Can not get information about treatment for a patient inside this hospital. Can leave messages all day long. it’s so secretive.I am trying to work with the social workers on a treatment plan but no one calls back. And patient is phone restricted …To a person locked up and no family that is much harder to treat then to allow family to see them.There is also no visitors due to COVID-19.Which is actually completely ridiculous.I should be able to see family for their own health and we’ll being.Treatment for mental illness is tough, but it’s even tougher when the person is all alone.I think I am going to try going higher up the chain to see about treatment options.
