Hi, so I have had a lot of bad experiences at dentists’ offices my whole life which resulted in anxiety and fear of going back. I really needed emergency work this time, so I HAD to go. My past history with dental work has been a nightmare so to speak. I’m retired Military so I’ve had dental procedures done by several dentists in different states. This particular office, Smiles For Centreville, was absolutely amazing. From check-in to leaving; the entire Staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am impressed with ALL whom work there scaling from the front desk, to the dental assistants, Dentists, and hygienist. Dr. Marc and his assistant made me feel relaxed, reassuring me and informing me every step of the way. I also took every bit of advice from the hygienist there, Janis- who educated me on the steps that would be necessary to finally achieve the smile that I want. Thank you to everyone there; I’m a lot less anxious about going back to the Dentist- and when I do it will be at this location- Smiles For Centreville. Bravo!!!!

I was so impressed with the customer service. Of a truth, I felt at home and Dr Robert and the lady with whom he worked gave me. first-class treatment. He even favored me with the temporal solution and I wasnt charged. It is a place to go when in pain because you will receive a lot of care and comfort.

Dr. Marc and Cindi cleaned my teeth. They were easily the best with my teeth and gums. They were funny and actually made the dentist enjoyable. Even though Cindi doesn’t like sushi I still recommend her and Dr. Marc.

Tracy, Jen, and Dr. Rob were amazing to work with! I have pretty bad dental anxiety and had put off seeing the dentist for two years after moving to Virginia from Colorado. Tracy answered numerous calls from me and helped me figure out a plan to feel comfortable in the office. Jen had me laughing and feeling understood, cared for, and RELAXED the entire time. She explained what she was doing and took the time to understand the causes of my dental anxiety. Dr. Rob was also very understanding and incredibly gentle while he did my exam. For the first time in a very long time, I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I’ve been a patient for twenty five years. Me and my three sons wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve gone other places in Centreville when my insurance changed and ended up coming back here. All the hygienists are terrific and do a great job. They use the finest and latest equipment. All is clean and nice. Tonight my hygienist Jen made me laugh and laugh and made the experience like visiting a friend. She truly enjoys her job and makes sure I get a wonderful do-over every six months. She explains everything to me but in a funny positive way. Dr Gorman is so patient and kind as well. He did my crown a few months ago and when it came back from the lab not quite right, he sent it back and made sure it was perfect. He truly cares about his craft and makes sure everything is 💯! Dr Hutchison and Dr Gorman started the practice and my family has grown up there from the beginning. My sons didn’t have cavities for their first eighteen years due to going there every six months. One of my sons has autism and they worked to make him comfortable enough and he now goes on his own as an adult. Best dentist…hands down.

As usual great service, in & out quickly with safe operations during this difficult pandemic season. Janice was professional with exceptional service by thoroughly cleaning my teeth to a sparkle and providing great conversation. No cavities for me and a good review from Dr. Gorman. He and Dr. Hutchison always make an effort to make the dentist office feel like home as I’ve been coming here since I was 6 years old. My wife and 2 year old have enjoyed their similar experiences as well.

I went in for an Invisalign consultation with Dr. Marc Eun and had a great experience! Dr. Marc and Katelyn were very friendly upon first meeting and wanted to make sure everything was up to date with x-rays and dental history before giving the consultation. While giving me the consultation he asked me what I thought were problematic areas in my mouth (which I think is important) before giving out his own advice. We then proceeded to do an Invisalign simulation to give me an idea to how long it would take and what it would look like. At the very end, I was given a price estimate, and received absolutely no pressure to make a decision right away and actually waited a couple days to make the decision if I wanted to proceed or not.I ultimately ended up proceeding with the Invisalign treatment. This office is great because they allow you to break up your payments into something that will work for you and is customer friendly. I have just received my first trays which was around ~3 weeks after consultation. I would like to applaud Dr. Marc Eun, Katelyn, and Mirna for the fantastic experience when installing the Invisalign treatment, very professional and Ive had no issues at all. Exciting times ahead on the way to a better smile!

She found Dr. Marc to be very friendly, thorough and communicative. (For her, listening to her and telling her what is happening as treatment progresses is very important. I love this place. Everyone is very friendly and really take good care of your dental needs. I normally see Jessica as my dental hygienist but she was off today and I saw Tina. She was great just like Jessica. I made my follow up appointment in 6 months with ease.

So, about a month ago I was bitten in the face by a dog - his teeth grabbed my bottom jaw and slammed my teeth into each other, which chipped my front tooth really badly. I went here and saw Dr. Marc, and I really cannot sing the praises of the whole staff enough! They were personable, understanding, and so so kind and sympathetic about what happened. They fitted me with a temporary crown (which, by the way, shout out to Donna, who hand-shaped this temp to look EXACTLY like my tooth!!) and I recently went back to get fitted with my permanent crown. And oh my goodness does it look amazing! It looks just like my tooth. Nobody would ever be able to tell. I really think I got lucky finding this place - they went above and beyond to help me. Kristin went out of her way to help me figure out the financials, Donna did an amazing job helping with my temp tooth, and I cant say enough good things about Dr. Marc. Getting bit in the face is a traumatic experience, and I was genuinely devastated that it chipped my front tooth of all things, but I couldnt have asked for a better experience in the aftermath with this dental team. Thanks guys!!!

I have an adult son with autism. We came to Smiles for Centreville after a bad experience elsewhere. Dr. Marc was superb! He made my son feel so comfortable, took extra time with him, and even mimicked the sound of the drill in order to get my son familiar with it before it was used for a couple of fillings. The whole team at Smiles was wonderful to work with and bent over backwards to accommodate my son.

Alyssa was wonderful to chat with and had excellent bedside manner explaining everything she was doing while giving me X-rays and cleaning my teeth. It took a few months to get an appointment as a new patient, but it was worth the wait. I am looking forward to my next cleaning!

One of the best, if not the best practice I’ve ever been to, I’m glad to be a patient here. I’m middle aged and have always seen a dentist twice a year for as long as I can remember. Everyone is great at this office, from the welcoming staff, financial administrators, dental hygienist and dentists. As an example to give, my daughter was advised by the prior dentist to get braces and also her frenum tissue removed. Personally as a medical professional myself I didn’t think that she needed braces and at least it was too early to evaluate since she still had many of her baby teeth in. The dentist said that she had a lot of gaps in her mouth. Personally I believe that these gaps were just there to allow her adult teeth to come in and give them space, and that it was too early to determine. Once I became a client at Smiles for Centerville I decided to bring my children along since they do take care of pediatric clients as well. I had my daughter evaluated and I was told she did not need braces at all; that if her teeth shifted in the future we could reevaluate but at this point no. It has been about a year and a half or so since then and her teeth look really well. Naturally they’ve just straightened out and she’s got a lot of teeth coming in and it’s panning out really well. Just of note a second opinion is almost always necessary and I’m glad I was able to come here.

I forgot her name because I have such a short memory, sorrrrry!!!! but my hygienist was awesome. I did not feel a thing and she was very understanding and gentle. I’ve been going to this place for a while now and I highly recommend it. Everyone is really nice and cool. From the time you walk in the door until the moment you exit, everyone is so nice!

Let me first start by saying that I haven’t been to the dentist on way too long and was a bit nervous heading to my appointment... FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!!! Dr Hutchinson and the entire staff made me feel more welcome and comfortable than concierge at the RITZ. I had a chipped tooth repaired in what seemed like 5 minutes with no pain at all. Everyone in the office was smiling, friendly, and checked in to ensure I was doing well, all in the midst of COVID... when the restrictions of the pandemic lift I’ll likely book a weekly appointment just to see the team and feel the love! I can honestly say I’m looking forward to my next dentist appointment, if you can’t then you need to go to Dr. Hutch! #6STARS

Dr. Marc, Ms. Jennie, and the assistants have been so great with our little kids! They are incredibly positive and build great rapport with our kiddos. Theres very little waiting around and yet they take so much time talking with us and answering all of our questions. We never feel like theyre in a rush.After seeing two other practices for my son, this is by far the best one weve been to.

Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I am British so the bar is not super high, but after years of oral neglect due to fear, costs, and other reasons, it was time to take care of my chomping business. From the moment I arrived I felt relaxed. All the staff have a great camaraderie, good sense of humor, and no judgement at all. I was first treated by Trista who spent a good few hours evaluating, and then cleaning my teeth, all with a soothing and calming demeanor that made me feel both safe and a priority. She was super thorough, explained everything concisely, and best of all made me laugh rather than cry.... HUGE! Next came Dr. Hutchinson, and simply put - salt of the earth! What a lovely person with a bed side manner many could learn from. Again, like all the staff, he was warm, kind, welcoming, non-judgmental, concise, clear, and attentive. I was finally taken care of by Malora (?) who had a great sense of humor and clearly loves her job - she made sure I had all the information I needed and answered every question I had. Im actually looking forward to my next visit.. who knew a dentist appointment could be so rewarding? Not this guy! So, in one visit, Smiles has earned my business for as long as I have teeth, and the rest of my family will also be joining their list of happy patients... thank you Smiles!

I had an emergency. A moler fractured. Staff made every effort to get me in to see a doctor the same day. Doctor and assistance could not have been more professional. Painless root extraction. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Gorman fixed my bite so I could chew with my molars again, what a difference that made! He is very skilled with Invisalign and my teeth are much straighter than before. When I had a minor emergency after hours one Saturday, Dr. Gorman turned around and headed back to the office to help me. I could not be happier with their service and overall great family attitude. Have been going to this practice for over 20 years. Recently began seeing Dr. Eun. Perfect bedside manner and tells you exactly what he is going to do before he does it. On two separate occasions I had to get shots in my mouth to numb it and felt no pain at all from the shot. Going to be recommending him moving forward and told my kids and husband to do so as well.

SFC is a vibrant, professional dental business however along with this vibrancy and a huge customer base come some issues.1. Staff turnover - Although all 3 doctors and hygienists were great I have seen three different ones in as many visits. Its very concerning to me given that today we discussed procedures that are going to cost thousands of dollars and take months to finish.2. Appointment Scheduling - **it happens sometimes we have to reschedule appointments but it is super frustrating that a reschedule puts you 60 days (or more) farther out. I rescheduled for a 7/8 date, they were looking at like September, really? Please ask to be included for cancellations. ​It it wasnt for the courteous, friendly & professional staff at SFC I would of found another dentist long ago. Twice in the past 1.5 years I have had to reschedule but got calls for cancellations this also saved our business relationship.If you cannot deal with the rescheduling time thing, I dont know if they can efficiently handle any more new patients. And although I was promised todays doctor will see me through these super expensive procedures I may still look for a second offering for due diligence.The service got the fourth star, make no mistake.

First I have to say this past 2020 has been hard for majority of us and the fact I could not see my favorite Dentist Dr Rob. And Assistant Lucinda absolutely broke my heart.I arrived at Smiles for Centreville 20 minutes early filled with anxiety wondering if my 1.5 years of neglect or lack of cleanings have built a wall of calcium impenetrable to the Cavitron Jet Plus...All of my fears subsided from a simple hello and.. smiles from Doctor Rob with Lucinda!It was as if I was there yesterday and never missed a beat.The cleaning was very thorough and Lucinda and Dr. Rob make going to the dentist enjoyable. Best of all I am relieved after being unable to get my routine cleaning after 1.5 years and cavity free!Would definitely see them again in 6 months and definitely get the fluoride at the end!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Marc for a year now and when he switched over to Smiles for Centreville I decided to continue seeing him at his new office.The office space is incredibly covid friendly with the front desk only allowing one person into check in at a time, and they give you a pager if the Dentist isnt ready for your appointment yet so you can wait in your car until then.Dr. Marc and his staff were all very skilled and friendly during the appointment as well. I will definitely be coming back here again and highly recommend people to visit.

We started coming here back in February for my 2.5 year old. Ms Jennie is amazing with our little girl and always makes it fun. Everyone is the office is so nice! We just visited today again for her 6 month cleaning. Even with all the regulations for COVID it was super easy, and clean. we had our own space and in and out in no time!

My hygienist , Alyssa, always goes above and beyond. I have anxiety issues and she always caters to my unique needs. Even when my insurance switches and the practice becomes out of network, I have stayed. They are always willing to work with patients unique financial situations. If there was such a thing as a 10 star review this practice would qualify.

Handling things efficiently and carefully during the pandemic, the office staff met me at my car to get my information and then checked back in with me when it was time for my appointment. I always enjoy my visit to Smiles for Centreville. I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. This was my first visit during the pandemic and the measures they have taken to make it safe made me feel very comfortable. This office has so many warm and friendly employees! I am always happy to hear that Dr. Gorman is in the office! His “chairside manner” is one of the best! And today was no different! Love this dentist!

Very safety conscious. Took great precautions with Covid protocol.Trista, my hygienist, was excellent. Professional, personable, friendly, and did a great job with my cleaning without unnecessary roughness. Dr Hutchinson was clear in explaining his determination of treatment needs & procedures involved. He was also professional and friendly and made time for any questions I may have had.

The experience I Have every time is Amazing. I actually like going to the Dentist ever since I switched Dentists! Jessica is the best! The whole team is nothing but positive energy. The moment you step in the office. All you feel is love and understanding.

I could not have been more pleased with the staff and treatment received. Quick check in process. Clean facility. Friendly staff. A special shout out to Janis,who was patient and took the time to listen to me when sharing why I was anxious. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I have found my new dental home for both my sons and myself!
