Ive been with Dr. Ferguson for a little more than 4yrs. This is the best experience I have ever had as someone who has needed mental health support since I was in my teens. Im 42 now. The entire staff is wonderful to work with. Ive know Nurse Cindy for many years. She is awesome as well. You get the feeling that all of the staff truly do care about you!

I have been seeing Tina Fox for almost a year now and she’s been fantastic. She’s helped me reach a great mental state to where I can function normally and always has great advice if I’m struggling with anything. She definitely knows her stuff.

I would give them 5 stars if only it were easier to notify them of, eg, appointment cancellations after hours; there are no voicemails to leave messages nor is there a place on website.

I’ve been going to this practice for over 5 years now and have never felt like I got anything out of it. I’ve even switched doctors within the practice and still have just had drugs pushed on me instead of learning how to cope with my mental illnesses. Recently, I even learned that two drugs I were prescribed should not have been taken together because of an increased risk in serotonin syndrome. When I talked to my doctor about it, I was met with defensiveness and treated lesser than. This recent encounter has made me reconsider all the years I have put into trying to work with this practice.

Tina Fox is an answer to my prayers. I really oposed seeing a Psychologist for years. She is listens to what you are saying andgives me a great soundbosrd. She returns calls when you call. Tina actually listened to me and my history. I am 71 years old and my only regret is that I did not meet her before. Tina puts your mind at ease. I am in the best mental condition in my life. I owe that to Tina. My daughter is so impressed that I my mind is in a great place. Thank you for your guidance in this journey.

Ive been seeing Dr. Ferguson for over 10 years. Hes a wonderful doctor, and a blessing to me and my mental health. The staff has always been courteous to me, and has done very well dealing with the Covid19 pandemic. I recommend him, or one of his colleagues, to anyone dealing with a mental health issue. My only complaint, which is minor, is that Id recommend that the receptionist give patients a proper greeting instead of immediately asking for the copay. This is a mental health practice, and simply saying hello, or good afternoon goes a long way with people dealing with these issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ferguson for 20+ years. God absolutely blessed me with Dr. Ferguson and his care . Starting when I was a teen, Dr.Ferguson has helped me LIVE with my mental health and the different ways it has evolved over time. His excellent knowledge and help has played such an important roll with my well-being. I have not only stayed well but I have been able to thrive.Dr. Ferguson is easy to talk to and very understanding with all aspects of mental health. Dr. Ferguson can help with either long term or short term mental health challenges. He definitely listens and can be trusted to find the best treatment plan for you.The medical staff definitely helps the doctor be able to give such great care. Dr. Ferguson‘s nurse is quick to respond and help in anyway possible. The front office staff is pleasant and always helpful.

From the first impression of scheduling the staff was not friendly. They were rude and treated me very poorly. They kept reminding me that I am self pay and the cost. I politely informed them that I could pay and I fully understood. I had a scheduled appointment and wasnt able to make it and called and spoke with Suzanne same day that I had to cancel due to work. Life happens, especially in the middle of a pandemic. I was okay with paying the fee at that time. They declined. I finally got another appointment! It was a better experience! I was looking forward to going in. Not even 12 hours before my appointment they called to tell me that I was a no show to my last appointment and that they had to cancel me with Dr. Mauroner. I was very let down by the entire process and the lack of professionalism they showed towards me.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, Ive never had any issues with the front staff. I see Trena Lawson and shes amazing. Ive seen several psychs before in the past, but shes one of a kind. Shes very patient and understanding, she listens to your concerns and actually considers your input as a patient. Id highly recommend you specifically ask for her if youre a new patient.

My husband had psychological testing done a year and a half ago. No one ever followed up. We had to call constantly to ask someone to even send us the results. After countless voicemails, he finally was able to speak with someone to go over his test results last month. Thats more than a year after the test was done. The doctor then called in a prescription, but it wasnt covered by our insurance, so we called back to see if there was another option that would be covered. They assured us that there was and they would call it in and let us know that itd been done the next day. That was two weeks ago. Again, weve called in multiple times and cant get anyone to answer or call back. Unbelievable. When someone is struggling with something like ADHD or depression or anxiety, do you know how triggering it can be to not have your doctor call you back? It should not be the responsibility of the person struggling to with any kind of mental or behavioral health issues to have to work this hard to simply get their call returned or an appointment scheduled.

I absolutely love everyone here; from the front desk receptionists, to the billing manager and my therapist. Everyone is so understanding and helpful, plus they take the time to actually work with you; whether its help with scheduling, billing and insurance issues or your medical diagnosis......Chattanooga Behavioral Alliance is truly here for the patient!!!!

Honestly the worst service Ive had up front. Constant confusion on payment methods, nasty looks from one of the staff, and was left waiting for an hour for an appointment I showed up early to only to be told my therapist was on her way out and that they would grab her and bring her back in. It was a 10 minute appointment. Would recommend another place.

I feel like im standing in line for a commodity pill hand out here. My issues are never discussed, im in for 5 mins, get a different medication to try, and its very confusing as to what or how to take them, due to the lack of explaining how & what its supposed to be taken for. The second you walk in, your not welcomed by a “smile, or a friendly hello” like most receptionists typically would do. This one asks for $35 co-pay instantly... ive tried very hard to not unleash the reason why im going to a “behavioral health care facility” in the first place on her so far After 4 visits of this lady, but honestly, ...she isnt worth the wasted words. I had reached out in distress and i had asked to be seen by anyone on friday. I was sent a text message giving me an appt time for 4 days later and oh, i got a call back, and told to try a new medication, lol!!! Which by the way, no pharmacy had that doseage and i still havent had it filled because they had to order it.... WOW!! Just WOW!! Go figure!!! So GOD forbid anything had happened to me. Ive been on my own this long, huh??? I cancelled my appt for today & told them i may not be back.... they sounded surprised... i simply said goodbye, lol!!! the moral of my findings..... this place is just for pill pushing, taking co-pays, & leaving work on time (10 mins early really) 😬they show no interest in your problems, or how to cope with them without being turned into a zombie. I feel treated like im being an inconvenience to them for showing up because my mom died & im depressed, having night mares, and anxiety thats apparently “uncontrollable” by the medications or faculty or services offered here. I think im better off trying to fix myself and save money..... side note, as i have typed this, ive received a call back from the call i made yesterday at 4:50pm.... its really kind of comical now... smh!!! I hope they got to leave on time ✊✊✊
