Great experience! Dr.Tripam knows what he is doing. Would definitely recommend! Im not crazy about the steep stairs though. Other than that though everyone was friendly and I left very satisfied.

I love my teeth! Deciding to get dentures was very scary. The Doctor and his team have been by my side through the entire process. I would highly recommend Denteffex!!! Feels so good to be proud of my smile 😁

Dr. Tripam is an excellent dentist! He has a fun personality, but nothing over the top, just enough to keep you from thinking about the work thats being done in your mouth. He doesnt disregard your feelings when your nerves are getting the best of you. One time I had a reaction to anesthesia in his office and he really eased all my worries. He even called later that day to make sure I was doing ok!

I was disappointed today. I came in to have something fixed that I had done about a year ago. It was my perception that Dr. Tripam was slightly irritated with me and actually tried to put the blame on me for what had happened. I didnt come in angry and I wasnt blaming him. I just want to get this figured out so it stops happening. I had previously given him a very good review because I was very happy with my results. Today he was a very different person and sort of had a bad attitude toward me. Just very disappointing. UPDATE: Dr. Tripam called me this morning to respond to my review. He explained his frustration was not with me and apologized that I had felt that way. It was so kind of him to address my experience and Im very satisfied with what he had to say and I have renewed confidence that we will figure this out.

I was very impressed with how professional and kind every one was even though my mouth was a bit difficult. Dr. Explained everything in detail! Much more pleasant experience than past dental offices!

The hygienist, Donna, had a great bedside manner and taught me a new way to floss. The dentist, Dr Tripam, was very communicative and has always been very helpful and informative

Dr. Tripam and his staff got me in right away after I broke a piece off of one of my molars. I had never been to this office before, but they took me in and treated me as though I had been a patient for years. The staff was incredibly kind and did everything possible to calm my anxiety. Dr. Tripam was very personable and friendly. He explained everything to me prior to and as it was happening. He never dumbed anything down and he was very straightforward. I really appreciate a provider who is willing to take the time to communicate with me. I saw this dentist after my own regular dentist told me it would be weeks before he could get me in. Dr. Tripams staff got me in to have my tooth looked at within 24 hours of me contacting them. They completed the tooth restoration less than 48 hours after that. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Thank you guys for taking great care of me! I will keep Denteffex as my regular dental office going forward! 😁

Staff are friendly and when they have dental hygienists available, they do great work. However, for the last couple of visits this past year, my husband and I havent walked out of our appointment without something wrong with our teeth. We have been going here for years and this is the first time we started having problems and needing a lot of work done.As another client received the respond back:The final decision to undertake dental treatment is always up to the patient.We are relying on their expertise to give professional and ethical prognosis.It is hard to give a final decision when it is the dentist giving the recommendation to do a procedure. To me that is the final decision or the dentist wouldnt recommend it.

Ive been seeing Dr. T for a couple years now and have always had a great experience. Ive had many cleanings and have always been told Everything looks great. See you in 6 months. Needed a cavity filled once when it finally broke through the enamel, but definitely wouldnt say they always recommend a service, as another reviewer stated. They are fair and thorough!

The provider and staff were very kind. But my experience here has given me huge anxiety for going to the dentist. I had an appointment back in Decemeber for a check up and cleaning. They were helpful and able to get them scheduled both in one day.The visit itself went fine and no concerns. But after that it was all down hill. I schedule a follow up after the first of the year, to get several teeth fixed. I had to schedule the appointment 2 months out as I travel alot for work, so my time is very limited.I had informed them of that. They stated they would present me with my case plan at the next visit. I had asked if I could just do it over the phone but they said they do it before the appointment. I agreed to it but it would be nice to have idea of what to expect before the actual appointment. I called a few weeks prior to my appointment as my insurance changed. Gave them my updated insurance. Called 2 days prior to the appointment to confirm they had everything authorized and etc. The receptionist reassured me she did.I showed up for my appointment they had be schedule for 4 different visits to get my cavities fixed. Even though I told them I wanted as few appointments as possible. They did not have my insurance authorized. Nothing had been done as I was told.At this point I was frustrated and refused the to proceed having my teeth fixed. The dentist did apologize and was very understanding.I ended up getting scheduled with another dentist in town, as I was unhappy with my prior experience and it was recommended by another family member who went to them. I requested all my records be sent on 02/11. I even had the receptionist send me an email confirming that they were sent.I went to my other dental appointment today and they had not received ANY OF THE RECORDS OR X-rays! I had them triple check. I couldnt even call the office to let them know as they are closed on Tuesdays. The office redid my x-rays at no cost to me. I reviewed the info I sent and I had sent them the correct email and everything.On top of that I am so glad I received a second opinion as it turned out I needed crowns and not just fillings. As the fillings would of likely just split my tooth in half as they were so large.In the comparison to the experience I had at Advanced dental was so efficient as I walked out knowing what the plan was today to get my teeth fixed. I also knew exactly what the cost of getting this all correct was going to be. They even sent me with a copy of what they will be charging and it was so fast! I was in and out in 30 minutes even with have new X-rays and everything.No one was mean or rude, they were all very kind. But it is the process with their front office staff and the lack of follow through and case management that could use improvement. I would not recommend Denteffex.

I took my granddaughter for her very first dental appointment and she had an abscessed tooth. Dr Tripam and his staff were absolutely amazing!! They went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. He was patient and gentle from start to finish. I just cant thank them enough and words cant describe how impressed and thankful I am!!! I’ve been seeing Dr Tripam ever since he came to Cheyenne to take over Denteffex. I am always very happy with his treatment. I even had my 4th root canal done by him today. He’s kind, considerate, very knowledgeable, and makes sure that I always know what my options are. I absolutely recommend Dr T!Edit: I had my teeth cleaned today by a lovely lady(the one who had broken her knee). She was very friendly, gentle, kind, and professional. They are such a super friendly office. Due to having very soft & thin teeth I’m always at the dentist. Finding Dentifex was the best thing for me when we moved from out of state. Highly recommend them for anyone when you need dental work done or just a simple dental check-up

He stays up to date on research in dental health.Even when my appointment was accidentally cancelled the assistants and the Dr. Tripam were more than happy to work around the other appointments for me to receive treatment. Not a good visit for me by a long shot. The assistant that took my x-rays had a hard time doing her job and had to ask for help multiple times. This is when I knew I should of never came back but I did.Dr. Tripam who performed the root canal didnt even perform an average job. The numbness in my mouth wasnt even numb yet before he stuck a needle in my mouth and after he was done I had pus coming out my gums two days later. He said to call if I had any problems but when I did my calls went unanswered. I guess if you have an emergency on the weekends he is not available. When his assistant called me on Monday I asked why didnt the doctor give me some antibiotics after the surgery and her answer was because the doctor is conservative when writing out prescriptions. So I swallowed pus for two days because he is conservative. Also to my surprise, Dr. Tripartite didnt even call me back to see how I was or to do a follow up. Very incentive and gives true meaning why people are afraid to go the dentist

This dental office is the best. I have been going here for a long time. Dr. Tripam and his staff puts me at ease. They are thorough and very knowledgable. I almost feel like I am hanging out with friends during my visit. The front office staff make you feel warm and welcome on arrival. The dental assistant Jaque goes the extra mile when preparing me for my exam or procedure. She always explains what she is doing and what is guy doing to be done. She and Dr. Tripam work well as a team. Dr. Tripam explains what he is doing as he meticulously cares for my teeth. If you are not a patient here you are missing out. I was the only one in my family who went to this dental office. I brought my wife and daughters into this office and they all love the staff here and the care they receive.
