First let me explain: I have been going to the dentist for many years, and have always been so afraid of needles .I would have someone go with me to my appt. i needed of a find a dentist that had longer hours, cause (i never know what time im going in or getting done work).I had mentioned it to a coworker and he told me about Dr. Donn. Best, most diligent, and high quality dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Donn uses the most innovative equipment in order to prevent cavities before they come. Surgeon grade air purifiers during Covid keeping patients and staff healthy. And probably the easiest nova cane injections to tolerate ever. He’s creative and highly skilled to prevent patient pain and make you as comfortable as possible!!!

Given the difficulties in managing all of our healthcare needs during this time of COVID, I had to push my scheduled appointment back a few months. Upon arrival, I was more than satisfied with the precautions the office had taken to ensure the health of all patients. Friends... words of advice family dentists are fine for simple cavities leave it at that 🙏🙌❤ anymore see a specialistI just had extensive oral and nasal surgery at Jefferson as the result of Dr Donn doing unnecessary proceedures and failing to diagnose a dental cyst more than 2 cm in diameter so the size of a nickle !!!Dont end up like this!!!!Pain, Surgery, bone loss, three teeth needed extraction !!I took care of my teeth, brush floss, i carry a toothbrush and brush after lunch, regular 6 month visits always!Dr Donn Cherry Hill NJ likes to pretend hes an Endodontist quote i took a class and bought a kit quote end quoteHe butchered my tooth, caused this cyst to form, then he failed to diagnose it, over the next 5 years of regular visits xrays and complaints of pain and literally pointing to the exact area of the pain.While he spends lavishly on himself he uses ancient bite wing xrays - whereas most Dentists 80% now use a 3D xray which would have and did at an endodontist s clearly show the mass above my teeth!I guess Dr Donn was too busy picking out which prada or gucci shirt to wear, or which exotic car to drive to work or which cocaine filled junket to las Vegas was next to either diagnose or refer to a specialist!!!He was dismissive on 5 separe office visits, last only a month before proper diagnosis, he said you have big sinuses take some SudafedNothing could have been more wrong or misdirected Sudafed masked the symptoms Nothing more...Now ive lost three teeth and will need tens of thousands $$$ in reconstruction, bone graphs and eventually implants if Im luckily the bone loss is that significant#drdonn#drcraigdonn#craigdonndds

He does schedule far out in advance, but normally if you are flexible...they can get you in fairly quickly due to a cancellation for routine cleaning.

She asked me to trust her and that i did. She always makes sure I am comfortable before she begins my treatment. She always asked about ME. I am a 65 year old male and have been a patient of Dr. Donn’s for over two years. I came to him for major reconstructive dental work that I had put off until I could put it off no longer. Several of my wife’s work associates are patients of Dr. Donn and they recommended him highly.That was two years ago. The work that had to be done was challenging but Dr. Donn has the experience, the techniques, the equipment and the support staff to get the job done right and quickly. All procedures were done in his office. Dr. Donn’s techniques and equipment are all cutting edge, state-of-the-art. His staff is courteous, helpful and efficient.It was easy to see that patient comfort was of paramount importance to everyone, though there is no such thing as “painless dentistry”, Dr. Donn and his staff did all they could to minimize my pain and discomfort. I had eleven teeth extracted and temporary dentures put in place ON THE SAME DAY. No, it wasn’t easy and it wasn’t without a bit of pain but my discomfort was minimized and well managed. It was...tolerable. Although I hadn’t been able to smile or grin properly for a few years, on that very day, Dr. Donn gave me my smile back! And I am very grateful to him and his awesome team.Nobody really wants to see the dentist, most of us put it off until we’re so uncomfortable or in pain that we must. With Dr. Donn you may be assured that you are being treated by one of the very best practitioners in his field and you can be confident that your discomfort will be kept to the absolute minimum.
