Dennis and his Team were outstanding to work with during his Office Move. His Team made our job much easier by being organized and helpful throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Bringing in full time care (strangers) for your parents is a hard decision. Brightstar made the process easier with the level of professionalism and quality of care and services provided. Most importantly though the caregivers tended to my parents the way i would, with love and kindness and respect. The company also was able to come through every time we had an immediate care need.

Bright-star home health services is amazing. They are a higher quality to their employer and to their clients. I have been to many home health services in my 6 years of a CNA and they stand out with high quality standards for both employe treatment and standards for their clients. Because of a companys standards it is motivational for employees and with the opportunity they offer for advancement they are one of the good ones :) many home health services out there some have low quality and then others strive with high standards. The worst experience ever!!!! They only care about your money! Mom had 20 different aides do to company promising shifts that they could not fulfill. They tell you one thing and do another! Office personnel are unprofessional you go inside to have a conversation and all they do is eat every time you walk in , then look at you like you are Disturbing their meals. I was fed up and found another company! Good luck! If you shall try.

I have worked with the staff at Brightstar Chesapeake for nearly ten years. What I have learned is clear in that you should select a home care agency based upon how they respond to issues. This office does respond and they do take action as quickly as they can. Brightstar Chesapeake is highly recommended for their tireless professionalism.

Brightstar Care Chesapeake is a great place to work. Staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There are some strict policies that all staff is supposed to adhere too, but a business cannot be successful without having rules in place. No company is perfect, but Brightstar is definitely better than many in the area.

They start out great and over time decline in service. They were constantly changing my service to fit their times and needs and not my mothers. They would often call and say they have nobody to come to my mother and no substitute. I observed several caregivers coming to my moms house, siting and drinking coffee, reading moms newspaper, and watching TV with their feet propped up (all of this before checking on my mother). Yes, I have cameras in the house and if using them, I would suggest you do the same. After observing and recording, I called the supervisor to report and then they called the caregiving. They would then proceed to do what they were hired to do. One quit because she was called on her negligence.

They go out of their way to help you, and on short notice, too. They do not make things a hassle for you. Everything is arranged.

My experience with the people at Brightstar Care of Chesapeake has been wonderful. They are so caring and truly are motivated to provide quality care and service to their clients. They as a company go above and beyond in volunteering and service to our Veterans and it does not go unnoticed. They also promote community education and I appreciate all that they do and look forward to working on projects together in the future.

The staff at Bright Star are caring as well as professional. In my case they responded on short notice and being in another state, this was a life saver for me.

These people are not your friends. Beware!!!
