My wife had a last minute eye exam yesterday. It was efficient, well priced and very extensive. She walked with a great pair of glasses just a hour and 15 minutes later. Definitely will recommend this branch. Also, all employees were super nice, and friendly. They were also practicing social distancing and taking health concerns into account.Overall, very very impressed.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor was great and very informative. He has a great sense of humor and could tell I was not happy about hearing Im getting to the age where Im gonna need to consider bifocals and made the news easier to take. I actually had a good time at my appt!

Love this office they are very friendly people...dr was amazing love the new technology they have in that office. Very helpful people at the end when it come time to chose glasses but aren’t constantly up in your face when trying to browsing there pretty decent collection of glasses and brands. Another cool feature is if you choose a basic pair of glasses you can walk out same day with your new glasses or it’ll only take 7-10 days for all other brands to get there which is the shortest time I’ve had to wait to get a pair of glasses back personally. Love it will be back next year for my yearly exam.

Dr. Cunningham is the only one I will have take care of my eyes. He has taken care of me and my family for 30 years. I hope he never retires!!

The staff took care of me quickly and got me new contacts and glasses in under 3 hours. They managed to do this without rushing and after giving me multiple different options for contact brands. Id absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Had an eye exam yesterday with Dr. John C. Lyman, O.D. in the Chesterfield Mall location. From the moment the technician introduced me to Dr. Lyman, I became impressed with his friendly demeanor as he reviewed my background record and he became acquainted with my case. He explained each step throughout the test and took the time to explain clearly and completely the results, which he showed on the screen. He answered all my questions clearly and related my results to what I was most interested in. I highly recommend Dr. Lyman for anyone who seeks a true professional optometrist.

Actually the things I did not like were as a result of dealing with covid19 changes and/or were related to LensCrafters, and not necessarily to Cunningham. They no longer take walk-ins, so I had to come back the next day. Also I did not see any equipment wiped down before or after it was used by me. I feel fairly certain it was, however witnessing the actual wipe down would have minimized concerns about covid19.

My experience with Cara Smith and Dr. Lyman was phenomenal! Cara was excellent as she was friendly, down to earth and welcoming! Cara made me feel comfortable with all of the testing and explained everything to me at all steps. Dr. Lyman was such a great communicator as he explained my tests in laymen’s terms which in his field is not the easiest. I really enjoyed my visit and feel that this team does a great job with patients and explaining eye care!
