I have been seeing Dr ODonnell for almost 20 yrs. I now take my children to him. He and his assistants are patient and so good with the kids as well as adults. I drive over 50 miles one way to see him. His office staff is always friendly and try their hardest to accommodate us. I would highly recommend Dr.ODonnell to anyone

I have been a patient of the ODonnell Family Dentistry for the past 5 years and just had my annual cleaning. I find the office staff extremely helpful when scheduling and rescheduling appointments for myself and family. Dr. ODonnell and his staff are very patient with me because I have very sensitive teeth. I highly recommend his practice.

DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST! The dentist himself is great but whoever handles the front desk provides horrible service and is incredibly rude. I am so disappointed with this office. Ive been a patient of ODonnell Family Dentistry for over 2 years. I just recently I had to cancel my check up appointment, less than 24 hours out because I unexpectedly admitted the hospital the night before (Im nine months pregnant). I called before my appointment that morning to let them know and to reschedule my check up. They said that they couldnt reschedule it and that I had to be put on a waiting list. They then asked for my credit card number so they could charge me $75 because I gave notice of cancellation less than 24 hours of my appointment time. I asked them why they wouldnt consider the circumstances and why I was put on a waiting list when Ive been their patient for years. I was told that it was their policy.So, long story short, I guess they lost a patient. I asked for my records and went to another dental office that was recommended to me. They scheduled me in right away. When I explained to my new dentist what had happened at ODonnell Family Dentistry, they were shocked as my appointment was not for a planned procedure, it was for an annual check up and my circumstance should have been considered.I highly discourage anyone to go to this office. The lady I spoke with at the front desk had a sincere lack of decency. Its no way to treat an existing patient and If I could give them negative stars, I would.

I’ve been going to Dr. O’Donnell’s for 15 years +. Everyone of the staff is always professional, smiling, friendly & efficient. Feels like family every 6 months I come in. They have the best tunes playing in the background as well, makes it feel more comfortable. I’ve recommended this dentistry office to everyone I know. I love Dr. O’Donnell’s office & friendly staff!! ^__^

I moved around growing up and have consequently seen many dentists over the years. Ive been seeing Dr. ODonnell for about 5 years now. He is by far the best dentist I have seen. He has worked around exposed nerves in my mouth and I have felt no pain; he has repaired chipped and broken teeth (once on a weekend) and made them appear better than before; and he has salvaged teeth that other dentists would have removed. I highly recommend Dr. ODonnell.

I had been looking for a honest place like that for the last 12 years. I went to different dental offices, although either the care, dentist or staff itself needed room for improvement. Dental care is business and I found that there are many dental offices around this area that more interested in making money out of you versus helping and honestly fixing dental problems. I had several incidents before where dentists would write a list of what “ needs to be fixed”. While in reality those issues either don’t exist or can wait several years.I finally, can say that I found the place that I had been looking for so many years!The doctor and medical staff genuinely cares about you and provides honest care based on your dental issues.I wish that would be more dentists like Dr. O’ Donnell!

Absolutly fantastic, I needed my Xrays by the next morning and was not able to get them. The office manager is actually dropping them for me! Can you believe that! Not only did I not ask for her to do that but she was insistant that she didnt mind. What a wonderful experiance and i would reccommend anyone to them!!! thank you so mush for making this experiance as pleasant as possible. your the best!
