Called on March 31st to add my 2 and 4 year old as patients and schedule their first appointment. They were able to book them at the same time slot about 3 weeks later. Arrive for the appointment today, the door is locked, call the main line, and they have no record of our appointment. They have all my daughters information but all the 10:40am slots are filled and they cant see us. Never even made it inside the building.I adjusted work and school schedules to make this appointment. The best they could offer was scheduling a new appointment. However after reading all the most recent surveys, I think this worked out for the better.If inconsistency and gambling with your time is what your looking for, give them a call! Good luck!

They are scam artist . They come after you years later stating you owe them hundreds of dollars after you are no longer their patient . This does not come up while you are their patient . After you leave them , they find all these alleged payments you supposedly owe them . They are frauds and their billing department is ran by thief’s . I was also told in a statement via court with Them that my child could not be serviced due to her behavior. My child had never ever had an issue with the dentist . She has had all kinds of dental work with no issues at all !

Took my son here in either late 2019 or early 2020, at almost 2 yrs old. My son was very sensitive to having his teeth examined, which caused him to have a breakdown. He cried for about 10 min & I had to take him outside. When I brought him back inside I was cradling and comforting him. Dr. Pettigrew told me if I was going to baby him, I should have another baby. 😳 She then preceded to ask me his diet and when I mentioned sometimes oatmeal….she said I shouldn’t give him I instant because of the sugar. I said I don’t eat instant oatmeal..nice assuming though. Needless to say, the lack of bedside manner and the unprofessionalism have kept us away. First and last visit.

My experience with Holdbrook was very disappointing. At my first visit for my children ages 5 and 10, I was told that they each had two cavities and would need fillings. The doctor told me they would both need the nitrous gas for the procedures. I was never told there were other options so I agreed. At the follow up appointment, I paid almost $300 out of pocket for the gas for just my daughter, and her procedure. I opted not to have my son given the gas as he is 10 and I didn’t feel he would need it. Once they began with my daughter, the Water made her gag and she tried to take the instrument the doctor had in her mouth away (natural reflex reaction if you ask me). My daughter then started crying, and was not relaxed at all as they told me she would be as a result of the nitrous gas. When I asked the doctor if there was any other way to do this, she then proceeded to tell me about the other options that were never told to me to begin with. Then she began to talk to my daughter in a manner that I did not appreciate. I don’t understand how she’s considered a pediatric dentist if she does not know how to deal with children (the assistant was very nice, unlike the actual dentist). I then told her she was very unprofessional and asked for my money back because at this point, I did not want my children seen there at all. I think parents should be given all options before deciding on what they feel are best for YOUR children. When I asked for my refund, I was told I would only be refunded $151, and would still be charged for the appointment fee, along with a behavioral management fee! What I don’t understand is how I was charged for something that, as “professionals” they should be able to handle. This makes no sense to me, and I definitely will it be going back to this dentist. Note to dr. Holdbrook, make sure your “dentists” know how to deal with children before hiring them. I am a singe mother of two who pays a nice amount for medical insurance every month, so to have to pay $119 for absolutely nothing is insane. You should be ashamed of yourself. Thanks for nothing. Will be looking for a better dentist.

My negative experience today is two-fold. First, apparently there is a policy that children four and above will be taken into the building without the parent. I let this happen, but after a few minutes waiting in my car and feeling unsettled about this (my child has special needs), I called and told the receptionist I would like to be with my child. I told her I was given no prior notification of this policy, to which I was told that I had, defensively. I reviewed my texts (their method for confirming appointments) and emails and found nothing regarding this. Even if I had, the point is that I felt discomfort, and me being with my child is a priority.After I was put on hold for several minutes (while literally locked out of the building with my child inside) for someone to “speak to the manager,” I was let in and led to my daughter. After the dentist finished with Zoe, I briefly explained the experience I just went though and how I never received a notice of the policy regarding not coming in with my child. The doctor briefly mumbled “it’s fine,” WHILE he walked away from me dismissively. I wasn’t even sure what he meant until I pressed him and I understood he meant I could come in with her next time. My daughter and I were both confused thinking he was still going to finish the conversation, but he literally walked away before I thought the conversation was overIt was then I decided I would not be returning. I got a refund of $345 for the annual “in-house” plan that covers two cleanings and year plus a discount on treatments (no dental insurance) immediately and then was re-charged $322 for the day’s services. At least that was handled quickly.Lisa, the hygienist who brought back my daughter initially and cared for her was great all around.

Perfect office to get bate & switched on what is needed and required for your child. Like a root canal on a baby tooth for a child turns into a full-blown now it’s gonna have to be an extraction. Absolute unethical complete joke and lack of experience

Took my sons, 3 and 4 years old in today for cleanings and exams. The dental hygienists was absolutely wonderful! The complaint that I have is with the dentist that we saw. My 4 year old has always had difficulty at the dentist also has some sensory issues. When it came time for the exam she suggested either to lay him down across my chest or my lap. I decided to lay him down on my chest so he would be laid back and she would have light as that was what she insisted she needed. Needless to say the exam did not go well and she was only able to get the fluoride on half of his mouth. After all was said and done she then expresses that laying him across my lap and hers would have been the better option. As the expert and a pediatric dentist if she felt that that way would have been more effective for my son to have gotten a better exam than she should have said that. In the end there was no real exam performed and we left very disappointed in the service today. My sons teeth weren’t looked at properly to see if there were any cavities or anything. I felt that the dentist did not do everything she could have and was very rushed. For a pediatric dentist she did not seem to have much patience or compassion for my son.

BEWARE of BILLING OFFICE..... It is unfortunate that I am reporting this issue now because I should have addressed this years ago. The billing at this organization is not accurate and unprofessional. My daughter was receiving a 2 part procedure before she was to get braces. The front desk charged me on the first visit an “estimation” for both visits which I had no problem with. On the second visit I arrive about 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment time and was greeted by the front desk again asking for another sum of money. I advised her that I paid the estimate for both procedures on the first visit. She goes in the office and returns with a spreadsheet with a breakdown of my charges for the last visit and the “estimated” out of pocket. I pull up my EOB with my “actual” out of pocket and she goes back into the office. I’m waiting outside now for about 20 minutes so I decided to call the front desk. I was told my daughter would not be seen until the bill is cleared by the billing supervisor. I asked to speak with the billing supervisor and was given her number at another location. I called that location and when the billing supervisor Donna answered she explained to me how she wanted to help me by explaining how I still owed money. At this point I am asking for the office manager because I am outside in a parking lot now 45 minutes all due to an “estimated” out of pocket. I call the Princeton location who helped me instantly. Lula at that office understood the urgency of the matter and immediately connected me to Markita the office manager. Markita reviewed the EOB and understood that I did not owe any additional money but had a “credit” in the system. Now 50 minutes later I have a dental assistant coming to retrieve my daughter who is completed distraught at this point. I made a written complaint to my Dental provider and the establishment as well. BEWARE of the BALANCE BILLING that goes on at this establishment!!! CHECK your previous EOB’s I bet you are due MONEY back that you overpaid!!!!! Thanks me later.

Triple Check your insurance covers! Went there when my son had 3 teeth was told we were fine and insurance would cover for routine. Made his 6 months appt that same day the day before that appointment the billing department calls and says we owe $251 or cant be seen, that they never ran insurance until now. Oh! But they are sorry bkz of Covid it must have gotten misses. Aka they were running it for the next appointment like they should have 6 months ago for the first one. Made us cancel appointment until this was paid, have been going back and fourth between insurance and the office. Needless to say when I asked if there was anything they can do they said no we have to pay or be put on a payment plan in order to be seen. Will be looking to go elsewhere!

This is our 3rd time here and all I can say is they are amazing! My son is apprehensive (like any kid) but they are hands down angels! Every experience is awesome. My son has taken to Kelly and she knows how to connect with him and helps his visits so much (thank you again Kelly!) today someone helped hold my 7 month old while I helped my son and she was the sweetest. Everyone in the office was smiling and friendly! I will share with everyone that the Cherry Hill location is 10/10 the best! Dr. Holdbrook does great work and always very friendly and welcoming. Love y’all!

This was my first time there and they were absolutely the best! The staff and the dentist were so friendly and told me everything they were doing. I felt very comfortable there. My last dentist was not as thorough and it started to feel like an assembly line. Definitely will be back and I will be taking my daughter as well.

They went above and beyond to help my 2 year old with his cavities. They were exceptional and very patient. My son couldnt use Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) and they worked with us every second to keep him calm and as comfortable as possible. The super friendly and nice tech even gave my son two little toys as a reward for doing a great job for them! Highly recommend this state of the art and very child oriented practice! Dr. Holdbrook and his team are amazing !

Love love LOVE!! Staff was so nice and helpful. My son has autism and high anxiety about dentists, and the dental assistants were all so great and calming. They worked at his pace, and got more out of his appointment than I ever thought possible! The Dentist was quick and super informative. So happy we found Holdbrook!!

This office is absolutely wonderful! Everyone was very attentive and friendly to not only our daughter but my husband and myself, making us feel like weve been patients forever. The dental hygienist and the dentist were both very comforting and patient to our hesitant and shy 3-year-old. I was recommended Holdbrook by several friends of mine and I will be recommending them now as well.

Our first few visits we were happy. Lately I have been very dissatisfied. The staff is very rude. They canceled an apt I made 6 months ago after they asked me to confirm. We then rescheduled our 2 and 3 year olds. I confirmed that all 4 of us could come in (my husband and I and the kids) and was told its not a problem. I then received a text that they would have to go in without parents. I called and she said that was for older kids. When we arrived for the apt they would not let us in together. When we explained the conversation we had we were given dirty looks and just told no thats not our policy. I explained it was my 2 year olds first apt and I had told her for a week that wed all go in with her to help calm her nerves they just looked at me like I was being crazy. I understand there are extra rules now, but they need to be more organized and have better communication. No compassion no apology for miscomunication. We will did not go in and will not be returning.

My hygienist Lisa was the best. She gave me very useful tips and also took her time during the procedure. Doc was great to. Very concerned and friendly. Other staff was also helpful and friendly. Always a good visit when I go there

My son has been a patient of Dr Holdbrook for 8 years now and have been very pleased. Dr Holdbrook and the staff are wonderful and caring. Would recommend these offices to anyone that is in need of a dentist. I am grateful to them for helping my son and boosting his confidence when it comes to care from medical professionals. I don’t really ever leave reviews but I brought my son here after trying to find the perfect dentist for him. He suffers severe anxiety and it’s been a struggle for me to find one that can accommodate his need and makes him feel less stressed. I’ve brought him to many other dentist where he would literally kick, scream and cry not wanting to be there. I brought him in to this office for the first time and the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and comforting that there was little resistance (which was a big surprise). He made a point to say that the mostly female staff were very nurturing and put him at ease. And he even received some small gifts for being a brave boy. This office is extremely professional but also understanding and patient. After his appointment my son said, “I love this dentist and want to come back!” I never once heard him say that about ANY dentist. This is a RARE thing especially with children that DO NOT like dentists(which are most lol) I highly recommend them! We found our perfect dentist!!!

I love Holdbrook’s! I go myself and I take my children. They encourage you to take care of your teeth and explain and remind you of what could happen is you don’t! Very friendly staff, amazing with the kids! Clean office, good environment all around! Highly recommended.

Today was our 1st visit to Holdbrook. Totally different experience than previous place we went to. The staff here was fantastic. Both my kids are on the spectrum and have anxiety due to previous experience. Both kids were comfortable and well taken care of. My son who has Sensory Processing Disorder did fantastic. Not one tear was shed. He co-operated and was totally calm. He told me he wants to go back tomorrow and likes the dentist now!!! See you in 6 mos!!

I have been taking my kids to this place for about 7 years now, and I have seen that my kids really enjoy going there to clean their teeth. The staff is really good with making sure that the children clean their teeth, and make sure that they have healthy teeth for the future. They are good with communicating with the children and make sure they feel welcome there. With all this being said I would recommend other parents to bring their children here.

This dental practice has very friendly staff with state of the art equipment and technology. The hygienists are amazing. They spend a lot of time examining my boys. Dr. Holdbrook is an awesome dentist. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

This business had my handicap sister come in and get checked out. Put her on antibiotics until she could come in for her tooth to be removed and also hand her (abscess). My sister finished her antibiotics on Wednesday and her caretaker called to make sure they could get her back in for her appointment. They advised her caretaker that they couldn’t get her in at all didn’t even give a date even though she was there not even 2 weeks ago. Mind you when she was there it was told they would get her in for the surgery. Shame on you Holbrook for doing this to someone that is disabled. We all truly feel that they just didn’t want to handle her because of her disability. The way they treated my mother as well not giving her any other dentist they knew of and my mother had to go get her paperwork just so we could possibly find someone else to do this surgery.

Everyone who works here is joyful and makes it a fun experience for both of my kids. Weve never waited more than 20 minutes and are always happy when we leave. They are fantastic with children.

Called early in the morning for emergency appointment (3 year old fell on his face and busted his lip and got loose tooth). They were able to see me before 10 am. Both, the technician and the dentist, were super friendly and were very accommodating to a fussy child. Location is not great but service is. Highly recommend for children.

I really like this office for my almost 5 year old. We’ve been going to Holdbrook since her very first visit and my daughter has become more and more comfortable with each visit! The dental hygienist are SUPER kid-friendly and have a lot of patience. I love that most because when it comes to children, you never really know what (mood) you’re going to get and the staff there seem to handle things very well!

I absolutely love this dentist office!! The staff and everyone are so friendly and that’s super important because most people don’t like seeing the dentist. My kids and I enjoy going there every time. The dental assistants put my kids at ease and the front desk staff are so friendly!! They’re butchers not dentists. After we paid for everything upfront, they waited months and sent us an enormous bill of extra work they tackled on after the fact with even asking us. They removed half of my kids teeth and didn’t even warn us. Stay far away.

This was our first time visiting this dentist and everyone, from the people at the front desk to the dentist herself, they were so friendly, kind and professional. My son is 4yrs old and was getting his first extraction done, they made him as comfortable as they could. The dentist was nice and spoke to him during the process. I took my daughter (2yrs old) to Holdbrook today for her 1st appointment. Everyone was very kind and patient with her. The office is very kid friendly and colorful! Also neat & clean! Very good first experience for my toddler! The staff is awesome!

Dr. Holdbrook is such an incredible Dentist and person. He has been a game changer for my son, my daughter as well but due to the fact that my son can be a bit difficult when it comes to dental procedures ...the amount of patience and understanding he has for him is truly incredible. It has prevented him from having to go under anesthesia for even a simple cleaning because of the amount of patience he has with him. Most dentists would never do this as they’re all about fitting as many patients as they can in , in a short period of time. I have referred many friends here who were afraid to even start taking there child with a developmental disability to the dentist.Every time after they go they always report back to me how incredible the staff is and how incredible Dr. Holdbrook is.

Courtney is the BEST! She is passionate about her work and truly cares that her patients have the best oral hygiene. She doesn’t just clean your teeth and send you on your way. You’ll leave knowing how to keep your teeth & gums healthy between cleanings. Courtney has been by my side for everything...cleaning of my teeth & gums, how to properly clean a bridge and she made sure I knew I how to keep my adult braces clean. She introduced me to cleaning products for braces that my orthodontist didn’t even know existed. I’ve finally got everything down thanks to her and without her guidance my teeth would be in trouble. I could boast for hours about her but you have to see and feel the smooth for yourself! Call and make your appt. today!All 3 of my children have always had positive experiences as well. Everybody is very caring & kid friendly. My youngest would come get his teeth cleaned every week if he could! Thank you!

*Update Nov 2017* (6 months after first visit) Just went to the Cherry Hill Office for the first time since their move. It’s super cute. They were very busy today with kids being out of school. I scheduled my son’s appointment 6 months ago and didn’t know it was a school holiday—he is 3. Lots of people waiting in the waiting room, but I was called at my appointment time. More than likely since my son is young and didn’t need anything else. I did have to fuss with a tablet to fill out new paperwork. I should have known to go early to a new location... plus my infant was crying so that didn’t help my stress level. It was easy enough if she wasn’t shrieking... anyway, The dental assistant was the same as lady time and she was extremely nice and helpful. The dentist was also nice and quick. My son got stickers and little prizes and was so excited to see his new toothbrush/toothpaste/floss etc. I debating finding a new dentist on the ride over since it was 25+ minutes from my house, but seeing the new building and having such a nice dental assistant staff really made me change my mind... he only goes so often and it’s worth it for the efforts they’ve made!————————My sons first dentist experience was amazing. My son just turned three and had never been to a dentist, I was told at his annual dr appointment to go ahead and make an appointment with the dentist because he had chipped his tooth on his third birthday. I took him in and immediately they were nice and responsive, the receptionist wasnt super super friendly but she was still nice. I think she was just busy.The toys in the waiting room were OK. They had the traditional ball on wire toys and several of them. They did have a train set but I didnt see a single train, they couldve gotten swiped along the way but they do need to get a few more trains. I think I waited maybe five or so minutes after I handed in my sons paperwork.The dental assistant that cleaned my sons teeth with great with him and she worked with him from the start. She give him stickers, showed him her gloves, counted his fingers with her a little mirror and then counted his teeth. It really helped him relax and see that what she was doing was not going to hurt-- she just wanted to look at his teeth. She then tried to clean his teeth and didnt care if he didnt want to sit in the chair she just kind of went to him. When he didnt like the vibration of the toothbrush, she switched to a plain kids toothbrush and finished brushing his teeth that way. They then did x-rays and work with him with their special camera, he did so well for them and she worked with him really well to make fishy faces and bite down like different animals etc. It was a super smooth process.The dentist came in and did the same with him she worked with him to look at his teeth and made him feel comfortable. She then explained how they were going to smooth out his chipped tooth. They gave him a little prizes along the way and let him choose his toothbrush so he felt involved and he could earn coins for more prizes if he did certain things like getting his teeth cleaned and doing x-ray and getting his teeth smoothed. She had me help hold him down while they smoothed his tooth, she went so quick and cheered him on along the way. She gave him sunglasses so the light wasnt in his eyes.It was just overall a super encouraging and pleasant experience.I went into today expecting my son to fight the whole way because he did not enjoy going to the doctors office last week, but the way that the dental assistant and the dentist worked with my son made this such a better experience than it couldve been. Im so glad I chose to go with Holbrook and Im not thinking twice about driving out to Cherry Hill when they move this summer.

A wonderful practice for all kids. My child has autism and this office was highly recommended to us by his therapist. We couldn’t be happier. Kelly, the dental hygienist is AMAZING with my son. She is relaxed and calm. Dr. Amy was excellent as well. I can’t imagine bringing him anywhere else. Thank you!

Wonderful staff. So good with both of my sons ages 6 & 2. My 2 year old does not like his teeth brushed or looked at at all, and the dental hygienist was so patient and sweet to him.

We were there for dental sealants for our 7-year-old son. The service was good, friendly staff. The office was clean. I gave the review four stars instead of five because of the wait. We always have to wait, sometimes well over 20 minutes before were called for our appointment. I wish the service times were much closer to the actual appointment time.

My daughter was so nervous ! As soon as we walked in her eyes lit up! There was toys and all kinds of stuff for the kids to play with for my 1 and 5 year old! They also took us back so quick ! They had “brave sunglasses” for my daughter to wear! She sat in the chair a little nervous but that quickly faded! They were so quick and so kid friendly! She loved it and can’t wait to go back! My 4 year old daughter went in to have some cavities filled and they were very professional very sweet and supportive throughout her fillings. Dr. Gupta was awesome with both explaining the procedure to me and distracting my four-year-old daughter during the procedure.

After being a loyal patient for 10 years and sending other families to this practice, today was our last visit. Was told I had a balance of over $400. I had previously called and gave them my new insurance info regarding this bill. Have not heard anything since. When I arrived they told me about this bill again. I have to further look into this bc It doesn’t make sense but I offered to pay $50 and of course today my insurance is good and they turned me away. So I called the office manager and she put the billing dept on the call and basically the two of them ganged up on me as if I wasn’t trying to pay. I’ve NEVER had any billing issues or ever owed them money in TEN years and they treated me like I was trying to scam them. Business must be so good that they don’t need mine anymore!

They are great with the kids and we always have a great experience. The only thing that I would say is sometimes you may wait 30-40 minutes for your appointment. But I suppose that is to be expected!

Love this place! They are great with kids of all ages. They were flexible with letting me go back with my little ones until they were ready to go back on their own. Great hygienists and wonderful ladies at the front desk.

Extremely pleased with our first visit today. Helpful and friendly front desk staff, caring and warm techs made all the difference. Let me 1st say that I never take the time to do reviews, yet I felt the need to do so today. I highly recommend Holdbrook Pediatric Dental to everyone! The staff was great, they got us in & out within the hour. Both my daughters are gushing about coming back in 6 months.

I switched dentist because my last dentist was giving me the run around , so I called and made an appt which holdbrook gave me the next day. Soon as I walked in with my daughter I was amazed how nice it looks and they even have a playroom for children. While being seen they told me everything I need to get done and was very upfront with me about everything. I would recommend all my friends and family to go to Holdbrook. Their the best

We had a great experience here today. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. I had some doubts at our first couple of appointments just because they were a little funny about me going back with my son (5 at the time), but not today. Both the hygienist and the dentist were patient and so very helpful with sharing information and recommendations for my sons teeth. My son was also calm and happy throughout the appointment. They made my sons first dental experience a great one! They were so friendly with him and me such an awesome staff. He loved that he could watch a movie while they checks his teeth.

The staff here are always friendly. The office is always clean and I feel so comfortable with them working with my child. They always treat her so well .She use to hate the dentist due to bad experiences from others, but Holdbrook dental changed her perception. Plus , their theme of legos are awesome as well as the paintings . Very kid friendly. Great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend d them to anyone!

They are great with the kids and sensitive to the scared ones as well. Really like Dr. Gupta. She has done a few procedures on my little one and he still has no fear of dental visits !

I am very pleased with my sons visit today. I never leave reviews but the service was exceptional. They treated my son with kindness and showed how much they cared. We will definitely be back for many years to come. Thank you for the excellent service :)

I called for a dental emergency for my stepson. They got us in immediately the next morning. The hygienist was amazing and the Dr. explained everything thoroughly. So grateful for this practice!

Ive been taking my son here for a couple years and never had a complaint. The doctors here are caring and wonderful. However, the office staff is incredibly rude. I received a voicemail on Friday for my sons annual appointment. In the voicemail, there was no mention of the new location, just confirming the appointment date & time at 8 am in the morning. My sons father took him to the appointment only to find out they moved the location. Wouldve been nice it if were mentioned or if they sent a card in the mail.So I call over there after and the most miserable woman takes my call and immediately puts me on hold. After a few minutes she comes back with an attitude explaining to me that the new location was mentioned in the voicemail yesterday and that I will be charged a fee for the cancellation. I explained to her that there NO mention of the new location and she just says .....Well when do you want to reschedule. I say thank you for the reschedule and she just says mmmhm.Im not paying a fee for your mistake, and Im so put off by that phone call Im considering switching dentists. I seen other reviews about the office staff that are similar to mine and my boss & CEO of my company had similar complaints all about the front desk staff but I couldnt believe them until now.

They definitely make sure your comfortable and do everything they can to make it painless. They are thorough and explain everything to you the whole time.

Absolutely love the office staff, hygienists, and dentists. they all really strive to make it a positive and fun visit for the kids and always keep the parents informed as to whats going on and what the next step may be. i would NEVER consider going back to any of my local, small town dentists.

I love this place! My daughter had a very bad experience when she was younger with a specialist and now is scared of the doctors and dentists offices. However they are so wonderful with her that she went her last two times without crying once, which is a huge step. She even laughs now and doesn’t mind it. Thank you to the great dental assistants and dentists that helped her get through this!!!

I absolutely love Holdbrook. Bryson was 2 when he started going and is now 4. They always make him feel comfortable and it’s always quick ! Definitely recommend!

We started out going to Holdbrook for our kids because of their reputation. A year or so later my wife and I started going there too.Courtney is the best hygienist. The service is great. We highly recommend them!

This place was the best! They understood my sons fears and needs. They also were very patient and kind. I recommend them for any child but especially special needs children.

My two children autistic and we’ve been going to Dr. Holdbrook for quite a few years now. I could not be happier with the service that we receive their as well as how the entire staff treat my children. They truly are the best if I could put 10 stars I absolutely would!

My son had injured his lip/tooth/gum from a fall. The office took him in for an emergency appointment right away and ruled out no damage. They were compassionate and very informative.

I will never take my son here again.My son suffers from weak enamel which is hereditary in our family. I took my son here in May. He does not really like the dentist so he freaked out. They did not try to calm him down, instead they decided the only option was to put him under general Anastasia to get x-rays and fill the cavities. Laughing gas was not even mentioned to me. Not to mention, my son is not even 3 years old yet.After my health insurance would not cover the Anastasia or the facility to have this done, I started to explore other options. I found another dentist that took the time with my son, made him comfortable, told me all of my options and took care of his cavities right away.EXPLORE OTHER OPTIONS!!! I will NEVER recommend this dentist to ANYONE!!! If I could give this no stars i would.

My 4 year old had two cavities. Dr. Holdbrook and staff were amazing at easing the fears and anxiety of my little one (and me) - before, during and after the procedure to fill the cavities. The staff here are always so good with my kiddos. I highly recommend!!!

Must say I was way happier with this visit than I have been in the past. Kelly the office manager was able to accommodate us with a difficult situation, I very much appreciate that. Dont know what happened with the old staff from the old office but I was way happier with the 2 ladies running the front office than I had been. These ladies were professional and helpful hope they plan on staying for awhile. Was also happy to have Dr. Holbrook back to complete the work needed on my daughter.

The staff is very courteous. The dentist can be a scary experience for a child but the staff is great with kids and the office is very clean. The schedule is flexible and the kids play area is fun while they wait.

My kids (3) have been going to the Swedesboro location for years. All of the staff is helpful and always has a great attitude! Thank you for always being awesome!!

Wait time was a little long, but hygienist was Awesome! My only complaint is we waited 20 minutes for the dentist to come out and double check my 3 year olds teeth and apply the fluoride. She didnt even acknowledge how long she took or apologize for the wait. Both kids were crying and had had enough. Definitely need to work on decreasing time between cleaning and dental exam.

Today was the final straw! I called this week and made an an emergency appt for today just to be told when i got there that wasn’t any appt in the system. She made me stand outside in the heat while she verified if i really had an appt. it’s always something with them smh. I’ve been going here for years with my kids and also my husband and I are patients. Had a better experience In the swedsboro office but now go to cherry hill due to closer to home. This is where the problem is! The office people leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of inconsistencies in the way they do things. The doctors and Hygienists are cool. It’s those front office that need to go!

My son is autistic and had a VERY bad experience at this other place I took him to which deterred him from going to a dentist again after that. We finally were told by some friends to try Holdbrooke Dental and all I have to say is wow. They were FANTASTIC with my son. He smiled the entire time and was a happy camper walking out of there. We finally found a winner!

I have severe dental anxiety. My hygienist was amazing!!! Firm not coddling, but I felt heard and understood. She educated me on correct oralHygiene and after not getting a cleaning for 3 years. I will be back. AND I’ll be flossing the teeth I want to keep! Can’t say enough about my visit!!!

I have been using this practice but not much satisfied. After having a filling few weeks ago, decided to find another dentist. Dr Caldwell, one of the dentist made my filling. It is a small filling in front teeth. It should simple procedure but he managed to leave a problem. I never had a problem to floss my teeth even after filling. But now I have this problem and I cannot floss my tooth since filling is in the way.They recommended I need crown for another tooth. I got my lesson and will find another hopefully better dentist

Holdbrook is my preferred pediatric dentist since my son has been 2 years old, he is 10 and he loves his visits. Great service, they are wonderful with kids that are afraid of the dentist.Thank you Dr. Holdbrook.

Doctors are great ! But the front desk staff not so great. Myself and my family had been coming for several years and never missed an appointment. The one day that I had a true emergency and was not able to make it ,I called them about 6 hours in advance to reschedule they told me I would be charged a cancellation fee because its not within 24 hours. That is not a way to treat your loyal patients when unforeseen circumstances happen. I have not been back ever since.

I was looking for a child friendly dentist near our home and was thinking this was a great place. Well I was Wrong, the establishment uses bait and switch tactics to lore unknowing customers to their business . When we called and stated that what our insurance policy was they said it was accepted and scheduled an appointment for my son. We arrived and paid our co-pay and went on our way, months later we were served with a $250 bill. I contacted the Holdbrook Dental who stated that typically patiences with our insurance carry another type of insurance and it was noted in our account the HoldBrook reached out to the insurance company to see if we were covered but never actually contacted them . Once I called and spoke with the manager Ashanti, she stated that I owed the money and even though it was Holdbrooks error it is our responsibility to ensure my son was covered. Even though the company said we were. This is a bait and switch tactic that should not go unpunished.

Very friendly staff! I have anxiety with dental work and they worked amazingly with me. Very patient, informative, and never once seemed annoyed or stessed with my anxiety issues! Clean, organized, and overall very comfortable atmosphere!

My son was a nervous wreck going in to get a cavity filled. The hygienist saw he was crying and upset. She allowed me to come back and explained everything to him. She showed him all the instruments and let him touch everything to see that it wouldnt hurt him. They gave him nitrous oxide to relax him also. I wish I had this type of experience as a kid. Maybe I wouldnt hate the dentist so much.

Our family has been coming here for a few years. I really appreciate their honesty. Other places we have been recommended procedures that werent necessary. Thank you Holdbrook!
