La Petite Academy at Taylor Road has really met all expectations! I am most impressed with the acting director Kacie! She has been extremely thoughtful with regard to my son’s unique and sometimes challenging needs. The care and concern she has shown will be forever appreciated.

Seen a video of two teachers abusing a child in this facility. Was definitely hurtful to watch. Not saying all la petites centers are bad but from my knowledge both of the teachers are still working at this location. Also from my understanding they blamed the child for the teachers actions. Smh protect our kids. We have to do better.

This facility is horrible. My son was here for about 3 months. I was never comfortable. While the administrative staff was fine, the infant room teachers lacked the care, empathy and overall proficiency necessary to care for little ones. The staff left my 12 month old child sitting in a chair to feed himself (he hadnt learned how to feed himself yet) for over 30 minutes. AFTER my child had not eaten for over 6 hours. I had to leave work and pick him up at the 30 minute mark. It took me 10 minutes to get there. When I walked in to get him, he was still sitting in the high chair. He had been sitting their for over 40 minutes. How does this type of behavior happen in a daycare facility? I spoke with the staff about their performance. They were rude and unaccountable. I proceeded to feed my son while onsite and confronting the staff. He was Soooo hungry. He drank an entire bottle of milk while I was discussing thr incident with the assistant director. While my son sat in a chair alone for over 40 minutes in front of a plate of food he had not been trained to eat, the staff added in their notes that he refused to eat. WHAT??? They left my hungry barely 12 month old in a chair alone for 40 minutes and blamed him for not eating his food. Its insanity. It makes no sense. He hasnt returned since. I reported them to the department of social services. They need to replace their infant room staff. Find another provider. I withdrew my child in December of 2018.
