I highly recommend this place. They have a good atmosphere and the dental assistants are awesome. Dr Cutler is friendly, knowledgeable, and does good work. Anthony has moved mountains for me with billing issues and although at one point I was having a lot of problems getting things sorted out, overall they did right by me and I am impressed with the service.

Dr. Cutler is far and away the best dentist I have ever seen. The office is warm and welcoming, and the service is both professional and surprisingly inexpensive. Barb, the hygienist, is great. I really do not enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Cutler certainly made it a significantly better experience than any other dental visit I’ve had in the past. I would highly recommend him.

I hadnt been to the dentist in over 10 years. I went here and got my teeth cleaned by Barbara and she was awesome. Unfortunately 10 years cause me to need a root canal. I made the appointment which was very easy and quick. Got it done today. Dr Cutler had told me it was going to be painless and easy and he was right. After a great cleaning and a wonderful job on a root canal I have found my familys new dentist. I cant say enough about the staff and Dr Cutler and how he explains everything to you and makes you feel at ease. I am more than impressed. Thank you all.Kevin.

Barb the hygienist is the best!! Got a great cleaning. I also decided to join the dental assistant program they offer (DDAP). It is an amazing program, it teaches you so much in a short amount of time, and they help you find a job while in the program . I was able to get hired as a dental assistant before the program ended. This program is the best and will definitely recommend to everyone!

New image dental is my home. What a wonderful experience at this office. The staff is great and friendly. Natasha with her bright smile made me feel welcoming, and warm conversation relaxed me because I was so nervous. Barb is amazing an awesome hygienist!! She gave me so much knowledge about my teeth and made sure I understood it. As of today my whole family is coming here.

First experience with Dr Cutler was great! 3 years ago.So, I thought Id feel comfortable with a second visit. No. Went in a second time for a tooth pull, Dr shamed me not returning for teeth cleaning. I had a infected tooth, which Dr Cutler pulled. When he thought he was finished with me, he dropped his tools, and walked out, as quickly as possible. I thought everything was done and over, no. Turns out that Dr cutler didnt remove all of my tooth, and root. Now, I have discomfort, and pain. There is still a sharp piece of tooth protruding through my upper gum. Wouldnt return to see him if the visit were free!

Called on Tuesday was told to call on Thursday and that they would work my husband in as he has an emergency tooth problem, hasnt slept in days, cant eat or anything. Called on Thursday as directed, was a different person, first time was a man this time a woman, the woman was rude and nasty, didnt care one bit and wouldnt listen at all. So I will find a different dental office. Absolutely a pity how unprofessional she was.

I was in tremendous pain today and needed an emergency extraction. They fit me in and as a new patient that was very much appreciated. Dr Cutler was amazing and treated me with great care. Thanks to the entire staff for your much needed help today.

Not knowing about dental hygiene and searching for a good dentist was pretty hard, but I’m glad to have found New Image Dental. Their staff works good, hard and effective. Every time I leave I know for sure my mouth is 100% healthier.

This practice is Awesome! They really helped my buddy out when he needed it most on a Saturday when no one else was available to treat him! Sabrina and the rest of the staff are amazing and will treat you like family! I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Cheyenne area especially if you have an emergency dental need.

I had been in a lot of pain in the past few days, when I called the office Sabrina was able to get me in very quickly. Once in the office the whole staff was amazing! Barb was training Amy and did an amazing job! Dr cutler was able to save my tooth when I thought we would have to pull it. I will defiantly recommend this office and be coming back again.

It was my first visit at Dr. Cutlers office and from the front desk receptionist Ashley to Dr. Cutler was exceptional! Ashley was phenomenal help with insurance and billing questions! Also, Dr. Cutler explains the whole process as he is working on your teeth. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat!

Natasha, Ashley and Barbara amazing. I came in for my appointment and Ashley greeted me with a smile and quickly got me checked in. Natasha has always done such a great job taking care of my out-proccessing, she explains the bill in an easy and efficient way. Barbara is always in such a great mood, shes always smiling and making me feel so welcome. She helped explain the different procedures and things I needed to do, in a way that was easily understandable. These ladies create such a welcoming atmosphere, I really am so happy with this dental office.

They calmed me down and reassured me the process of getting my wisdom teeth pulled would be quick and easy... And it truly was. They even called the next day to ensure I was doing well. This office has great staff and high quality work. My last crown was fitted without any adjustments required. Even though it might seem expensive you get what you pay for. Geriatric dental problems had pretty well destroyed my lifelong trumpet playing. After consult with a trumpet playing dentist,I requested Dr Cutler make certain modifications.In a meticulous,incrmental and safe manner,Dr Cutler made modifications that brought back my playing.He is a superb dentist with an excellent staff who care about each patient`s dental health. I am grateful that he continues a practice that goes back to trumpet playing Dr Burns in the 1960s. This is an exceptional Dental Art Office with exceptional people

Im a little terrified of dentists, especially because I dont handle pain well. Add a broken tooth, and I was scared! But Dr. Cutler, Hannah and Barbara made me feel at ease, took great care to make sure I was comfortable and sufficiently numb, and I had so little pain it was a breeze! Ill be going here in the future. Im also so grateful for the staffs great chair-side manner and the supportive environment theyve created!

Ive been seeing Dr. Cutler since he moved to Cheyenne. Doctors are an intimate part of a persons life so when my dentist retired and Dr. Cutler took over, it was an unpleasant and anxious change. But over the years, I have become comfortable with him and his staff. I no longer feel anxious like Im among strangers but Im now somewhat relaxed when I visit and I feel confident that everybody will do their best for me. The one person I hesitate to call attention to is my hygienist, Barbara. The reason I am hesitant to acknowledge her is because the more people discover how good she really is, the harder it will be for me to get an appointment with her. While everybody has faults, so far it has been impossible to find any in Barbara. For my friends, I wholeheartedly recommend this office. For my enemies, dont make it hard for me to get an appointment and go find a dentist that uses whiskey, chisels and pliers.

The staff is always friendly and they have a since of humor that I find is wonderful to have in a medical setting. I had a very emotionally and physically painful experience as a child at the dentist. This made me afraid to visit the dentist from then on. But Dr. Cutler and his staff seem to understand this and are so careful about shots and about making sure that you feel okay, that I no longer fear visiting the dentist or at least this dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cutler for about 3 years now and everytime I never have to wait. They stick to their schedule and the check in and out process runs so smoothly. Dr. Cutler keeps everything very organized and clean. I highly recommend.

I had a working interview here, they had a old broken biohazard container filled with needles and anesthetic, they would dispose the biohazardous material in a cardboard box and tape it up, to throw it away in the dumpster. When I worked with the dentist, he was rude and would hit my hand, as we worked, if I did something he did not like. When we were working on a elderly woman, her cavity appeared small, when he started to drill , the cavity turned bout to be bigger than expected. He didnt finish cleaning out the cavity and covered it with composite material. He failed to mention to her that she still has a cavity. His wife runs the office, she wanted to hire me, she said that they are trying to make more money, so if she snaps her fingers or if the other lady snaps her finger at me , its supposed to be ok because that means we need to move faster. She said that I was going to get paid for my time. Needless to say I turned down the offer because the whole place should be shut down and she never paid me, I called about my check and they gave me the run-around. This clinic should be shut down, its outdated and is not sanitary at all.

Hadnt been to a dentist in a while so I was overdue for a checkup. Discovered I had a mouthful of cavities but Dr. Cutler and his crew were terrific. They were able to schedule me in for a few hours each day during Christmas so I could get the work done before my deductible ran out. Tasha at the front desk made me feel welcome and part of the team from the minute I walked in. Donna did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. K was fun to work with on the day Dr. C was out. And no matter who the dentist was, Kayla was gentle with me as she struggled to work inside my tiny mouth. Long story short, by the time I finished a week-long string of visits, I had made new friends -- and helped everyone in the office with a passion for music hook up with new playing opportunities, new instruments, or tickets to concerts Ill be playing in the spring. For a professional musician with TMJ to come out of 10 days worth of dental work with no complaints is a big endorsement. For anyone afraid to see a dentist, these folks are ready and able to take care of you. And theyve got a YouTube channel now just for kids featuring videos like Tooth Fairy Barb -- what more could you ask for?

I didnt even get passed scheduling an appointment before I knew this was not the place for my children to go. I provided the gal who answered the phone two types of insurances, and was boldly denied stating they do not accept Medicaid. I stated okay but I just gave you two different insurances, and again asked if the primary insurance was accepted at that location, still did not get my answer. Phone Etiquette is a must if you expect business, and treating someone as less than based on their insurances is terrible.

Barbara took fantastic care of my son during his cleaning - she has a way of making him feel at ease at the dentists office. Thats the first time EVER!

New patient and was was told by a hygenist. That she hates new patients because they take to long to finish the paperwork. Was there for an hour and 20 minutes for X-rays and a teeth cleaning. Had to schedule another appointment 2 weeks from first appointment. For the teeth cleaning.

The whole experience was great I was nervous about going in but they where great and knew what they where talking about and Barba and Tasha and I got insurance for it
