Saw Dr Cordone today. Extremely pleased with the level of knowledge she had and her explanations were crystal clear. Since my wife wasnt able to be there today Robyn exhibited the greatest of patience and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. So glad I returned to their outstanding professionalism and courtesy.

I had some pain in my left eye that had gotten worse right before I had to prepare a client for an administrative hearing at 12:30 p.m. The pain was distracting and I needed to know if it was serious or not. I showed up with out an appointment at 11:47 a.m. and I was seen by a physician, educated about my condition, treated, and was out the door on my way at 12:19 p.m. I made my 12:30 p.m. appointment. I was treated thoughtfully and efficiently by the entire staff and doctor. That means a great deal to me. Thank you so very much.

Dr. Kortum is excellent. Our daughter was referred last year by our pediatrician. This was our follow up year visit as well as my 1st. She is very thorough. I would highly recommend this practice for adults and children.

From the time we walked in the door the staff was amazing! The appointment was for a 10-yr-old who was scared and trepidatious about his visit. They were patient with him and walked him through every step. Thankfully we went because he needed glasses. Every person in the office was very attentive to our every need at all times. I was concerned about my 2 month olds eyes (ritnoblastoma). I called, expressed my concern and they got me in the same day. Office is very nice and the staff is even nicer. They checked out my baby, all was well. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our son had an eye injury while a boarding student at McCallie. As the issue persisted over the weekend, I got on a plane from Florida on a Sunday having left an urgent message with this office. Not only did he return my call, Dr. Robert McGarvey also saw my son that same afternoon. This case was so complicated he referred us to a corneal specialist in the area. I am so grateful for his care and concern especially not even being patients of record. Its a beautiful office with a warm team to greet and care for you.
