Dr. Neal was fine but the staff at this place doesnt have a clue! Take my advice go somewhere else!!

Dr McDonald is the best optometrist in town! If you are looking for a doctor who is attentive to your needs, has the best bedside manner and is reasonably priced, this is you place to go!

Dr. McDonald is fantastic! He really cares for his patients. My kids love going to their eye appointments now. I highly recommend him!

I absolutely loved my experience with Mc Donald Eye Care & Eyeglass World. The eye Dr was great and answered all my questions. I will be going to Mc Donald Eye Care & Eyeglass World for now on. The people at Eyeglass World are very helpful & really nice. I was going to place where I had been going since 3rd grade but the Dr where I was going was horrible so I asked around and got recommended to here. I wish I had been here a long time ago. Dont go anywhere else go to Mc Donald Eye Care center & Eyeglass World I promise you wont regret it!!!! I am so grateful for Dr. Mc Donald & Eyeglass World!!!

Dr. McDonald is very thorough with his eye examinations, also makes you feel like part of the family, very personal and caring! The staff he hires is very friendly and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. McDonald since 2007, would never consider going anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Even though there was a bit of a wait to see Dr. McDonald, he was thorough and listened to me concerns. He was personable and had a great sense of humor! I would recommend him to everyone I know just for the great service he provided.

The eye doc was so nice and explained to me every test he did and why. The other employees were super nice and everyone was smiling and checking to see if you needed help picking out glasses. Price is very affordable and good selection to choose from.

Unfortunately I had to schedule with McDonald Eye Care due to a change in insurance. Appointment was for 1130AM on a Monday. I arrived at 1120AM, completed new patient paperwork, and was taken back to remove my contacts after approximately 20 minutes and then asked to return to the waiting room. I was not seen by the doctor until nearly 1230PM and was made to sit in the waiting room without contacts or glasses for close to an hour--this was all after explaining multiple times that I have a strong prescription and cant see clearly past about 2 feet in front of my face.After finally being taken back, I will say the eye doctor was friendly, although entirely disorganized. I ended up having to answer several questions regarding my past prescriptions from a different eye doc, including fit information and the actual prescription strength, which I assume were used to make my new prescription. Everything was finally finished about 1250PM and I made my way to pay.I was charged $40, and assumed at the time, this was my copay amount. I also WAS NOT provided an itemized receipt (which I believe was intentionally deceptive). Once I returned to work, I noticed my eye insurance carried a copay of $10. After returning to the office in person to address the $30 difference, I was asked to email the doctor directly, which I did. Dr. McDonald then took a full 7 days to respond to the email and essentially told me tough luck that the additional $30 was a contact fitting fee and no refunds were ever given by McDonald Eye Care. I raised concerns about the wait time, lack of itemized receipt, and deceptive business practices which were all dismissed.I just wonder, what was included for this contact fitting fee when I was asked to essentially give him my past prescription? Also, I wonder why I was not provided with an itemized receipt or advised prior to my scheduling an eye exam through insurance that the cost would exceed what was covered by insurance? Unfortunately, I may never know, since Dr. McDonald is no longer responsive or concerned about working towards a resolution.Deceptive and unethical, I would not suggest scheduling here.

My husband saw Dr. McDonald for the first time yesterday. He was very nice and friendly. His is staff was also friendly, as well. I was a little annoyed when we couldn’t pay with our Discover card. We were told something had been wrong with the system for some time. I’m glad we actually had another form of payment avail, but feel like this may been an issue the office needs to fix for other patients who may not have other payment options. We will definitely recommend to others and be back for future appts! Very Satisfied!

We visited McDonald eye care for my 7 year old son. We had a good 1st experience with the Optometrist and staff. The eyeglass selection was pretty good and the prices were not bad. I recommend.

Kind of disappointed that this is a large eye care facility and they dont do anti glare/blue block lenses on the same day for glasses, they have to order them first. Which then takes 7-10 more days. I dont live local, so thats a little aggravating for me. I will be back, because the staff was wonderful and I loved it there, thats the only bad thing I have to say. I am just kind of disappointed about it.

Very professional and I am happy with the contact lense prescription they gave me. They also answered all my questions in a knowledgeable manner.

Dr. McDonald is such a caring, kind, and thorough eye doctor. He worked very efficiently to help my son and though he had a full schedule, he gave us undivided attention to examine his eyes. Highly reccomend.
