I saw Dr. Jones here and she was nice and answered all my questions. I was a little nervous since it had been a while. They have cute glasses, but they are expensive. They didnt guilt me or hassle me for not purchasing glasses with them though and they just gave me my prescription so I can buy them elsewhere. The location is super convenient. This place met my needs and was friendly. Its a pretty standard LensCrafters!!

Went here for the first time and no complaints. The workers were friendly and were helpful in the process of frame selection. Overall, super efficient team here and will be coming back.

I needed a screw replaced in my eyeglasses. I had neither the eyesight nor the dexterity to carry out that task, myself... but this location did it for me without any muss or fuss!

Everyone was so nice! It made my experience very enjoyable. Nicholas was super helpful and patient during the pre-exam and while I was looking around for glasses. The doctor was wonderful and really positive during the exam!

I was fortunate to receive gracious service from this fine neighborhood establishment. Though I had not purchased my glasses there, they were kind enough to fix my frames, in need of screws. I was on vacation at the time so their willingness to help me, Free of charge, was a real sign of neighborhood business comroderie.

I brought my glasses which had a leg unattached due to a missing screw. Mind you I did not purchase them here. The staff was kind enough to attach it for me at no cost. Awesome place.

If I could give them a 10 start I could. Amazing staff with amazing ophthalmologists, they new what I needed as I have had lasik surgery before, they worked for my contacts prescription and even though is so difficult they took the time so I can see perfectly once again.... I have try many places and will never go anywhere else.

The staff and the ambiance of this location is great. Every visit tops the last one. Lejla is top notch, and so fly at what she does. The eye Doctor herself is soft spoken and clear on keeping you informed, making it a very pleasant experience. Plus you’ll find a perfect frame for yo face.

This location is absolutely the worst. They refuse to provide you a complete eye exam prescription unless you purchase a glasses with them. The $109 eye exam you paid for does NOT give you a FULL/COMPLETE prescription that you can purchase glasses elsewhere, especially online. They dont list any information online or inform you beforehand that the PD measurement is NOT included in your eye exam. Please avoid going to this location for eye exam or you have to do all the researches to understand all information you need for purchasing your glasses else where.

I had a great experience with LensCrafters Optique in Edgewater - Chicago. The staff and doctor were so helpful and friendly and their procedures and protocols they have in place to address the COVID-19 pandemic were reassuring and made me feel safe. Great selection of designer frames and the quality of my glasses were top notch. Highly recommended

Growing up, I didnt like going to any eye doctor appointment in general. I decided to give LensCrafters a chance. I gotta say... yall went above the expectation!

My appointment with the doctor was professional. She was great at explaining everything that she was doing. The front office/retail staff was friendly and I am confident I have the best new glasses for my face and style!

I’ve been a customer for many years and have spent well over $2000 just in eyewear. This last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. The doctor that performed my eye exam was great, but the sales associates seem to be overwhelmed and in need of additional training. Also, being told that they are too busy and too “swamped” for the follow up that’s promised is not acceptable. Disappointing because the Bryn Mawr location was so convenient.

Dr. Shpritz was wonderful, he was funny and made the exam go by nicely. The reason for two stars is Lenscrafters was out of network for my insurance so I paid $60 out of pocket for my exam, but since I didn’t purchase glasses with them, they shrugged me off.And when I called to have them email my prescription they said they ‘couldn’t guarantee it would get to me.’ Email is not a new concept.

Absolutely terrible service from an employee named Sikora. Let me give context by saying I have purchased two pairs of glasses averaging about $200 each from this Lenscrafters location. I came in today at 4:35 and was asked how I could be helped. The string holding my right lens to my frame snapped this morning and I needed them to be repaired. This is a procedure I have had done twice before, with an average time of 3 minutes. Sikora very rudely told me there was nothing she could do as they were closing in fifteen minutes. Keep in mind, this was 25 minutes before closing time. I am someone that does not like confrontations and I prefer to be polite, as I have worked in retail and customer service for over 10 years. Not only did Sikora have a terrible attitude and demeanor in which it was obvious that she was waiting for closing time so she could get out of there. I get that. What really really irritates me is that she took out that frustration on me, a paying and repeat customer to that location, and not only did that but LIED TO ME in telling me the procedure would take hours to fix and to come back tomorrow. I walked 2 miles to get to this store, wearing glasses is a NEED for me. For Sikora to be completely unaware and uncaring of my situation, when THAT IS HER JOB: to take care of the paying customers (really all customers) that walk through that door, regardless of if it is 25 or 15 minutes before closing time. I am extremely disappointed in Lenscrafters for allowing this type of behavior to exist in their stores.

I have been going here for many years. Very knowledgeable and very professional Optometrists and staff. I have never had an unhappy or difficult experience of any sort whatsoever.

Doctors are fine but the staff is very unprofessional. They only want to sell not to help. They were pushing my wife to have an eye exam to see how the contact lenses fit on her which cost 60-70 dollars. We told them not to but the lady who works there was very persistent, she followed my wife around the tiny store . I could just buy the glasses on Walgreens instead there but they never tells you that . Now , we go to a hospital that a great eye doctor is taking care of me and my wife.

I went here last week to get a eye exam and contact lenses and I loved the customer service!! I called before hand to set an eye exam appointment. I asked how long does somebody usually spend there for an eye exam and contact lenses and the lady over the phone said about 1 hour. This is my first time here but they made sure I saw the eye Dr. at my scheduled time. The Dr., Jasmine Said, was great and recommended a brand Ive never tried. They are fitted great and I can see so clear now! Ive been wearing them for a week and they feel great and not to mention my year supply came in 2 days after my visit. Overall I expected to spend near $320 and spent $288. Definately will be back when I need anything pertaining to my vision. I was surprised with all the great customer service each assistant provided. Great location for your vision.

I bought Ray ban prescription sunglasses ($1,000) from this store with a 1 year guarantee warrantee.I have a small scratch on 1 of the lenses but because I missed the 1 year date by just a month or so, the store will do nothing to help me with the scratch. They have lost my business due to the poor customer service.

Stopped in to get information, woman at the desk was really snotty and condescending. I won’t be going back.

I will never go back, employees are not friendly nor welcoming except one.My husband had wrong power on his glasses and need to go back several time.Lenses experts didn’t do well. It’s been a month still waiting for repaired glasses. Price is expensive than others.

The doctor seemed iffy about my eye exam results and kept having me run and rerun the exam. I personally think he didnt know how to work the equipment and I was there for early two hours. The rest of his staff was awesome. He was not.

This place is horrible. I never received a call about my that my contacts were in 2 months after they arrived and the staff is completely untrained and inexperienced. The doctors dont even take the time to listen to the patients about the brands that work with the patients eyes and they push you to get something else. Run far away.
