My prior dentist retired after 25 years so I searched for a dentist on Zocdoc and they were close and had great reviews.Very friendly and very accommodating. Update: Ok, I got a little bit of clarifications on the turnover rate, and I honestly dont remember the exact timeline of the ownership transfer so I guess it is not entirely fair to penalize them for the mistakes done by their predecessor. That said, the staffs I truly enjoy working with were no longer there, so it still sounds unattractive to me. Im still not convinced with the cancellation charges, there are - not once, but various times they changed or cancelled my appointment the very last minute, but I do not see any compensation from them, it feels like double standard to me. Regardless, I will update the rating to 3 stars for now.Update 2: They used to have Saturday hours and longer Friday hours, as mentioned below, I now have a very long commute and the only convenient time for me are Friday late afternoon or over the weekend.I was a patient with them since around 2014 but recently decided to switch to a different practice for various reasons. This place used to called Neibauer dental. Back then, this place really felt like a family. A few years ago, I moved to a different city (I had to travel an hour to get to their office) but I continued sticking with them for many years because thats how much I loved them. However, things changed ever since they transferred ownership to SmileOn Dentistry. They have very high turnover rates, the 2 receptionists and 2 hygienists I enjoyed working with were no longer there, in the span of merely a couple of years, I went through at least 4 different doctors. Dont get me wrong, they werent bad, but it took time to build that trust with your doctor and it is just extremely hard to have to do all over again and again. What pushed me over the edge is the fact that they imposed a hefty cancellation fee because I failed to show up due to some personal reasons. Again, Im not saying this is their fault, but that was my very first time missing an appointment since 6-7 years. Although they offered to waive my cancellation fee if I stay with them, unfortunately I think the damage has done, I chose to pay the $50 penalty and moved on.

If I could give Smile On 500 stars I would. I unexpectedly needed a root canal and I was provided with an excellent referral and came back today for my temporary crown. I’ve always had issues with dental procedures, I overproduce saliva, my tongue goes everywhere, and I gag easily. This wasn’t an issue at all and Dr. Banavar was exceptionally patient and reassuring. She explained every step and took breaks whenever I needed it (which was often). I’ll be recommending this practice to everyone I know, I’ve never had such a caring and kind dental experience and look forward to many more here.

Outstanding! I have had many dentist over my lifetime and I feel that Dr. Banavar is the best. Today I had a crown replaced (with underlying decay) and a four surface filing removed and replaced. Dr. Banavar and Miriam worked for almost 4 hours to complete these procedures. They were both totally professional, competent, and sympathetic. All of the other staff members have been extremely friendly, very courteous and professional in their individual responsibilities. Dr. Banavar is a perfectionist and it shows in her work and her staff!

SmileOn Dentistry is the best place to go if you have teeth! Dr. Rohini Banavar is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and talented! Dr. Abril, the Peritonitis, is exceptionally skilled and simply amazing. During my oral surgery I had some anxiety, and Dr. Abril talked me through it! Most importantly the procedure took, which will save me a lot of pain and anxiety in the future! The entire office staff is wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I walk in, everyone greets me by name and seem generally happy that I am there. This is an office and a team that anyone would love to join!!!!

We had our 1st appointment for my teen son for annual check. We chose the dental practice by referral and closer to our new home. The facility and staff are amazing. Even though it was our 1st appointment it was very easy completing the forms online and the appointment was on time. I have to say this was by far the best dental and most professional experience Ive ever had. The doctor was very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly gentle with those power tools in my mouth. The receptionist are fire. From the dreamy eyed x-ray tech/dental assistant that assisted me in the beginning to Carla who polished me up in the end this entire encounter makes me wonder how I missed this place for so long. What a pleasurable experience.

All the staff members are friendly and nice! I have been receiving Invisalign treatment at the Centreville location so I check-in in person frequently.
