that were recommended but I doubt that any dentist would have the level of implant experience that Dr Rich has.I will absolutely recommend him. Recently I lost single front tooth. Went to see dentist Dr. Richard Guerra for dental implant based on excellent online reviews. I came on time with appointment, put me waiting for one whole hour in the lobby, then took me to take x-ray and lying onto the dentist chair, then put me waiting for another 30 mins, Dr. Richard Guerra finally came out, he spent one min on my x-ray took there, then suggest to extract my another tooth, or better extract the other three teeth before he can put in one or two implants. Once I started to discuss his plan, he took me right out and sent me to reception desk, where I asked dentist phone #, they gave me generic email address instead. wrote two emails, never heard back till Today. I would stay away from Dr. Richard Guerra. Hey, I have $20,000 in my health saving account, but I will not spend a penny there.

We had appointment today for implant consultation at 10 am.We went there 20 minutes earlier and waited there till the doctor came in. He kept us waiting more than 20 minutes. From back door he came in and did not apologize to be late.He came directly to us. Without washing hands he wore gloves.During the inspection his focus area was TV. He turned on TV and started to watch movie. His focus was movie not us.They kept the sign free consultation for implant.We rather to pay value of the consultation instead of the be tread like this. I did not get any answer whatever I asked for implant.We had many Xrays with another doctor and he gave some reason to make some xray to charge us something.Two weeks before I called the doctor office to switch the appointment for a week before that I have. Office told me he is very busy we cant change the appointment. Office was completely empty. They try to tell people we are very busy!.. People choose us!It is very weird to see dentist with wearing short and without apron.Just wasting the time there!..

Going to the dentist can be nerve wrecking but when youre in pain and they make it a priority to get you feeling great again you cant help but appreciate and heave a sigh of relief on the way out. I highly recommend this office for their professionalism and positive energy.
