Shelby and my doctor made me feel both welcome and comfortable from the time I got there! This place is rocking down to the chairs you sit on feel like a massage chair. I got my two wisdoms out quick and watched Netflix throughout the whole process. Amerisa was very charming and fun and dr skinner is a excellent doctor. Glad I chose this place

The staff is always very friendly and professional. The facilities are very clean and nice--the chairs are comfortable and the staff always plays relaxing shows on overhead TV sets while patients receive treatments. Ive had two crowns done at Granite Springs. They both look and feel excellent.

So far 3 procedures done at this dentistry and I have to say my experience has been absolutely wonderful. The front desk ladies are super nice and very courteous. Each time I have visited I was seen exactly at my scheduled appointment time. The technology they use to make you feel at ease is top notch. Doctor Skinner did a remarkable job at correcting my chipped tooth (if only you could see my new smile :) ). Granite Springs is a dentistry I would highly recommend to anyone. I’m more than satisfied with their services!

Everytime I go to Granite Springs Dentistry I am happy with my visit. I have the best dentist and hygienist and always refer my friends in the area to them. I always have Dr. Bassett and his hygienist Shelby. They are both always so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They are both very easy to talk to about any concerns I am having, or just having conversations.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a dentist that was more devoted to his patients than Dr. Bassett. He is skilled, patient, and a bit of a perfectionist. He will take the time to do it right. His staff is friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable. I highly recommend Granite Springs Dentistry.

We all dislike going to the dentist but like others have said, this place is great. The two at the front desk, Emily and Genesis, will do everything they can to make your visit enjoyable. And Arty, a dental assistant, does a wonderful job of helping you feel comfortable while you are having dental work completed.

My dentist was very sure of himself, and got it done well. Im not sure his name but Arturo helped me as well and he is the an absolute pleasure to be around, made me feel a million times more comfortable while there was a drill in my mouth. Only cost $60 after insurance, very happy with my filling

Granite Springs and the staff deserve all the praise they receive and more. I just got back from having a cavity filled, and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, Dr Basset and Dr Amerisa had me out in less than 15 minutes, and I didn’t feel any of it! One of the best Dental Clinics in my opinion!

I had a new patient appointment yesterday and felt very cared for and welcomed. They did a great job assessing previous work I had done and addressing needs I currently have. I have had bad experiences with dental insurance (costing a fortune only to not cover needed procedures) so I was excited to see a membership plan offered. It discounts or outright covers a lot of the work insurance does without completely breaking the bank. Ill update if I need to following a cleaning and filling I need done however I anticipate continued 5 star service. :) Thanks Dr. Skinner and Amerisa!

Ive had some dental challenges lately due to some old issues (that I didnt get attended to during long army mobilizations) becoming painful dental emergencies. Dr. Skinner and his staff found a way to work me in on cancellations and did a great job fixing my dental woes. Granite Springs has earned my business from now on, and I highly recommend you use them!

Granite springs has the most amazing set of employees from the receptionists to the hygienists and up to Dr. Basset! Absolutely amazing and highly recommended! We moved here for the Air force without knowing a thing about Cheyenne, but this place was highly recommended on the spouses page and they do not disappoint! Cassandra is one of the most informative hygienists I’ve ever come across and made me feel completely comfortable while answering all of my questions- can’t wait to see her next time I go in, but until then I’ll be practicing all my dental hygiene at home to make some improvements! Love you guys- I will be sure to recommended granite springs for other incoming families into the cheyenne area especially with the military!

My family and I have been going to Granite Springs Dentistry for the past five years and absolutely love it! I have never been fond of going to the dentist and have been to dentists in seven different states over the last 20 years and Granite Springs is by far the best! The receptionist is always helpful and understanding. My hygienist actually makes seeing the dentist enjoyable. She is gentle and efficient with the cleanings and always makes me feel relaxed during the visit. Dr. Basset always seems more concerned with what’s best for the patient rather than trying to add more procedures for more money. He often just watches small cavities rather pulling out the drill! Our family has had less issues with teeth since we have been going to Granite Springs. I highly recommend Granite Springs for family dentistry if you are looking for a place you can trust with your family’s oral health!

Im an OTR truck driver. Tooth went bad on the road and after 3 days i couldnt stand the pain anymore. Stopped in Cheyenne and randomly called Granite springs and Im so glad i did. Not only did they work me in immediately, they were all very sympathetic to my plight. A little pricey, but they had me in and out inside an hour. Love this office! Everyone has been so friendly. I really appreciate the hygienist who cleans my teeth, Shelby. She is so understanding of my sensitivity to the ultrasonic scaler that she will hand scale my whole mouth. The ultrasonic would be faster and easier for her but she truly cares about her patients and you can tell. Thanks for the amazing patient care Shelby!

Every time I go the dentist here is an easy experience. They always let you know what insurance handles so no nasty surprises. The dentist is funny, kind and knowledgeable. I trust his judgement completely, and the hygienists are great. I went to places like Wyo Family Cosmetic before, where I felt like a number and had uninformed bills. If you can, always choose this dentist, they are great!

I have been using Granite Springs Dentistry for years and appreciate their professionalism. Dr. Bassett is very up front and honest about what is going on inside your mouth. He makes recommendations on what needs to be done but is not pushy about it. For example, I had a cavity in one of my back teeth and he suggested that I fix it but since it wasnt bothering me he told me that I could tell him when I wanted to fix it. The dental hygienists in his office as well as the front office staff are always so nice and friendly. Not only will I continue to use his services but I recommend their office to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the area. Keep up the good work!!!! I will see you again in six months for my next cleaning.

Amerisa was my doctors assistant and she was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and listened. The rest of the staff seen very nice and happy. Karen at the front desk is a good first impression when you come in. The doctor got me in and out in a good amount of time. He was quick and efficient.
