I came to mercy E.R.Department for abdominals pain.The Doctor was thorough.Only think I didnt like is how some of the staff would curse in front of the patients.

Ive been going here for over 15 years & Ive never had a bad experience. They take care of you & is always caring. I love this place ❤

Mercy is the best and I truly think the full hospital staff for what they do and appreciate the risks they take just to take care of others.

Most don’t expect much out of an emergency room visit, and especially not this much. I sliced my finger cooking dinner and needed stitches. Every single person from security at the front to the X-ray tech were so amazing. My doctor had a wonderful personality and bedside manner. Every person was professional but showed a warm sense of care. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everyone at this facility were fantastic, especially Dr. Gerhart!

Non effective communication with patients about planned procedures and why or IF necessary

Atrium Has An Amazing Staff, I Would definitely go there again. The On Staff Dr in the emergency room was Great, and The Staff was Amazing.

I have had terrible experiences with ERs in Charlotte. This is the 1st ER that we have been to here that did their due diligence and didnt just push my son off. The doctor actually sent us on the right path of what we needed to do next.

Locks need to be allowed in bathrooms, security is rude and does not abide by the signs placed on the wall

It is not possible that they call themselves a hospital and they are not able to treat someone who comes to an emergency, we have already been there for almost two hours and they do not attend to my girlfriend or they only care about the money they earn when an ambulance is called because those patients do once
