Havent been to the dentist in quite some time. Definitely needed some work done, and Dr. Christopherson was so professional, and very caring. He called me throughout the process just to check how things were. To top it off, the dental assistants were amazing and very personable. Great people, great service!

I’m a brand new patient at Brookside. I was very pleased with their service. Their equipment was all new and operating well. That resulted in less time spent getting X rays. The people that worked with me were very polite and attentive to my needs. They weren’t in a hurry and they took their time working with me. That’s very much appreciated as more than one time I’ve left the dentist office with bleeding gums because they were in too much of a hurry to be careful with my gums and teeth. Once I mentioned that I had temperature sensitivity issues they were nice enough to lower the temp of the water when rinsing my mouth out. They were careful to check with me through out my teeth cleaning asking if I was comfortable or if they were nearing a sensitive area in my mouth. They gave me useful feedback on brushing techniques and equipment and type of tooth paste best used. Best of all, I set up my appointment after reading an ad of theirs offering a new Philips mechanical tooth brush for first time patients. 100% will be sticking with Brookside.

This was a dental emergency and they were the only office in town that was willing to see me. They got me in, took care of my problem and made life not so painful.The staff was pleasant and I would highly recommend them for your dental needs.

I recently moved back home and yet to have health insurance. I called Brookside after reading the reviews and was scheduled right away! Dr. C informed I needed a root canal and to come back the following morning. Staff and Dr. C are amazing, I am very thankful for the amazing care! Dr. C even called later in the evening to see how I was feeling.

This is my first time at Brookside Dental. My Dentist was Dr. C and had a great hygienist. He was very kind and listened to me about my concerns. Everything today was pain free and my hygienist was so excellent at doing my X rays! Highly recommend!Add on to my first post: Several months after my first visit, I had extreme tooth pain, called the clinic after hours and was directed to call Dr. C at home. I did and he called in an antibiotic prescription that night and saw me the next day. My tooth had to be extracted and it was totally painless! Love this dentist! 5 Stars!

I had a broken tooth and Dr. C fixed it right up! I was a new patient and let them know that I have trouble getting numb and have high anxiety when it comes to dental work. I was super nervous to have my wisdom tooth extracted, but upon arrival, they made me feel at home and comfortable. We watched ink masters (professionally) of course and got to work. This dude knows what hes doing and his assistant was just the sweetest. Within 15 minutes, tooth is out and Im out the door. The assistant informed me the dentist calls his patients in the evening to make sure theyre doing alright. That is above and beyond and is why this review isnt 4 stars, but 5 instead.

Went in for an exam and cleaning recently. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The whole staff was friendly, if something felt sensitive they listened and tried a different technique, and the pricing is unbeatable. As always, my experience at Brookside Dental Care was excellent. All staff had received both vaccines and were masked. My issue was dealt with in a last-minute appointment and at no charge. Dr. Cristopherson is a wizard and can solve anything!

Very nice people to deal with, the gal that cleaned my teeth I believe her name was Jessica, was gentle and friendly. DR. Christopherson is alway friendly as well.

Going to the dentist was the last place I wanted to go until I found Brookside Dental. Dr. Christopherson listens to my concerns and cares. Jessica is the best hygienist . And they use warm water while working on my teeth. Other dentists use cold water and if you have sensitive teeth that can be painful. I highly recommend them especially if you fear going to the dentist!

Called for an emergency appointment for broken tooth. Got in same day. Liked on- line check in and completion of other paperwork. Staff was friendly and put me at ease. Extraction completed quickly. Discussed further work and provided an estimate. I liked that. We schedule follow on soon.

I was having severe tooth pain for a couple weeks. I had seen a dentist the day before and he decided I needed a root canal on tooth 13. Went home to no relief. Dr. Christopherson and his staff got me in as quick as they could (same day for me)! Once I arrived the staff instantly made me feel welcome and were helpful. Dr. Christopherson has all the technology (x ray, CT, Intraoral Scanner) to get to the bottom of your problem. I felt like Dr. Christopherson cared and wanted to get me relief instead of in my pocket book. He and his staff are relentless in diagnosing your issue. They found a tooth that didnt show signs of being irritated on the surface but after their relentless pursuit ended up being the culprit. A different tooth needed a root canal. As for the procedure I didnt feel a thing. This, the following morning, still no pain and Ill be returning for a crown in a couple weeks. I cant thank him and his staff enough. If you want to see the best dentist around go to Brookside dental!

Very nice practice and the dentist is professional. I mostly see the hygienist and she is the best ever. I get wonderful dental care advice and the best cleanings EVER and my gums are improving after the neglect of previous care. Never had gum problems until the previous years of poor cleanings even the rackets pushed at some practices for invasive new treatments instead of honest dental care. Highly recommend this practice!

I have tried a few dentists here in Cheyenne and Brookside Dental has been the best dental office by far. The staff are so pleasant and nice. The office is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The dentist doesnt try to sell you into doing any unnecessary dental work and he has a great demeanor for people who might get stressed out at dental appointments. I would recommend this dental office to anyone in Cheyenne.

I had a horrible experience previously at a different dental office, which left me extremely anxious about going to the dentist (I never had a problem before). However, the staff at Brookside dental have reinstalled my faith and trust in dentists. The hygienist is friendly and has a very calm demeanor; she works quickly and efficiently without cause pain. The dentist is equally pleasant and genuinely caring towards his patients. I have been to this office three times now, they have corrected mistakes from my previous experience while maintaining good ethics and business practice. I expressed my anxiety at my first visit, and they were considerate and caring. The dentist even called to check on me after replacing a filling that had fallen out. I recommend this office to anyone. It is a Cozy, quaint place where the patients comfort and health are the priority, not the financial gain. There are not enough nice things I can say about this office, just that if you want to have the family dentist feel and know that youre going to receive quality care, it’s the place to go!

The office was clean, staff polite and I never felt rushed. My concerns were answered by both the hygienist and dentist in a way that I could understand. While waiting for the dentist to come into the room I was able to watch TV which was a nice break away from either staring at my phone or sitting in a quiet room. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be going back!

My visit to Brookside Dental was a very pleasant experience. The office staff, Tanya and Robin, were very friendly. They took the time to call my insurance and give me a breakdown of everything right at the outset.The dental hygienist, Cheyenne, was fun, friendly, and professional. The Doctor was not rushed.The care was excellent. The atmosphere relaxing. This office was a cut above others. I am telling my all my friends about this place.

They got me in really fast. They were SO friendly! Explained to me what they were doing when they were doing it. They are now taking new patients so its really easy to get an appointment. They gave helpful tips on how to keep your teeth healthy. I highly recommend this dental practice. They help you feel welcome and they really care about your dental health. I didnt have any cavities so I dont know how they are with those, but my sister said that the dentist is very friendly and really fast at filling cavities. He is also very gentle. So little pain! Sounds good to me! I am defiantly coming back!

While I dont think I will ever say I look forward to going to the dentist, this was definitely a good experience. I knew I needed a crown and possible root canal. Crown went smoothly and quick, no pain at all. Root canal was not needed thankfully. I am always down with quick and efficient.

Wow! Can I just say that these guys are AWESOME! I hadnt been to a dentist in quite some time and suddenly I found myself with a broken tooth. I went to another prolific dentist here in town and was told it was going to be over $2,000 to fix and was also prescribed to do a number of other things. A friend at work told me that the amount I was quoted seemed excessive and suggested that I give her dentist a try.(Enter Doctor Christopherson and staff) Not only did they quote me a substantially lower price, but informed me that the other things I was told I needed done by the first doctor were not necessary and that a deep cleaning would suffice. That nothing further really needed to be done other than that and the root canal with crown to fix my broken tooth.Dr. C and his staff were super friendly and helpful. They didnt mind answering my hundreds of questions about what was going to happen with my procedure. I ended up having to go back twice in order to get the root canal finished and the temporary crown put on because my tooth was being difficult, but that was ok with me. In between visits I suddenly started having severe pain. So, I called the office and told them what was going on and they managed to get me in that same day to look at my tooth and fix the situation.Today I went back for the second half of the procedure. Dr. C was super gentle and very thorough in making sure my that the remainder of my root canal and fitting of my temporary crown went correctly. He and his staff are great at making you feel comfortable and welcome all throughout the process.Tonight I got a call from a phone number I didnt recognize. I assumed it was a scammer so I didnt answer, but a few seconds later my phone pinged that I had a new voicemail. I gave it a listen and it was Dr. C just calling to check in on me and see how I was doing! Ive never had a doctor do that before!So, in conclusion, I am super glad I took my coworkers advice and got a second opinion on my tooth and Im super thankful for finding this gem of a dentist office! I highly suggest if you dont have a dentist to give Dr. Christopherson a jingle. Heck! Even if you do have a dentist maybe you should consider changing providers! Thanks for doing such a great job and for being so kind Dr. C and staff! You guys rock!

I was immediately impressed by the tastefully decorated, relaxing environment of Brookside Dental. The staff were very friendly and actually willing to laugh and relax--what a change from most other clinics! I loved interacting with Lindsey too. Its a relief to find a clinic which treats you like a person, and not like a list of problems, or a walking mouth full of teeth. Im definitely looking forward to my next appointment. :)

The staff is GREAT! They helped me with my new insurance, and even though I only get an hour for lunch, they worked around my schedule to get me in! They are all friendly and I would reccomend them to anyone!

These people will not try to take advantage of you. Nice staff, the dentist is very mellow and calm, yet thorough and extremely trustworthy. The staff genuinely cares about you as a person, and you are not just a number. Plus, I was able to get in very quickly when I explained I was in pain. I would recommend anyone come here. I needed a letter for employment reasons. A thoughtful - professional- letter, and - clearly -written explanation of charges was provided quickly. Things like this are the reason I drive 100 miles- round trip- to come back to this dentists office. Its a rarity these days, but this office has a true Wyoming feel :)

My hygienist Amanda was AMAZING! We go back next week to get our two toddlers teeth cleaned and plan to see her! Dr C was thorough and friendly! I even got a free sonicare toothbrush! They got me in and out in a timely manor, I didnt even wait 5 minutes! Definitely recommend them!

I work on the road and they were able to schedule me an appointment the same day. My hygienist was awesome. She was gentle and thorough. I am awful with names otherwards I would refer to her by name. They were able to schedule me for a next day appointment to fix a cap. I am very satisfied.
