I have been a patient with Lakeview for five years. These people are professionals with the focus clearly on patient comfort and care. My attitude has changed, I no longer dislike going to a dentist.My recent visit with hygienist Nicole was great. She gave me my six month check up. She was very engaging with me asking about my comfort and informative as to her observations.During the doctor follow up of the hygienist visit it was obvious to me that he to is appreciative of her attention to detail.My takeaway is these professionals are all working together to be on the same page regarding patient care. That is appreciated by me and I know my dental care is in good hands.

Excellent experience. Dr Hill and team were fantastic. He explained each step and made sure I understood what was going on and kept pain to a minimum. All good. Staff also excellent. Knowing I was nervous they were very reassuring and very helpful with info for next step. I would recommend this group to everyone

I had a wonderful experience. Person that helped me and has the best example of customer service is a young lady named Dana. She went above and beyond. She called me to confirm my appointment. Asked me if I needed anything prior to the appointment. And when I arrived was even more pleasant than you can imagine. It should be noted that sometimes I have a problem walking. Dana offered to walk me to my vehicle because I appeared to be having some difficulty. There should be more Dana‘s in the world today. Thank you for an outstanding experience in your dental office. I am a first time patient at Lakeview and I was very impressed with the quality service that is offered by their great team of employees. My hygienist-Nicole was so gentle and kind. She creates such a relaxing atmosphere which takes away the fear of going to the dentist. The facility is clean and inviting. My entire family goes there and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dentist. They have various locations but I had gone to the Cherry Hill location.

I have never had a bad experience at Lakeview Dental. I came here based off of a recommendation of a friend as I was seeking a dentist to get long overdue dental work done. I was not disappointed. Customer service is exceptional; the dental staff is experienced, confident, and caring.

There’s nothing like thinking your tooth just fell out of your head and into your morning cup of coffee. Lucky for me, it was just an old filling, but regardless- the staff at Lakeview was amazing. They got me an appointment within a half hour of my calling, and an hour after I walked in their door I was already home, drinking that same cup of (lukewarm) coffee with a new filling. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Oh man I was so happy to go back here great dentist and the dental DR and the hygienist both did a wonderful job he had to extract a lower front one and that tooth was down in there but wow he did so wonderful and hygienist was so so sweet I love that I found a great dentist !! First time using this dental facility. Every one was so friendly and made me feel at ease. Made sure to answer any questions I had or concerns. I have no insurance and had extreme tooth pain. I wasnt sure WHO could help me with no insurance. They were wonderful and helped with all information on how I could get the services I need and still afford it. Dentist was very gentle and told me what he was gonna do..why..and how to treat after during process. Really loved the experience as tooth pain is the worst pain they eased it with knowledge and kindness as well as procedures.

As a new patient at Lakeview I had a very good experience the dental hygienist Rob was great, very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The facility was very clean and the whole staff seemed super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice staff the office manager went out of her way to greet me and welcome me to the office for my first time visit. She also gave me a card so that I could refer a family member which offered a discount ( for the person whos referred) and gift card for the referral .The doctor was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Amazing. I was terrified of the dentist, not due to pain but because of judgement. I have horrible teeth and have had bad experiences with my past two dentists. I needed a root canal due to an infection that I couldn’t put off any longer due to pain. I read all the reviews and found Lakeview. The staff were so kind and made me feel so comfortable. It went so well that even with my dental phobia I found myself curious as to what was happening. I even was talking with my dentist about the tools she was using and what they were for. I am looking forward to going back to here and completing my root canal. I will also be using Lakeview as my dental office and am excited about pursuing some implant work with them in the future. 100/10 would recommend.

Love this new location. I especially appreciate the staffs friendliness, they made sure my needs were being met. I had to wait a little longer to be treated but the music kept me entertained as well as they kept checking on me. I appreciate all the staff!

I went in today as a new patient with tooth pain due to crack in my tooth. The staff had excellent customer service skills and my doctor, Dr.Hill was God sent! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to accommodate me and address my tooth SAME DAY! I had a wonderful experience and look forward to continuing my dental work with the practice.

I been afraid of the dentist after a bad experience at a different dentist office three years ago, however Lakeview Dental was EVERYTHING! I LOVED my dental hygienist, Michelle. She made the experience 10/10, I felt super comfortable and all the staff were nice and in a good mood!

So today 03/31/21, was my first time to going to Lake view Dental care, I soon as I walked on I was greeted very friendly. I gave her my insurance card she made a copy I sit down and 3 min. Later I get called to the back for Treatment. Th technician was awesome and friendly, afterwards the manager came to the back and introduced her self to me and welcomed me to their office, then next staff member name Michelle did my cleaning and I most say it was a first time I felt such a thorough and great cleaning. Last but not least the Dentist cones in checks my teeth again and shows me what my plan for my teeth . Overall they all rock !!!!! I highly recommend the place . See you guys next week ❤️

I was experiencing acute pain from a toothache on a Saturday and decided to go to the dentist. My wife gave me two choices, a place where she goes and Lakeview which she noticed had just opened up across the road.I arrived at the reception 20 minutes before closing and was sure they would not be able to help me, but they blew me away; not only did they accept me as a new client, they took an x-ray look and explained the source of my pain and developed a treatment plan. The antibiotics I required to start were called into my pharmacy of choice, and I left with an appointment for Tuesday to remove the offending tooth!Thank you Lakeview!The premises looked so bright and clean I felt like this was the right place for me, and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. I can’t wait to go back.

I came to Lakeview Dental in Cherry Hill for a tooth emergency. I was experiencing some major jaw and tooth pain, and my current dentist was unable to see me right away. I quickly and easily scheduled an appointment online at Lakeview Dental in Cherry Hill (all the patient forms are online already so you dont have to complete them when you actually go to the office), and was seen the next day by Dr. Godil. If I could sum up my experience in one word, it would be wow. The office staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome and comfortable the moment I walked inside. They didnt try to pressure me into changing dentists/signing up as a patient there. They treated me with respect and care. Dr. Godil was amazing. He is patient, professional, and personable, and immediately put my mind at ease. He addressed my issue swiftly and told me to contact him if any additional pain issues arose in the time before I got into see my actual dentist. The dental hygienist Ava was also very kind and understanding. The office was hopping when I arrived, a lot of patients coming and going. But everyone was staggered, temperatures were being checked, and everyone was being kept at distances in the individual rooms, making me feel 100 percent safe getting work done here. Thank you, Dr. Godil and Lakeview Cherry Hill! If I didnt already have a dentist, I would definitely be a patient of yours. Highly recommend this practice!

I had a dental emergency today and called them in the morning, they scheduled me for 11:30 am. They were very quick and professional. Their staff is very nice and friendly. Since I told them I was having an extremely heavy pain, the receptionist took a time to ask the doctors if they could see me as soon as possible. Saved me from the horrible pain and I could finally sleep. I appreciate the efficient team work and help.

I received a postcard in the mail earlier this year or maybe even last year (totally forget). The postcard impressed me so much, so I knew I wanted to check this place out. Time slipped by, but I finally made it in tonight! The office was very clean and comfortable -- they even decorated so nicely for Christmas. Everybody I met with today was great! Sandy, the office manager/receptionist, took the time to introduce herself to me in the room and told me a little bit about the office -- Ive never had an office staff member take the time to do this! I was thoroughly impressed. Next up was the x-ray technician -- I forget her name (I want to say Ashley?) she was very friendly, asked me if I had any concerns before starting, and was quick! Next up, was my hygienist, I believe her name was Stella. She was EXCELLENT -- by far the best hygienist Ive ever had before. She was very thorough and talked with me about her findings and presented suggestions to me so I could keep my teeth in tip top shape. She even went as far as to physically show me the proper way to floss and explained why flossing is so important. My entire life I thought flossing was just to loosen up food particles between your teeth, when it actually helps with your gum health! Lastly, was my doctor, Dr. Soni. She has been the best dentist Ive had thus far! She also explained things very well, listened to my concerns, did a thorough examination of my mouth, and talked to me about a few of the services they offer that I expressed interest in. I dont think I could really explain how impressed I was with this dental office and the staff. I booked my next 6-month visit with the same staff before leaving! :)

I went in for a dental cleaning and the procedure went great only after it was done it took quite some time to wait for the doctor to come and do their evaluation....and when she came she seemed very much in a hurry, talking very fast, seemed uncomfortable when I asked questions as if they were a time waste and frequently looked toward the door as she spoke to me as if in a hurry.
