Finally got to go today! Shout out to Amanda. She treated me like a queen. And I am in love with my hair again. She did an excellent job which I didnt make easy because Ive been using box dye since 2013. Im most definitely going back in 6 to 8 weeks. Thanks again Amanda! Went here for the first time today for a haircut. Everyone was very friendly and talkative. Amanda cut my hair and did a fabulous job. She listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions when I asked her for advice. The end result is one of the best haircuts Ive ever had at a competitive price. This will be my new salon!

I am new to the area and tried this place today! I am so glad I did....Stephanie was AMAZING. She knew exactly how to cut my naturally curly hair (dry cut) and made it look awesome. I highly recommend Salon Haven . Everyone is super nice and great place to get pampered!

Took my grandson there today for a haircut, showed her pictures and she pulled pictures up on her phone. It in no way was like the cut he wanted. My first and last time there. Not only was she not up to date with the styles but it ended up costing me $23. Never again

All I can say is WOW! I had an appt with Jarret for a color change, keratin treatment, trim, and style this morning. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very, very thorough! He fixed my previous cut, gave me a color makeover, and the time he spent to make sure he got everything right is priceless. The other stylists were also very friendly, and I had a great time getting to know them all. I will be back for sure!

I have been going to Eddie for SEVERAL years. He is my rock!,I have gone to Atlanta, Knoxville, and Nashville to get a hair cut and color.But no one can bet Eddie, he is amazing!

Stephanie is the best!! I was so worried about finding a new Salon after moving from Clearwater Florida. My hair is not easy! I have biracial very tight thick curly hair she has styled my hair for 8 months now from blowouts to color. The color is amazing, just what I envisioned. You will not be disappointed she is one in a million. Our hair types are complete opposites of each other; she doesnt judge she comes with confidence and I can see why. She can do everyones hair no one excluded. I even brought my granny she has very thin, fine and wavy hair. My granny told me she has never received so many compliments on a haircut.

I wasnt going to review this place (if you dont have something nice to say, dont say anything at all, right?) but when it came time to make an appointment to get my hair cut again and I considered going back, it made me realize what a horrible experience I had and how horrible I felt the whole time I was there.I made an appointment to get a haircut and style plus a manicure in time for a rare, parents-only party that evening. I found someone to watch my younger kids and headed to my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early, signed in and waited. And waited. Finally, I was called for both my hair cut and manicure at the same time. Of course, that wasnt possible, and I had to go pick up my older kids from school shortly so I asked to cancel the manicure. They wanted to charge me for it due to the 24 hour cancellation policy. However, I pointed out that I was actually early, it was the stylist who was late so they agreed to cancel the manicure with no fee. I cant believe I had to explain and press the point, it seems like they should have been very sorry to make me wait so long in the first place.Then I sat down for a haircut. The stylist said nothing to me. I tried to make small talk or get some tips to tame my frizzy hair. I got little more than one word answers out of the guy. Then his boyfriend called and they chatted for a while. It was a fine hair cut, better than Great Clips or someplace that I might go when Im in a hurry, but it was so stressful that I wont go back.

Stephanie is my favorite, been around the world in the past year and will always come back to see her. Glad to be home and back to this great salon!

Brazilian sugaring is much better than the traditional wax. Ill be going back. Highly recommend.
