I came in around 4 to purchase contacts and new glasses. The young man who got the contacts for me and helped me with my glasses was awesome. However I was told my glasses would be done at 5:15. I called them at 5:50 and spoke to an older lady names Diane I believe and told her I would be there right at 6, I had already paid for the glasses and just wanted to grab them. Very rudely I was told if I wasn’t inside before 6 I couldn’t get them. I asked her “if i got their at 6:01 I wouldn’t be able to receive them?” Again she rudely replied I mean maybe... if someone is here. So I made it at 5:58 and went inside and spoke to the same young man who helped me earlier and got the ladies name. I asked for a receipt and the manager got very irritated, looked at his phone, and said “I guess write him another one” and then started turning off all the lights, while this worker was helping me and the manager was just awkwardly looking at me. Made me feel very uncomfortable and he was very rude when I asked him if they always turn lights off on customers. I was outside in my truck at 6:02. I’m sorry the “‘manager” had to stay over 2 minutes. Check your cameras and see for yourself how unprofessional he was.

My glasses broke while I was at work one night. I work nights as a delivery driver and had to leave work early because I couldnt read street signs and house numbers at night. I needed new glasses before my shift started the following afternoon. And I knew that I would need an exam since it had been about 5 years since Id had one. They were so sympathetic. They got me in with a doctor, and got me new glasses and prescription sunglasses in record time. They never made me feel bad or pressured when I said up front that I only wanted to look at the more affordable display cases in the back. And they never made me feel bad for not having insurance. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional that I made an appointment for my boyfriend a few months later. He also had an exam, new glasses, and prescription sunglasses. He had a wonderful experience as well.

They told me my glasses would be ready in 2 hours, I bought them before noon on Friday, they said they would call me, no call. Why pay a premium price for ( 1 hour service) ?

My glasses broke, and I needed new frames. I had intended to get an eye exam if they did not have frames to fit my lenses. Two ladies searched the entire store trying to find a pair to fit, but couldnt. They truly did their best. And they also didnt have any appointments available to fit my time schedule today. I was a little upset, because I really needed something for today before work. A gentleman looked at my frames, took them back and was able to fix my current pair. They did not ask for payment for the fix or service, and they went above and beyond. This was my second visit to this location, and I will definitely go back when I get a new pair.

I called 12/21/19 to schedule an appt for a Saturday. This gentleman helped schedule my appt for the following Saturday. He asked if I could come in 10:45 or 1:15. He mentioned those were the only appts that day , so I schedule at 10:45 he got my insurance information and said ok we’ll see you next Saturday the 28th at 10:45. I then wrote it in my calendar after hanging up. I have no complaints for that day, I was helped and this man was friendly.I then received a call on the 26th could not pick up and had a voicemail saying I had an appointment on 28th at 10 am and call if I was unable to keep my Appt. I called the next day (today) to confirm since I’m certain it was 10:45 and maybe it was an error. When I called, a man answered and I told him my name and how I had an appt for 10:45 but the voicemail said 10am and wanted to make sure it wasn’t an error. (Honestly 45 minutes is a big difference) Anyways he said “give me a sec while I close out of here and move to scheduling” understandable, he then asked for my name again, and I replied he then said “so your appt is 10am did you say you want it moved to 10:45.” I said no ”I had it scheduled for 10:45 and was trying to figure out how it moved.” He replied by saying “well I can move your appt to 10:30 since our 10:45 has already been taken” ( yes i made the appt 🤭 but mistakes happen, I get it) he really didn’t answer the question but I thought 15 minutes before is not bad, I said sure he then said “alright I have you for 10:30.” I said ok, he replied and said “are you going to be able to keep that appt because if not I’ll just cancel it for you” at no moment did I say I didn’t want the appt, or couldn’t keep it, I just said ok, from the begin he was given me a tone which sounded like he didn’t care. I won’t lie I was a bit disappointed since he didn’t at least say I’m not sure what happened it must have been a mistake. Unfortunately, these are the only appts left. He didn’t have to apologize about it that would of been enough. To be honest I could have kept either appt but because from the beginning he made it seem like he didn’t care there was a misunderstanding . I told him to go ahead and cancel since i wasn’t liking his attitude nor was he being Definitely won’t schedule there again 🤷🏽‍♀️

Please dont ignore it is too long but it might save your time and money...... They make you confused and make you sit there for not less than 2hrs if you dont know what to make..so make sure what you want before going there.... be careful they make you pay more from your pocket specifically if you want to save money... Please ask them to write everything on a piece of paper and sign with date because they offer you some discounts and the next day when you go there they just print out the insurance coverage details and tell you the actual price with no discounts showing up... But if you have their written paper with their sign and date then your words make them to change the price.... I think sales person ethically suppose to be helpful in providing the best solution in the best comfortable satisfaction for your time and purchase in my case they didnt care about our time and money both! ...By saying if you like to spend money just go ahead, oh! Please give me a break what kind of customer care is that! You didnt discuss the things and just said that to pour money which we earn with efforts pour it down the drain! Why? I prefer to give it to someone who needs it...... They didnt use time to guide me but keep repeating unnecessary things and left unsatisfied feelings to take home..My contact still giving me very blur image and the very experienced sales person said its your mind doing it, just relax and it adjust.. the way he said his expressions on his face was very obvious that hes trying to tell me you females! You are confused crazy creatures on top of it the junior sales man Johnny he said you look nervous! he seems not as experienced as Mr Dwain thats why he couldnt stop him self taking it out on me but that boy when he said it to me I feel like telling him about his fingers nails, you know bitting your nails is the obvious sign of a nervousness! but instead of that I told him you guys have make me extremely confused and theres a big difference between being confused then nervous and making someone confused while they are taking a big eye care decision! Highly disappointed with their treatment and customer dealing very disheartened! They contact lenses needed to be care more what if it slipped in sink, or right one goes in left one blah! Blah! Blah! Hello help me in handing them better rather than making me feel scary and confused!Today is my second day typing this all with blur vision nothing is changing maybe the contact they gave me was not the best one or maybe are not right number.. what can I do just keep telling myself that I need to relax and trying to ignore that I am wearing anything inside my eyes and ignore blurry vision... I am an artist and dont know how to create anything with this irritation. I needed contact for the meetings and to look better without putting glasses for at least a few hours. Just to get some comfortable time with my eyes.🙁sad experience.... Any advice or suggestion from the people who are reading this please let me know....what a great disappointment and highly dissatisfied customer care.I wish they could have sit with me and my husband and talked to nicely about the problem and told me just do eyeglasses and leave the idea of using contact and save your money and time.. Showed me how bad it is to use contact on dry eyes. And return our money back. Why cant people serve humanity while doing business?
