They are very polite and fast. Only problem I had was the fact that I was told one thing when I called for the appointment and then when I got there they said something different. Thank God I followed my first mind and brought my wallet. The prices are a little steep but the service over all was pleasant.

The entire staff made me feel comfortable! I received my crown today 4/20/21. Although it looks somewhat shorter than my other bottom teeth, it feels great! The crown was recommended and I trust that I needed it.

The women who work here are Never in a good mood. Once I’m done with procedure I’ll be going somewhere else.

Calling the front desk and waiting at least 5 minutes on several occasion. The front desk staff has rotated so when you walk in they dont acknowledge you. The hygienists there are the best, very helpful. This location is good once you get pass the front desk.

I was very impressed with their state of the art equipment. The staff was courteous and professional and they were very thorough in providing my care and treatment. They gave me a crown that looks and feels great when a different network said my tooth had a hairline fracture and may not survive treatment to get a crown and that it would possibly cause me to lose the tooth. So glad I came here. They are competent and I wont be going anywhere else!

The experience I received was going fine until I got to the hygienist and the financial advisor. The tech person taking X-rays and the dentist were of excellence and treated me with the utmost respect and quality of care. However, the lead dental hygienist was disrespectful, rude in her approach, demeanor and tone towards me. I was made to feel uncomfortable as I was talked to in an insulting mannerism; which was an insult to my intelligence; and her tone was very down and condescending towards me. I believe at some point during her interaction with me she became dishonest. The man explaining the treatment plan and financial part was also unbecoming in his role as a professional and was found to be contradicting and conflicting in his approach; as he appeared to focus more on me agreeing to apply for a credit card which was the last thing I wanted to do; was to create a debt during this pandemic. At this present time is not the time to be creating unnecessary debt and be set up for failure. I am a working patient and desire to pay for my portion out of pocket. I was very disappointed as I stated the other staff mentioned in the beginning of this narrative; including the front office staff demonstrated a genuine care and concern for me and my well being. When interacting with the two staff I experienced problems with I felt as if was a target to manipulate. The fact that I came in with a top notch insurance plan (a PPO) too; they cared more about the dollar amount they could prey out of me. The saying; “it’s not what a person say to you or do to you; it’s the way that person make you feel that can leave an everlasting negative affect on a person. One must be careful to assume others are naive; but rather take into consideration that some patients do research matters in advance. Terrrible place. They tried to sell me an overpriced electric toothbrush. No dentist looked in my mouth at all, but they tried to bill me for dental services that I did not have. They charged me $35 dollars for toothpaste which is usually complimentary. I have dental insurance and they charged me almost $900 up front. They submitted a claim to my insurance company and according to my insurance I should not have had any out of pocket patient costs. I had to request a refund from them and it has been 5 months and I still have not received a complete refund. I have been placed on forever hold trying to discuss this matter with them. They have not been helpful at all. There are much better dental offices to go to than Aspen. I dont have anything good to say about this corrupt company.

I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH ASPEN DENTAL. When I first went there everything was fine. The staff is very friendly. I left with an understanding of the dental work that I wanted would be done without any delays or problem. Feeling confident in the agreement between my dentist and myself, I foolishly paid the whole balance up front. On my next visit I went there ready to have my work done but instead was seen by another dentist whom later I was told was the orthodontist. She took it upon herself to change the whole plan of what I wanted, and I would have been receiving half the services for the same cost. If I wanted to continue with our AGREED PLAN it would cost me $1500.00 more. I did not agree. Plus the had some more charges that I had paid for that I thought was part of the procedure and necessary, but were just extra money makers for them like the electric toothbrush kit, special mouth rinse etc. Over $200. I wanted dentures put in. What would I need a tooth brush for? Also they charge me for a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. Who does that? I wanted a refund and I didnt get all my money back. I was charged for the appointments x-rays and the orthodontist fee who I didnt request to see. They kept over $800. I went to another dentist and got my teeth pulled and my new dentures with less cost and hassle. So I am praying for Aspen Dental. They must understand that GOD SEE EVERYTHING and HE ALWAYS DEFEND HIS people.

Our experience has been horrible! My husband went in to get his bottom teeth pulled and a plate made. This has been a 6 month process. When he went in for the visit (one week prior to the appointment for his extractions), they took his impressions but said nothing about an infection. So the following week he went in for his extractions and halfway thru the process was in extreme pain. The dentist realized that he had an infection and had to proceed because he had a tooth partially extracted. Novocain does not work when you have an infection. So he had his tooth pulled and felt every bit of the pain.That night he bled excessively, soaking his entire pillow with blood. Aspen did not have an emergency line to call and we had to go to urgent care.After multiple appointments afterwards for whatever fittings Aspen seemed to need, he still did not have his permanent plate. They said his gums needed to recede. This had not been the process when he had his top teeth extracted and his top dentures made (at a different dentist in a different state). So, 6 months later his temporary partial plate broke. He works out of town most of the time and literally had no bottom teeth. I called to get his bottom plate. They had called us and told us they were ready. Everything had been paid for. I go in the only day they have evening hours and pick it up. I didn’t open the packaging until I got home and found that all that was there was a metal plate (looked like something you would have attached the false teeth to). But there are no teeth in this metal piece.They are closed tomorrow (Saturday), no emergency number, and he flies out of state on Sunday for a three week job ... and he has NO bottom teeth. I am so upset that I am frantically trying to find a phone number to their corporate office. I want his teeth! We paid for them.

These so called denture are truly disappointment. I havent eaten a solid meal since i gpt them. They have replaced them twice and on my third time currently. They have been adjusted at least ten times. Horrible just Horrible. I just want to eat in piece again.

Very personal , friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable and I also got added discount with my insurance. Very happy with my deep cleaning. Nicole the hygienist explained every procedure before starting and throughout. I am terrified of going to the Dentist but Dr Wilson, and his staff made me feel at ease. Jennifer the other Hygienist were excellent as well, she checked on me, although she did not do my deep cleaning. I enjoyed my visit, good vibes with all the staff. Last but certainly not least I really appreciated the office manager Matt. He broke down my bill concerning the procedures what my insurance covered and my contributions. He was very understanding and helpful.

The administrative staff needs to work on gathering insurance information timely and properly. I had to call my insurance company myself and connect them to Aspen Dental. Then they were asking questions that was already on the insurance card. I asked if they wanted me to email the insurance card in advance. But they didn’t. This took a lot of unnecessary time. Then they asked for a down payment to book the next appointment, and they are an “In Network” provider.

Nicole and Dr. Wilson were patience as they answered all my questions and ensured I understand the treatment plan recommended for me. What I disliked is the approach for handling the cost of the treatment plan. I felt like I was in a high pressure sales office. The office manager was polite etc, but I personally needed time to throughly weigh my options and not have to decide in the moment. I prefer to view on paper instead of their computer screen. Ultimately, I made the best choice for me. Yes, I am going back.

Good morning, I would love to start off by saying, how amazing everyone treated me. So kind, respectful, nice. I didnt want to come, because I knew I needed a lot of work done, and was ashamed to let anyone see my teeth. That feeling left instant, when the man started my X-ray ,didnt look down on me or made me feel uncomfortable. Then another young lady came in with a great sense of humor, explain what her field is and what shes going to be doing to my gums . So far so good, when the head Dentist came in, I told lets keep it going, he laugh, but he put the icing on the cake. He spoke to me very intelligent, didnt used words I didnt understand,he was very professional ,sum up what all I needed done. I would recommend Aspen Dental to all my friends and family.

I was supposed to get an 800 credit for work i did not what, Then had 2 fillings fall due to poor dental work

Ill start by saying I have not been to a dentist in about 10 years. I have had nothing but bad experience with dentists until I decided to try and go to this Aspen Dental location. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I was met with nothing but fantastic service. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the financial manager, have been nothing but kind and informative. Nicole and Jen are friendly and go into great detail with what they are doing and why, along with explaining what tools they are using and what they do. So far I have had two procedures done, an extraction that was fast and painless and a deep cleaning that was very quick and thorough. I plan to continue coming to Aspen Dental for all of my future needs.

If you are looking for top rate professional at its finest, I highly recommend Aspen Dental because they are THAT good! They took of everything we needed and more. When 2 young ladies tried to do my impressions, they kept getting it wrong. One of the young ladies was pressing too hard and was hurting my upper gum. The dentist himself had to do the impression and the moment he started i can tell it was going to be a good impression because he did it right. The tow ladies need to be trained all over again. As far as my deep cleaning i thought it went to fast, i felt that the lady who was cleaning my teeth was not really cleaning. I had a deep cleaning before and it was intense. She took about 2 min.

Okay so I get there and I wait 25 minutes past my apt time. That rubbed me wrong, however the young lady that did my dental X-rays was great. Even the hygienist. But this is where the 2 stars come in, these people tried to rob me. After the hygienist does her portion the dentist comes in and does his. Then I’m directed to the office manager I believe, where she tells me how much this visit will cost me. Something I’ve never experienced in the middle of a dental visit. Keep in mind at this point all I’ve had is an exam no actual work had been done. So it seemed fishy that I had to see the office manger before the service started. Keep in mind I have excellent dental coverage. She quotes me a price of 873 dollars and some change. I’m shocked I ask to see the itemization of the bill. And they have padded the hell out of it, adding things I didn’t ask for.So needless to say I got my purse and got the hell out of there. I took my business elsewhere..

I have a really bad fear of dental procedures. From the time I stepped in the door, everyone was so nice and welcoming. In the chair, the dentist and the assistants explained everything thoroughly; even telling me what each instrument does and that helped me with feeling alot less anxious and afraid. My tooth got infected started to swell gum and jaw my Dentist office is not seeing anyone I was told by my Prophet to call Aspen Dental I called 9pm they got me in within 2 days Dr Wilson is a God sent Dentist he talked step by step what was happening and his tech was on her game. Thank you guys so much the staff friendly and professional. The tooth removed painful after medication wore off but to be expected Thank you again Aspen Dental 95th Western.

The Financial manager wasn’t trying to work with me it was like he was all alpha money if you didn’t get the money upfront and he didn’t wanna talk about it

It started with the pricing. After agreeing upon a price. I told the man I needed time to make a decision on whether I wanted to do the dentures or not. He put my information through for a loan. I started getting billed the following month before I decided if I wanted the service. The loan was for 5000$ . I called him and he said it would be an additional 2100$ to get dentures. I said I didnt want to do it than. He said that the 5000$ would be enough to get the procedure done. The day of the surgery they tried again to add 2100$. I played the secretary the voicemail where he said 5000$ would be the cost. She says ok and the surgery proceeded . A month later, I get a bill from the loan company saying they added 2100$ to my bill. Without my consent. Not to mention I still have broken pieces of teeth in my gums . So bad I cant wear my bottom dentures. Horrible experience. Strongly urge you to look elsewhere
