I was greeted as soon as I walked in, talked through the entire process, and was so pleased with the results of the brow tint/lamination. I had an appointment that was scheduled on a Tues at 2pm. I have a 45 minute commute, one direction. I move other priorities around, just to go to this appointment. I get down there right at 2:00. The doors are locked!! So I go back to my car, which is facing the door, thinking maybe theyre at lunch for a few more minutes. I wait until 2:10, the doors are still locked. I go back to the car and wait another 10 minutes. Nobody ever came to the door. I go online, to get the phone number off of Google. It states on Google that THEY ARE NOT EVEN OPEN ON TUESDAY!!! Im furious, because I know for a fact my day isnt wrong. So I drive another 45 minutes home. Now Ive wasted almost 2 hours, and gas, for absolutely nothing. Then I get up the next morning to find a $50 no call no show charge taken out of my bank account. So naturally, Im furious. I call, and get hung up on when I demand my money be put back into my account because I WAS THERE!!! So by this time Im going to be cussing you like a sailor. All Im saying is, the staff located at the Chattanooga location are rude and inconsiderate theives. This was completely unnecessary. I cant get my time back, but my money needs to be returned to me. I have the time, I promise. This was in NO WAY my fault. It was the incompetence of the staff. And to add, Lashes all fell out within 6 days. For $160...thats completely sickening. What a joke!

I had never gotten eyelash extensions before and Chelsea did the perfect Hybrid set for my bridal shower! I wanted upscale natural and she nailed it. It was a great experience.

Sidney was very informative & clearly cares about the health and well being of her customers. I am going to get my first full set tomorrow and really looking forward to using DekaLash for the indefinite future!

Wow. First time EVER to get my lashes done and day 3, without any interference from me, I am missing half a lid. I call and have the unfortunate experience of speaking to Nicole, who informs me Im SOL, since I cannot come in tomorrow (On Saturday), as I am traveling out of town for work. I ask to speak to her manager - shes it; who is her manager? Shes it. Does she own it? Nope...shes just thr customer service supervisor. So...who is your boss and may I speak with them please? No...there is no one else. I said there is always someone else that I can speak with.This girl argued with me on the phone for a good 10 minutes. Having worked for the upper echelon of the corporate world of customer service corporations, I am utterly appalled that a company would be OK with this. And at this point....why on earth would I continue having this done there? Incredibly disappointed in my experience there.

The entire studio is adorable and spotless, Sidney was so gentle working on my lashes I fell asleep. Really great environment and awesome rates. Cant wait to go back!

Lash lift and tint with Holly. Very pleasant experience and very relaxing. Holly had a very gentle touch and was very professional. I had never had a lash lift and was afraid the chemicals would be irritating to my eyes. I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t any of that. I will definitely do it again.

First time I ever had lash extensions. It was faster than expected, the price was reasonable and I received great advice on what length/style to get. They have lasted three weeks and look amazing. Will definitely be back soon!

I recently scheduled an appointment with Jay and she did a wonderful job on my lash extensions! It was my first time using this salon and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly and the space is beautiful. I specifically appreciated that Jay educated me on what I needed to do to get my lashes fuller and healthy; where as, most people Ive used in the past just stuck them on and took my money. I look forward to consistently using Jay and Deka Lash moving forward!

Nice and easy experience. I like the natural look of the lashes I got, might get them a bit more volume next time. But my technician was nice and patient. I think I dozed off 2 times lol. Its relaxing. It took about an hour. Glad I did it because Ive wanted to do this for years but always hesitated

Customer service at the gunbarrel is horrible confirmed several times what the grace period was was told 15 mins got there 8 mins late as advised and was told because consent forms need to signed as if they took hours to do. I honestly think they just didn’t want to do the service .Update: Yes they did reach out and apologize and i greatly appreciated that but I ended up having another issue come up that they had to address too and I ended up having services done. Bad first impression but in the end it was ok a experience overall. Previous comment was before they reached out to me which is why i originally gave 1 star but after I can give 3 stars

I give a 3 because the lady who did my lash lift was so nice! But my lash lift was $90 and I saw absolutely no difference afterwards. I even had a comparison picture and the only thing that was actually done, was the tint on my lashes. The lift was not there. She said my lashes were plenty long enough and plenty thick enough. And the stuff kept getting in my actual eye.

Absolutely love Deka Lash. The lash artists are so pleasant and always leave my eyes looking BEAUTIFUL - plus they are all super sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere is calming and so chic. I am always blown away with the results I get!

I like the services they offer but I feel that their scheduling policy is very awful. I am a member I pay 169 a month. For that much money I dont expect to pay the FULL PRICE WHEN I MISS AN APPOINTMENT. You already get my money monthly. I will be canceling my membership now and spend my money somewhere that will care about me.

I finally booked and had my appointment yesterday. I love my lashes! When I woke up today I had lost a lot of lashes on one eye. I called as soon as they opened. They were able to fit me in ASAP and fixed my lashes. Because it was so short notice, I have a 5month old and couldn’t find a sitter.... while fixing my lashes the owner played with my fussy baby! Now I look amazing again! I’m so satisfied with my whole experience! && my baby is now fast asleep♥️ Thank you ladies so much! Y’all are amazing!

I wouldn’t go to Deka if it were not for my lash artists Chelsey and Sierra. They are amazing and so much fun! Deka has always taken care of my needs but they are the most expensive in town, that’s my only complaint!

I’ve been going for about 3 yrs now and my current lasher I have now is Melissa. I’ve been going to her since she started a few years ago and she has always been professional, friendly and tends to meet my needs on my lashes.

I really love my lashes, the place was clean and Brooke was very professional. I give 3 stars only because i’ve had my lashes for a week and my left eye looks almost bare. I had hoped to at least get a full 2 weeks to feel as if i’d gotten my monies worth but that doesn’t seem as if it’s going to happen.

My girlfriend had mixed feelings about this place. Sometimes the experience was great, other times she was treated rudely by the staff. The worst part about this place is they try to get you locked into deals with hefty cancellation fees that keep you coming back to spend more.Leaving a one star review for the mediocre customer service and the scammy feel that this place gives me.

My lash tech was Tiara and she was awesome. Salon was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Every one was super nice!

This place is not worth your money !! I’m sorry but if you have to get your lashes filled more than once a month, then I don’t think it’s worth it!! Ps why ask your customer how they want their lashes to look and do totally opposite & if you want them fixed it’s more of a charge?! I absolutely do NOT recommend this place!!! You get what you pay for !! This is a waste ... save your money ladies !!!

The lashes are what I expected and the location was clean and professional, however the upsell was very strong throughout the experience. Especially for a first-time lash experience, it was a little uncomfortable, and I felt like the team were not genuine in their advice, only looking to upsell and get a subscription.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. They are just after your money, they don’t care about the client, very rude and disrespectful staff.
