This was my first time visiting this location. Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. The service that Ive received was very pleasant and informative. Courtney did a very fantastic job cleaning my teeth. She went OVER AND BEYOND to ensure that all of my concerns was met. I have never been so excited leaving any other dentist office.

Dr Clay goes above and beyond! During the stress of how Covid may affect my small business, I began clinching my teeth at night when I slept. I fractured two teeth actually, and Dr Clay and his team have been instrumental in fixing me all up. I am very impressed of the treatment I received and the genuine care that I felt.

Such an amazing experience from the first moment I called. Each person I have had to interact with along the process has been more than kind and informative. Dr. Matt is so great! He explained exactly what was needed and why. He reassured me and checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was feeling ok. I cant say enough good things about them all! My family chose Eastern Virginia Family and Cosmetic Dentistry many years ago to serve our dental needs. We have never thought to explore elsewhere because we have always received high quality dental care from this establishment. The staff is skilled, knowledgeable, and very professional in every aspect. The front desk staff is always courteous, well organized, competent, and lends to a warm office atmosphere. All our experiences have been great with the doctors; especially Dr. Jeff. Excellent hygienist on staff however Morgan is outstanding.

Ive been a patient there for about 9 years now. Besides regular cleanings Ive had about 8 old fillings replaced over the course of a few years. Had the last one done today. I just visited here for a routine dental cleaning and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ellen. She is amazing and I don’t normally write reviews I thought I needed to in this case for 2 reasons: 1 my husband told me to stop going on and on about how fantastic my experience was after I raved about her for the last hour lol and 2: Ellen really is that good! Not only did she take the time to make sure she did a superb job at cleaning my teeth, but she took the extra time to tell me why and how. I left feeling so empowered to make the best decisions in between cleaning for my mouth to be the healthiest it can be.It doesn’t just begin and end with my experience with Ellen either. It truly is the entire package here - everyone is so friendly, caring and professional. This is my 2nd time visiting and they have me for life! I was referred to Dr.Clay from a friend after my old dentist put a failed crown on me. What a difference this practice is from my old one. Dr.Clay and his team goes above & beyond for their clients. I’m hesitant to leave this review bc they are already busy but a good practice like this needs to be recognized for their honest hard work. In today’s society, only the negative gets highlighted. Tried to schedule an appointment because of such high reviews and ratings; however communication was the absolute worst almost felt as if they didn’t want to schedule me at all. Sad that some dental practices get so big and money hungry that they just don’t seem to care at all. Where has customer service and compassion gone? Maybe COVID-19 took that too. -_-

Moved to this dentisr a few years back after my dentist retired. Everyone here is friendly and cheery. I always have Ellen as my hygienist and she is honestly the best. All the Drs, nurses, and receptionists are equally as wonderful. The environment is clean and welcoming.

I broke my tooth during the pandemic so could not be seen immediately. I contacted the emergency number & the doctor responded The same day with good advice & assurances he would see me as soon as he could. The moment the Governor allowed dental procedures to resume, the office contacted me & gave me an appointment the first day they were open. All safety precautions were taken, I received excellent treatment & came home happy & able to eat whatever & whenever I wanted. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I have been going here since I was a teenager. Ive always been phobic of dentists because of a bad childhood experience at a different dentist and because of that phobia didnt go for about seven years. When I started going again I obviously needed work done. EVERYONE at EVF&CD has always treated me with empathy and care. They helped me overcome my fears and get my teeth healthy again. Their customer care and professional knowledge are unmatched. They will always be my dentist and my familys dentist.When my 7yo needed a filling, they were so caring and gentle with him. The distraction techniques they used and the care they took to keep the anesthesia shot out of sight made it so he never even knew he got a shot in his mouth. Their concern about patient comfort is remarkable.

Great customer service and friendly staff. They got me in and out but did not compromise on quality. This was my first time being there and I was welcomed with open arms. They educated me on things I never knew about as well as mapped out a plan to fix my tooth sensitivity issue.

In the midst of a global pandemic, Dr. Clay Weisberg saved me from my broken tooth! One of few to call me back, spent time with me on the phone (during the weekend) to determine my needs, wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic, scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday, took time explaining details and possible outcomes, had a very professional staff that took care of me, didn’t charge me an arm and a leg, and created a customer for life. Pleasant experience! This was my first visit as a new patient. I met with Dr. Alya and assistant Courtney. They were wonderful, took good care of me, and made me feel comfortable. I came here to get a second opinion several years ago after I felt like the previous dentist I went to was telling me that I needed work that I didnt think I needed, and I never went back to the other dentist. This place has the family business feel but with the high tech equipment that you usually only see at the chain dental offices.
