If I could give this rinky dink doctor 0 stars I would! Kathy a receptionist is very rude and disrespectful as well as “Doctor” Herro. Everyone here is very nasty and this guy doesn’t even give you the correct prescription he just want the money from your insurance. It smells of cats and the office is always in an uproar due to their rudeness. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I walked in and i asked if the wait was very long because it was my first time there, the man said no its not a very long wait. He took my name and then the time that i got there. they keep calling our name for stupid reasons , my name got called like 10 times and still they make you go back to sit down , i walked out after the lady told me pick your glasses and sit down because there is another form to fill . i had already waited 1hr 30 mins, Pathetic.

Edit: Dr. Herro is great. It’s the front staff that needs a new system or something... I did not have to be there that long and it was obvious it was a mistake from the front desk.Writing this as I sit in their waiting room. Check the sign in, I got here at 2:35. It’s now 3:31 and my name was crossed off the list without even being attended. Everyone that came after me went ahead of me and now I’m still here waiting. The front desk guy had me fill out the info sheet AFTER everyone else was gone and I was the last one here. I AM STILL HERE WAITING. I had my insurance ID NUMBER but it wasn’t enough to check my eligibility? They had me call my insurance to fax them over this info.

Yesterday was my first time at the office and I was immediately greeted by the sweetest woman on earth! I needed glasses ASAP because my vision got worse within the year. The doctor knew exactly what he was doing and I finally got the prescription that I needed. My appointment was at 12PM and I was literally in and out. Absolutely no waiting time . I can see very sharp and I’m so happy. I will definitely stick to this office.

This office needs to be shut down. They opened at 9:30, employees showed up after 10, and with no urgency. They seemed unbothered and unconcerned about serving costumers. Their disregard for time is insane. Sadly, this is the what we see in Black communities. Thankfully, I was able to get into Pearl Vision on short notice. This place is a dump!

Will scam you. Ordered glasses and claimed they gave me a itemized receipt, they never did. They had told me to wait 4-6 weeks when I called to pick them up. They said the glasses were back ordered and I waited the 6 weeks had paid with card for them to tell me no we have no record of you ordering glasses the ladies were rude and snobby.

Great optometrist. Listened to my concerns... addressed them and corrected my vision. Would highly recommend Dr. Herro. Will be scheduling another visit soon.

Good Service. But sometimes the wait is really long. But its a very Good price and the doctor is very profesional. You can go early if you dont want to wait long because when its later it gets more busy and full. I have been going here for the past 3 years. I recommend it.

Went to get a basic exam, Dr.Hero had a lot of on-hand knowledge .. got it and got out was very professional and smooth!

Dr. Herro has excellent customer I Loved my experience with Dr. Herro for eye my exam. He was one of the most efficient opticians I’ve had the pleasure to work with, while still provid[ing] all the information I needed and swiftly moving through options.

I have been coming to this establishment for years never had a problem. I call up there today around 4 PM to order my contacts. I was put on hold for over 30 mins and I hung up at 4:50 pm and tried to call back the voice service picked up. That was really unprofessional.

This place don’t support the Military force and the people are very rude

They have made significant changes and they have been very effective... Yes, it can get busy, but what successful business doesnt?? I usually go in now right when they are opening and my wait is less than a half hour... I love this place!!! 😍😍😍

Well deserved 5 stars from me! Dr.les herro is very good at what he does, he made my kids feel very comfortable and even made jokes that had me laughing as well. Inside the building is design nicely but the only bad thing is u will be waiting awhile to be seen by the Dr because it seems to be always busy here no matter what time u come but overall 5 stars

I went in November before the holidays. It is now February and they claim my glasses still have yet to arrive. Also I paid for contacts the day of my exam and was given expired lenses. The doctor seemed nice but I wouldnt recommend going here.

The place is always packed and moves slowly. The staff is nice but sick at their jobs. I have been waiting for a pair of glasses for over 2 MONTHS! !!Honestly all of the services that they provide can be gotten online for the same price or cheaper and got dont have to deal with waiting. I started going here as a child. Even though I always got a bad vibe from the pervy Dr Herro, it was close to home and I could get inexpensive frames and eye exams. Now that I have children of my own, I tried to get them some glasses and got the run around for months until finally giving up! The guys at the front desk are rude for no reason. I wouldnt recommend coming here. Ever!

Would be nice not to wait two-four hours just for contacts and its five workers not incl. the Doc!! The attitudes could be better as well

I took my daughter there in June and its now September and still havent received her glasses yet...went somewhere else. The receptionist sound like one of those back in the day operators and talks to you as if you dont know what you calling for and then says shell call u back and never do...TERRIBLE place to go for 👓

I signed in and had been waiting for about 2 hrs. Then I noticed everyone that was walking through the door after me was being seen!! I asked, the receptionist could he check to see when will I be call. Then he informed me that they lost my prescription and stated that I was never seen by the optometrist there!!! Wow!!! Poor service!!

I used to come here for years and it has gotten progressively worse! If I could give zero stars, I PROMISE I would. Terrible service, long wait times, very unorganized. They make rules to fit what they have going on. I sat there today for over an hour only to be told that he couldnt see me without my insurance card. I showed him my insurance card that I downloaded from my app. He says, I need the actual card. I ask why, especially since Ive NEVER had a physical eyemed card, i ALWAYS use the app and IVE USED AT DR HERRO BEFORE!. He says well i need it today. I just left and will not go back.

HORRIBLE! The service was good, the long wait time in the office was expected. But I am still waiting on my glasses & I had my exam in December 2016!!!!!!! They have no idea what happen. Its almost time for a new exam & I still havent gotten my glasses! I will never go back or recommend this place! Also, the receptionist doesnt call you back when she says she will help after she looks over your chart!

If you like waiting hours just to be seen by rude staff and retarded doctor for cheap then go here. This place makes people wait hour just to pick up there glasses even if you paid cash. Then they lose paperwork and will not stand behind there high priced low quality glasses. There contacts are cheap but eye doctor will have you in something you cant see good out of. Called and they said they closed at 6, arrived there at exactly 5:30 and a female employee with dreadlocks had the door locked and was very rude. The employee advised me that they closed at 5:30 because she was ready to go, but since I didn’t have my prescription card she didn’t feel like looking up my information and to come back the next day. Very rude and unprofessional.

Disappointed because I was told repeatedly that my glasses would be back in 30 days then when you call to check... They tell you that with Medicaid its 6 to 8 weeks.... They lie just to get business. I didnt want to wait that long and couldve went to Americas BestWaited on my glasses for months now today 6.25.19 I go to pick them up and the door was locked at 5:15 those 2 ladies were very rude and blamed it on Dr.Herro that he is the one who has things disorganized

Ive been going here since I was 12 Im 37 now , the staff n the eye doctor are really pleasant tho the wait is long ,they do have signs telling the wait is long and if u r busy to come back , but they do try to accommodate u the best they can

This place is not organized what so ever, staff treats customers like they dont care your there or how long you been waiting. The only thing good there are the cheap prices, they need a better system of operating and they need to definitely treat customers like their choosing that eye clinic is appreciated.

My family have been patronizing this place all most 60 years, before dr. herro took over. when I tell you, he has destroyed a good business he did I never had experience such terrible customer service. Every one think he has great prices. Not true. People do your home work. He is really higher then most places. he prey on the poor. people that dont know any better. They have Nooooo respect for their clients time. I order eye glasses over a year ago and never received them. then tell me all kind of lies. first it was the insurance fault then we tried it again then they have no record that I even order classes. I had started paying extra for my contacts to be mail to my house because I have waited 11/2 to just pick up and I could not bare the customer service. remind you this will be my second visit for the same thing the hours that I put in for something I am paying for. The nerve of the doctor to think he is doing us a favor.No lie he told me himself. I refuse to continue to be ignorant by patronizing this pl. I had to tell them how I feel without cussing. I needed to pick up my record for my eye exam that I paid for and. They tell me I am not allowed in the gettooooo establishment!!!! I was in awe. I can go on an on. Some of the staff was stilling him blind. Every body watches each other back except the customer back, if you know what I mean. I can go on and on about what I have seen through out the years of patronizing this terrible place. people he is not doing you all a favor. speak up and make people respect you. especially when you are spending your 💰. I it took me 7 months to finally get my glasses and even then they werent ready so I mention to dr. Herrero that I was going to report them to the BBB then he made effort and said that he would make them personally well that he did he made them for it 12 year old the glasses dont even fit the frames dont even go over my ears one lens is three times thicker than the other hes a hes just bad business I would never go here again never recommend them to anybody and Im not going to even waste my time with the BBB cuz all the bad reviews hes got hell be going down soon and the staff hes got despicable

Terrible service went there in October 2017 eye exam and bought 2 pair of contacts they told me glasses with be ready in about 1 month its Jan 2018 no glasses still I called for a week straight they couldnt even find record of me coming there HOW!!!!!!!! now I have to go back take another eye exam and wait again another month or so and see if glasses come this time sad service
