My daughter used to be scared to death to go to the dentist. The Smile Academy has fixed that and she, along with my other kids, look forward to going to the dentist now. Everyone, from the receptionist to the dentists are always kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Smith Academy to anyone looking for a great dentist.

All of the dentists and staff members at this office are amazing! They are so patient with the kids and work really hard to make each visit a good experience. My son has had great work done here and I’m so thankful to have such great dentists so close to home!

They were awesome with my 1 yr old and my 4 year old! So patient and kind. They let my 4 yr old check out all the tools and how they work so it was very comfortable for him. Definitely staying here!

Incredible place!! Will never take my son anywhere else!! The doctors do a great job of explaining everything!! All the tools and (shots) are handed to the doctor under the chair!! My son never sees any tools! They have awesome TVs and my kiddo was asked what movie he wanted to watch and was distracted the whole time!! My son is super nervous about the dentist and they offer anesthesia that he drinks and it helps him! I am very thankful for the Smile Academy!! I visited both the Cheyenne office as well as the the Laramie office and recommended both!!!

The Dr’s, Hygienists, and staff are always kind, caring, supportive and provide excellent dental care! My son is on the Autism Spectrum and they continue to provide his care into his “adult” years. He is familiar with them and they are always happy to accommodate his needs in whatever ways are necessary. They are very clearly giving 100% and care about their patients! I could not ask for more! We particularly like Hygienist Kristin & Dr. Allen!

Staff is so kind and patient with children. Ours sons first dentist appointment was last October and they were all dressed as ninja turtles and for a first time at the dentist it was amazing! The best Pediatric Dentistry around.

I just love this place for my kids. They are always so kind and cheerful. They explain everything to the kids and its just a great experience everytime.

My son has struggled for years with saying some words, and had an insane gag reflex. It was to the point that he could not eat some foods, as the second they got in his mouth he’d throw up. I was toldhe had a tongue tie when he was a baby, but that he’d grow out of it. That was 8 years ago. Dr. Bullock took one look at my son, told me his tongue tie was not going away; that it was pretty severe, and that most of his issues were caused by it. It was fixed in a quick procedure a few days ago and already my son’s issues are clearing up. Thank you, Dr. Bullock and your staff, who are always so kind, professional, and accurate! Smile Academy is amazing!!

Very expensive. My daughter took her son there and paid the bill in full at the time of visit. They told her she would get a discount for paying out of pocket. A year later and they still demand more money. Also she is receiving bills and insurance forms with private personal information for other patients that she doesnt know. Serious HIPAA violation.

I switched my kids from another local pediatric dentist and it changed everything for us. Since then my son has not cried once at the appointment and he actually gets excited when we pull up to the building. They have been working to fix the problems caused by the previous dentist on my daughter and the staff is delightful! You cant put a price on kids that love the dentist.

Had an appointment earlier in the month, they called to reschedule the appointment till today. Stood there waiting for 20mins for them to check is in for them to say they couldnt see him today.. I know everything is working differently with Covid-19, but seriously pull some common sense out and call people Id you arent going to see them on a day they called and rescheduled.

My sons LOVE it at Childrens Dentistry! They have been patients since they were little and even now as teens they cannot wait for their appointments. They often ask how soon it will be until they can go back. The whole team is caring and seem to really work hard to make sure the children feel comfortable and have a good experience. I wish I had a dentist like that when I was a kid!

Everyone here is wonderful. My 4 year old has complete melt downs at the dentist for whatever reason and I can never calme him down, but everyone was so kind and patient and caring. We werent able to get him to do everything we needed, but they worked with us for a good ten minutes to calm him down and make him comfortable and we at least got his teeth looked at and the fluoride put on, which is a minor miracle. I cant recommend or thank them enough!!

My 11 year old has some interesting teeth things going on. I was suggested to head on over by an oral surgeon so we can get a plan. The staff is amazing. My son said he felt safe, comfortable , and they were very nice. We came in with a very fearful idea of what was going on and left with an understanding and a plan!! Finally found our dental home! Childrens Dentistry has always been a place that I have recommended for parents of apprehensive children. My daughter was 2 when she had a traumatic experience elsewhere and now at the age of 15 since bringing her here she has no fear and rather enjoys coming. The atmosphere and staff are kid friendly because they are kid experts! Love having my kids and my nieces and nephews treated by the best hygienists in town as well as seen by the greatest dentists a kid could want.

My children have been going to Smile Academy, previously Children’s Dentistry, since they were toddlers. They’re now in high school. Whether having teeth pulled, fillings done or just cleanings the kids have always had positive visits. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cole seeing both of my children for their dental needs since they were five now Im a grandma and I wouldnt of taken my granddaughter anywhere but here .. Dr Cole has always went above and beyond in the care he delivers great with kids and very caring - puts every child first - ( also did a great job with my son who had seizures -) thank you Dr. Cole and staff and you have always been wonderful and weve never go anywhere else ..

My kids have been going here for years. Staff is very friendly and great at calming my kids nerves and talking them through what they are doing. Anytime Im asked for recommendations for pediatric dentist these guys are it!

This dentist rotates through kids as fast as they can with no regards for making sure they have the care that they need. Totally priced outrageously. $209 per kid $219 for an adult without x-rays. I have a Cadillac dental plan and they that is supposed to pay 100% on cleanings and X-rays. This Dentist is still charging me $40 more than what my insurance payed with no adjustment. I called to ask for an adjustment and instead of adjusting it they choose to loose out on $1200 + per year for my kids cleanings. That just shows me they dont care at all about care, and more about the money they receive.

Fantastic experience. I have 4 kids and the oldest had a poor experience at a different office. Told us he didnt want to go to a dentist again. We informed Childrens Dentistry of this previous experience and they took measures to ensure our child was comfortable and calm throughout the visit.My kids love this dentist and all the extras they provide. Movies shown on the tvs mounted on the ceiling to keep them entertained during the checkup, goodie bag/toy at the end of the visit, great personal interaction with the dentists. Would recommend them to anyone. Couldnt ask for a better experience!

I have sadly learned the hard way that these people are all about money. My husband and I had a payment plan with them since we have five kids who go there. Then they say they have sent letters or phone voicemails asking if they can take this out or that after reviewing my phone calls and mail I found that they were indeed lying. When trying to talk to them figure it out they cancel my kids appointments and still charging late fees. And the ladies I talked to just push me through to other people which is clear to me no one wants to talk to me. After requesting to talk to the manager I was refused and they so called hung up on me. The doctors rush through my kids and get annoyed with me when I ask questions about what they are doing. They are a very busy office but that doesn’t mean Success. I pray for them and all who go there that they don’t experience what we have. God Bless
