Ill never come here again. I was a patient for about 8 years - My last visit 6 months ago no issues. Fast forward to last week. Went to a new dentist in Vegas due to relocating - they checked for bone loss and found where I had my root canal (at Springdale) I had some bone loss happening. I mentioned food gets stuck from time to time and so he recommended we do a deep root cleaning and get a larger crown. Which was great. Now today went in for a new crown and found out my remaining tooth where I had the root canal at and where I payed about 1k for - had a hole in it. A hole! The dentist explained that it looked like the person (Springdale) drilled too far and tried covering the hole. Needless to say there was no crown replacement - I have to spend 4K now for tooth extraction and implant. Dont recommend Springdale for long term dental health. There are better dentistrys out there!!

My parents have been coming to Dr. Gilbert’s practice since I was a toddler and probably before then. I just went back to them and got my teeth cleaned. My teeth feel great. They are very friendly and make you feel like family. I’ll go all the way to Jersey to get my teeth serviced from now on.

Was told I had 7 cavities. Didn’t get them fixed because something seemed suspicious. My next visit I was told I had no cavities. How did I go from having 7 to having none? When questioning the dentist.. he asked me who the dentist was that diagnosed me with 7 cavities... I told him it was him. Then, he proceeded to ask me who my dental hygienist was and I proceeded to tell him it was the same one from that day. His explanation was along the lines of “well they were probably watches and we probably told you they were cavities because we didn’t want them getting worse.” I have also gone to get cavities filled and they told me there was no cavity there and that they would just do another one while I was there..(this has happened twice) I’m very curious how many “cavities” I have had filled that were not even there. I went to a new dentist and they told me I had no cavities..... Recommendation if you end up going there - question everything and get a second opinion.

Usually no long wait. Everyone thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable.Dr. Gilbert, has been my dentist for over 40 years and is great! He saved my teeth! Need I say more???

Will not go anywhere else. These people saved my teeth and gums and for that I am forever grateful to Dr. Gilbert and staff. Katie is an incredible hygienist and a terrific person! Thanks Springdale Family Dental.

Hi , I showed up 15 minutes late to my appointment for a teeth cleaning and they still fit me. I believe her name was Ann who cleaned my teeth and she was awesome. I needed an emergency appointment and got one the same day. Staff was very professional and courteous. I had to see a dentist that I didnt know, but he was very good. I would recommend this office.

Ive been a patient of Springdale Family Dentistry for approximately 25 years. Great staff, flexible scheduling and the latest in technology. I never wait more then ten minutes, staff is friendly and efficient. I reside forty minutes from the office but the drive is worth it. I would highly refer my family and friends to Springdale Family Dentistry.

This has been my toothplace for quite a while. This time the appointment time got confused and they worked it out beautifully. Upon returning home, I found the confusion. My stupid appointment card clearly showed my interpretation of the appointment time - however, it was for my previous appointment. The one for this visit disagreed with it. Why cant February and August cardboard communicate better?

Dawn accommodated me last minute for a cleaning with LaVina. My teeth have never felt better! She was very thorough with my cleaning and comforting with my anxiety. All around a great visit!

Dr Gilbert is amazing, I was embarrassed by the bad teeth that was passed on to me by my moms side of the family. Dr Gilbert made me look like the after photos you see in his office. I now not only have healthy teeth but ones that look great. I have sent my family,friends and co-workers to see him.....they always thank me for this suggestion. You too should see Dr Gilbert , he will make you look better and feel better!

After 10+ years of telling the story to people, I realized it was time to post online, especially after seeing a few recent reviews that mimicked my experience. So, this scam has been going on for decades - BEWARE. Back in the mid 2000s when I was a young professional with my own dental plan I was a patient at SFD because my excellent dentist I had gone to since I was a child didnt take my new dental insurance. I had excellent teeth and gums - had one cavity as a young child and that is it. I went to SFD and was told I had a few cavities that needed to be filled. Hmm.... I had no pain and take excellent care of my teeth, but since Dr. Gilbert was the doctor I believed him. I had several back teeth filled and recall all the needles and laughing gas given to me. My insurance was charged thousands for the procedure. Years later I returned to my childhood dentist and had routine Xrays done. They said my teeth were in excellent shape and hadnt changed since they last saw me. Hmm..... thats funny, I had a few cavities filled. I was shown on the Xray and during my exam that indeed - I had not. There were no fillings for any cavities. I highly DO NOT recommend this dentist.

I have been going to have my teeth cleaned by the most wonderful Barbara Rizzo for about 10 years. She is the best. She is both kind, caring and does a fantastic job. I have been to many different practices over the years but I will always return to springdale family dentist and asked for Barbara.

I have been a patient of Springdale Dental since 1981. I have always received great service and competent care.

The staff and hygenist were friendly, but the wait time to get seen was ridiculous. I got their 15mins before my appointment and I didnt get seen until 45mins after my appointment time. I was there for a dental cleaning and therefore I knew the dentist wouldnt be with me long, but when he stopped in to see me, he barely mumbled a few words to me and then left after about 2 minutes of reviewing my x-rays with the hygenist to see another patient. I will not be returning.
