Fast and great customer service. The man that helped was very helpful

I had a first visit here today. I left in tears. Dr. Hawkins was very rude and showed no interest in helping me with a very basic problem. I didnt even want to finish the appointment so I left early and paid my co-pay (even though I received no services). If you are a women who cares about their health and well being. DO NOT GO HERE

Worst clinic by far Samantha the manager as she claims is very rude and racist. Never have I ever been treated so rude/badly in a medical setting. She speaks to adult women as if she is the deciding factor regarding their care. I would not recommend the clinic

If you have jumping veins you will understand my problem! I have always had a problem with having my blood drawn, or having an IV inserted in my arm due to my veins being hard to locate in my arm. As you know, you are not supposed to eat or drink after midnight before you go (which makes it harder for me, because I have smaller veins). Even during my entire pregnancy, my blood was always taken from my hand. During labor with my first child, 6 nurses tried to enter the IV and it didnt work (because of my veins bounce and are really small), so they inserted the IV in my hand as well. So... when the dr was trying to insert the IV, I was telling him of the complications Ive had before. The dr goes on to try to insert the IV into my arm for about 10 min. After noticing, that it was my veins (and I wasnt allowed to drink any water) the dr says, You know who are really good at finding veins? Heroine addicts, and laughs. I said, excuse me, I have never done drugs, but I have had this problem for as long as I can remember, as well as my mom having the same problem. The dr must have cut the anesthesia up, because next I know, I was waking up, and they were telling me my bf was there to pick me up.
