I absolutely love Milestones! The staff is awesome loving and caring. Everyone is personable and they will go the extra mile for your child without s second thought!! Great curriculum my son is so advanced for his age. I wish he could stay his entire school career. Two 👍🏽

My child have gone here for years. She loved it and so do I. The teachers have cared for our kids as if they were their own. Ive always felt good about the care and education they receive here. My daughter will entered kindergarten ahead of the curve as well, which I am really happy about. They plan fun activities and communicate well with parents on a childs progress. Theyve done a lot to improve the school in the last few years too. Overall, very happy.

Milestones is amazing place!! My son attends here and he loves coming here . The Teachers are wonderful and have a beautiful heart. I’m so happy I met Ms. Lesley she been so wonderful to me and my family😊

I enjoyed coming here everyday to pick up my kids. The Teachers are so amazing and very funny at time. I love Ms. Lesley, she been there for me and my family for 3 years. If you don’t want you’re kids love on this isn’t the place for you kids.😊😊😊

Zero stars should be an option.I left my 7 month old in the care of this facility for 4 hours. They did not change his diaper at all. I know this because I put a different style diaper on him than the ones they had. A staff member wrote on his chart that his wet diaper was changed , but this did not happen. I changed him before leaving the center as he was dripping wet and questioned why his chart indicated his diaper was wet but he had not been changed. I was first told that he was changed but when I explained the different style diaper the story changed to we checked and he was dry, we wrote it down wrong. Upon questioning the administration the story again changed to we wrote on the wrong childs chart.I took my child home and returned to the center. I explained that I was very uncomfortable because this happened on his very first day. I was given his belongings. I requested at least a partial refund as I paid $350 to the center and due to their negligence I was not comfortable bringing my son back.The owner refused to refund me any portion of my $350 and told me her staff was in no way negligent.

This place is UNPROFESSIONAL , UNCLEAN, GHETTO, and every other word that coincides with all of the above ! My son has been going here since he was 15 months and this review is WAY over due! So I’m done with Milestones Child Development Center at 700 Fernwood Farms Road ! They’re the definition of GHETTO! So apparently Jayden has been having behavioral issues since April but no one has addressed it until a new “experienced “ teacher came who probably don’t even have a teacher license . I was told by the director that I (as the customer ) should have introduce myself to the staff, when you walk in they DO NOT speak ! The new teacher went off on me in front of the director because she has been “dealing” with Jayden’s behavior . I’ve asked them SEVERAL times if Jayden is giving them a problem to call me AND NOBODY HAS EVER CALLED! it smell like dirty diapers when you walk in theres aways food in the hallway, they barely clean , it’s NASTY! I’m reporting them to the health department TOMORROW ! I’m done with them for good I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to take their child there ! The director asked me what my concerns were and every time I tried to talk she would cut me off to make an excuse for her poor place of business . You can’t distinguish staff from outside people (be careful might have a stranger walk out with your baby) . The front door STAYS UNLOCKED!! ( guess they’ve never heard of sandy hook) it’s GHETTO ! DONT DO IT !! They don’t even check ID when your child is being picked up !! Stay away from here!!! Don’t take your child here they’re not safe at all !! The director Leslie too busy taking selfies outside when she need to be inside directing her business ! Never again ! Share this so people you know children won’t be put in danger !
