Staff was Friendly and professional. Dr. Fedyk was also a balance of friendliness and professionalism. He offered a different treatment for my severe dry eyes. Time will tell how effective it is. For now I am satisfied with the experience.

EXcellent correcting the cataracts. Colors are vivid and am able to read without glasses in forty years. Office staff are efficient, pleasant and helpful. Drs written instructions are detailed and very helpful. Dr. Fedyk extremely knowledgeable and explains what cataract surgery involves.

Surgery center cancelled my husbands surgery. Spoke with staff who promised to call after speaking with the doctor for possible reschedule at another facility.Crickets.**UPDATE**The office left a message after reading this review. Its sad I had to leave a review in order to receive a response. No longer interested in doing business here. Its a shame I lost $100 for eyedrops that are now a waste.

The office is ideally located and has a spacious modern feel to it. Reception staff are friendly and professional as are the staff. Dr. Fedyk is calm, professional and personal. He rarely keeps you waiting and he carefully explains your diagnosis and options. He also has the credentials of being the St Louis Cardinals eye doctor.

Dr. Fedyk and his staff were competent, friendly and took a sincere interest in me as a patient. I had full confidence and trust in Dr. Fedyk, and am extremely satisfied with the results of my cataract surgeries. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr Fedyk is an excellent doctor. My family has been going to him for years and have never been disappointed. He has an awesome bedside manner and gets the job done. I would give him five stars plus!

Great place.....the eye doctor is very helpful...you are right in and right out...all of the employees here are sweethearts. I feel like I can trust this doctor with my eyes.....I highly recommend!!

One word Money mongersScheduled the appointment after confirming 10 times that Dr.Fedyk does the cataract surgery to patients without insurance for 2800$ (215$ upfront for testing) /50$ eye drops separate.I prepaid to pay all the cost at this place in cash or cc but After the appointment they supposed to call me and inform about WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS and explain the process but guess what? I have to call like5 times the next day to understand whats going on? after two days of calling the rep said she will call back but havent. Now I called again the next morning to get the surprise that they came back with this:You are scheduled with Retina Associate of St.Louis and same cost again to pay 200$+testing/eye drops. Sending me to another doctor at another location. havent thoroughly evaluated or explain the process to the patient. The reps at the front desk are very unprofessional and thats one of the reason of this review.My Mother went armies of doctors in her entire life in India and she said DR Fedyk have no experience and he panicked with complicated cases. Basic ophthalmologist hes that you can find it in Americas best.Not an experienced doctor in my opinion.

Horrible experience. 1:00 appointment time that I had to get there 15 min prior for because I was a new patient. Didnt get called back until 1:20 was seen by the tech for 10 min then put into Dr exam room at 1:30 at 1:55 Dr still didnt come in I walked out and asked if I was forgotten about. Receptionist said I was his first appointment from lunch and he would be back soon (I dont even think he was in the building). At 2:10 I walked out and left. Receptionist apologized but it was too late I was there for a 1:00 appointment and it was 2:10 and had not even seen the doctor. No respect for patients time. Receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule - NO. I will find an eye doctor that has more respect for my time.Update: I did receive a call from the doctor last night explaining why he was so late. I very much appreciated this call. I wish the staff would have known the situation or at least told me where he was this situation would be different if he communicated with his staff so that his staff could communicate with his patients that he would be so late. Also the girl at the desk told me I was the first when he’s back from lunch - I was the first one in the waiting room and the first one that got called back but I was not the first room he went into when he got back. I heard him go into the other room at 2:05 and begin an exam if he would have come to my room first I probably wouldn’t have left or writing this review. I was coming from work and going back to work. I didn’t expect to be gone for more than 2 hours (neither did my boss). I do truly appreciate the call and gesture as most doctors probably wouldn’t have done that.

I was a new patient walk in with double vision. I was visiting a doctor upstairs and he recommended Dr Fedyk. I walked in just to see if they could help me. The staff was so so nice and accommodating, especially since I came with my 3 kids who were working on a cold. They let my kids come in with me and worked around them. Everyone there was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

I have been to several eye specialist who were unable to resolve my eye issues I have had most of my life. Dr. Fedyk did. He took extra time with my situation and ran tests that had never been administered by others. He restored my vision I had years ago, eliminating my extreme redness, and dry eye condition. He found that the drops others had administered were actually worsening my condition, and now have drops that have taken the pain and redness away. The staff is fabulous and knowledgeable.They have not only made my life better, I actually look forward to going to my appointments.

His staff is very personable and makes the experience easy for all, including my young daughters. Should be 0 stars. I went there because of the 5 starts but unfortunately I had a very traumatic experience with no good results. He was supposed to remove a big chalazion (bump) from my upper eye lid, he performed the procedure at his office I was sitting down looking up while he was performing the procedure (not a good place to rest my head) while I was feeling all the pressure on my eye, my cheek was covered in blood. Results the chalazion was intact he missed it by a lot and I had a bruise eye for 7 days and he only said I am sorry while I have to pay his bills and the ones of another doctor that performed the procedure correctly without no bruise or bleeding.

Entire experience was excellent. Staff. Is professional and responsive. I am very pleased withThe process and the result.

I was referred to Dr Fedyk by my daughter whos a nurse. I was told had cataracts but wait. I also was told I could never wear contacts. That I would be using acyclovir & eye drops for life. In couple years I have seen Dr Fedyk I have had cataract both eyes done, gotten off acyclovir & FML eye drops. I had 1 contact to sharpen my vision & I see the doc every 6 months to make sure all is going right.I still have scarring but will always have that. All in all Dr Fedyk is a good caring doc& looks out for your best interest ( his staff is equally as good as him.#
