Outstanding service from start to finish. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

They got my last pair of eyeglasses perfect last time. Customer service is great. I came back despite having a better discount directly from my employer because of their ability to get my glasses right. Only reason this isnt a five-star review is because I dont yet have my new glasses to confirm it.

I would give this place zero if I can. Very poor service and treatment. We waited for 2 hours and couldn’t finish the eye exam the Dr. was very rude. Go somewhere else and save your time.

Went in to talk with someone about my Ray-ban prescription glasses frame fading in color. It had been about 2-3 years since I bought them. Daniel was extremely helpful and even offered to switch them out for a brand new pair free of charge.I highly recommend this Lenscrafters. Their prices are a little high compared with some places online, but their service is what makes it worthwhile!

I purchased my very expensive glasses less than a year ago and they started having an issue with the coating on the lenses about 5-6 months after so I put them away in a case until I can get back to this place which is today because I work nights and usually sleep during normal times, well I go in they won’t do anything to fix them so I say fine how much to put new lenses in? $450 just for lenses what? I paid $375 for the whole thing. This place doesn’t stand behind their product and even if I had came in at the time I started having the issue it wouldn’t have mattered. Stand behind your product I stood behind my money
