Staff was warm and welcoming and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. I recently had a negative experience with my previous eye doctor so the positive experience we had yesterday was very much appreciated. Every staff member we encountered provided excellent customer service. I will be back in the upcoming weeks to select frames and we are most definitely new regular patients.

The staff was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Ive had trouble with my vision since I was a little kid and have had countless eye exams. This was my first visit to EyeCare Consultants and I got a very thorough, meticulous and precise eye exam. Every question I had was thoughtfully answered. Its hard to get a prescription just right, but they nailed it. Really happy with their care.

Dr. Diekema and Jodi were accommodating, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The entire staff is genuinely pleasant, professional, and the environment clean. I was attended to like family and felt cared for. My issue was addressed in what i believe was the most ideal was possible. I have been going to EyeCare Consultants for many years. I feel very welcome every time I go in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I recently started seeing Dr Alevras after Dr Breen retired. She is great. She did the Lipaflow procedure for dry eye. This has been incredibly helpful in addressing my dry eyes. I would recommend both her and the procedure.

The front desk staff was very nice. The doctor was very attentive and explained everything in details. It was very good experience overall.

Dr. Colpitt was very patient and kind. She explained all my test results and adjusted my prescription perfectly.The optical department was very thorough. They made sure the lenses were just right for me and the frames were adjusted to the best possible fit.The front desk was fantastic as well. My original pair of glasses broke and they were prompt to call me when there was a cancellation so that I could get my new prescription and glasses/contacts ordered as soon as possible.The glasses came right when they said they would and my contacts were delivered to my house very quickly after ordering them.

Dr. Alevras extremely cares about her patients. When I had double vision issue suddenly and called the office in the morning, she saw me in the afternoon and got my eyes fully examined.

I have been going to Eyecare Consultants for years now, and have always been satisfied with the speed and quality of service.I stopped in to look at some new frames, and after looking around I decided I just wanted to replace the lenses in some old frames I had. I was told that they werent responsible for any damage or breakage to the frames (they were already cracked at the frame from damage I caused previously), but they would also try to repair the frame the best they could free of charge! This was thoroughly discussed and completely reasonable to me.Well unfortunately the frames did end up breaking when their lab put the new lenses in. I assumed they would offer me a credit for frames/lenses in the future and that would be that. No! With no mention of a refund or credit, they offered me a brand new pair of frames for free! While it was not expected of them at all, that is how you create a loyal and lifelong customer.

Professional, Knowledgeable, friendly! But the most importantly I was prescribed correct eyeglasses!

This used to be a great place to go but not anymore. I have been trying to get new contacts for 4 weeks now and I have no idea what’s going on. I asked to to talk to my eye doctor as I couldn’t get in to be seen until Sept. 22, she never called. I called and left a message yesterday with the contact lens department and still have not heard from them.Eye care consults have reached out to me and made better of the previous situation. So I am changing from 1 star to 4.

Long waits (yes, waits, not one) despite advance booking and completed paperwork. Disorganized, many steps in the process, not wiping equipment before new patient, too many people too close.Who cares about dirty or clean pencils, when you get too many people too close for too long, all talking, with recirculated aircon/heating in a small room. Yes, masks were there, and they had plastic partitions for their clerical workers, but, again, when it came to exam and glasses, too many, too close, for too long, with substantial talk, in too small a space.Superficial protection measures, more of a show as is common today, while important gaps are missed.Compared to past exams elsewhere, this exam was disjointed and distracted by apparently more important things than the patient (already indicated by the waits).Could hardly wait to finally get out of there. Hopefully, no other health outcomes from this. I will know more in, say, about two weeks.Most likely none, but, nowadays, I hate even being put in such a position where one starts to regurgitate was it/was it not.If you really have to go for exam and glasses, just dont drop your guard, keep it all under your control, not theirs, and ask questions, instead of assuming that commonsense things were done just because they are supposed to be health professionals.On the other hand, if you do not care about that aspect, then you just check that they do start on time, and that they are not distracted during exam.Glasses section may be a bit more eager, but still with common failings regarding protection measures.

Mistake after mistake after mistake after mistake ....I will not be going back (well, I still need to go back once when we FINALLY get the right lenses). Then that will be our last visit.-First off, they forgot to run our insurance on 1 of 4 family members, so had to call to get that fixed. Overcharged $200.-Husbands glasses from Eyecare Consultants are not as good as readers from Costco. He is very disappointed.-My glasses were cut wrong, and they threw away my previous lenses when they cut the new ones, so I had no glasses until new lenses arrived which they re-cut. Took almost 4 weeks, so NO GLASSES for 4 weeks. MISERABLE.-My daughters glasses STILL are not right. Our appointments were in August and it is now late December. Still waiting on the correct lenses for her. This will be the 3rd try on her lenses.I think I have probably worn out a set of tires going back and forth to try to get our glasses fixed.I really do like Dr. Colpitt but even her great job doesnt bring it up from one star rating.

An all-around positive experience at every appointment

Two stars for multiple reasons. They are obviously doing their best. After multiple failed pairs of glasses (I almost crashed my car but bad drivers are not their fault) they gave me another test for free. The original test was .5 strength off. That took 4 months, although it did take me quite a while to get the courage to call them. (I have a fear of being assertive, and asking for an appointment is literally a recurring nightmare of mine.) Then, after being told my lenses would be here soon 3 weeks ago, be here in a week 2 weeks ago, and calling 2 days ago.... they switched labs (possibly because of the poor service of the previous lab?) and lost my lens shape. As someone with poor eyesight (legally blind in one eye, probably half way there in the other) being without my lenses, no matter how bad or off they are, is a nightmare. They needed to borrow my frames for 2 days to get the shape of the frames to be able to manufacture the lenses. I understand mistakes happen, and this might be unfortunate or whatever, but some sort of compensation would be nice. Ive had a splitting headache for 2 days that only goes away when i close my eyes. I cant eat dinner and cut with a steak knife while blind. I cant do my chores with my eyes closed. I get that this is nobodys fault in particular, but this has been bad. My mom drove to pick up my glasses frames today (if I almost crashed my car with glasses Im not trying without) and got there at about 12:35. She asked for the frames and hey said no because they close for an hour at 12:30 for lunch. I understand that they are closed and are in no way obligated to give her my frames, but just a little would have gone a long way. Until this year, my family had never had a problem. I loved the doctors and the frames and the service and they used to be super reliable. This year there was only 1 pair of 4 ordered that did not have a mistake. Im going to be very sad to leave my childhood eyedoctor who made sure I wasnt scared during the checkups, and the vision therapist who taught me pretty much everything I know about eyes. I hope they find a better place to move on to, because the past 6 months have been absolute hell. (And yes, the reason I failed my physics class is because my teacher didnt feel like giving me vision accomodations, so they helped with that too,)

Staff is really helpful and kind. Dr. Colpitt was thorough and addressed my concerns. I felt really comfortable with how clean the office was and the staff made it a great experience in such uncertain times.

Im not really sure why this place has great reviews, thats the reason I picked it and I was so disappointed. Im going to try to get this as short as possible, Jen helped me and I was so disappointed in my experience with her. While I was trying on glasses I asked her if it was okay to pull down my mask to see how they looked on my face and she said that was fine, so I did so. In no time flat, another customer that was standing by the door came over to me while I was in the corner of the room very far away from him and everyone else, to yell at me about how I should be wearing a mask telling me I need to put my mask on. All while Jen just stood there and said nothing to defend me, I thought that was so unprofessional considering I was in a business where she worked I felt like it was definitely her place to step up and defend me instead of letting another customer come up and harass me. After this incident happened I watched this customer and it turns out she probably did not say anything because this guy, Michael, apparently was well known in there and looked like maybe he was a frequent customer. Not only that but when I bought the glasses they were 50% off that was the whole reason I wanted to get them, Jen took it upon herself to add all of these films and insurance that she didnt once asked me about . I was unaware of why they were so much money until my husband asked why they were $350. I will never return here nor recommend this place because it sucks, so unprofessional.

Love the Dr.s and staff everyone was so nice and helpful. My eye exam was very thorough, had some tests Id not had before. They are up to date on everything. The only thing I didnt check was to find out if they are providers for my insurance, theyre not, but even so, they are a great group!

I had the best experience in here. Dr Breen William was outright the best I have seen till now. He was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable when I was in serious pain with my eye. He explained everything clearly. I totally recommend this to anyone. They are very knowledgeable

They would not take me because I was one minute past their grace period. I live twenty minutes away and had kid in tow. I am never going again. I had wasted 40 minutes of my day going back and forth to them without the care I need. Do not come here!!! Can not express how upset I am.

My wife and I have been using Eye care consultants For many years, and we have never had a bad experience. Recently I needed more advanced glaucoma testing, and this service is usually only offered on Fridays. My work schedule is a set Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Eye Care Consultants was able to schedule this glaucoma test on a Thursday, even tho they had to shuffle things around a bit. This recent personalized service, coupled with my many years of positive experiences, proves that Eye Care Consultants is a solid 5 stars plus.

Everyone there is so nice and friendly. Dr Colpitt was great, she took her time making sure that everything is looked over and explained. The machines they have are amazing as well.

The office of Vision Source is excellent. I have had bad eyes for my entire life. When I have moved in the past it was always tough to find a good eye doctor who was patient with helping me correct my vision. Dr. A is really a fantastic doctor. She gives good counsel and really cares about the health of my eyes. The office folks are great too.

Dr. Colpitt is the best. I have seen her for years and recently brought my 6 year old in for her first eye exam. She made my daughter feel comfortable by explaining everything she was doing. My daughter went home and found an eye surgery game for her tablet and started playing it. I think Dr. Colpitt made a good impression :)

I have been going to Eyecare Consultants for over 5 years. Dr. Colpitt is the best! However, they have no loyalty to patients and told me to go elsewhere because they dont like how my insurance pays them. They are even listed as a full service provider for my insurance!! What a bunch of hacks!

This office sent a bill that said final notice just less than 2 YEARS after the date of service. There is no way I can remember if Ive already paid it or not. If they do this to enough people they have a whole additional revenue stream! Very poor business in my opinion!

I would love to give 5 stars, because Dr. Colpitt truly is the best and deserves it. But, it’s super disappointing to order contacts repeatedly and never receive a call that they are in. 2 weeks to 2 months... you’re better off ordering contacts/glasses elsewhere.

The office staff are welcoming and helpful. Dr. John Schachet is very thorough and explains clearly his examination of the eyes. Thanks to him my cataract surgery with Dr. James Patterson went perfectly. The information for the surgeon from Dr. Schachet allowed the whole procedure to be a perfect success. My sight is 20/20 at age 76 and I am grateful.

We had issues with front desk staff in the past but they have some new faces and so far everything has been really great. The eye technicians are also great. I never leave negative reviews but every part of my experience with this practice has been horrible. They sent me wrong information (including their own address), double billed me, didnt send information they said they would and in the end just werent helpful. Wouldnt recommend them.

I never write reviews, but my experience with Vision source has prompted me to do so. Dr. Breen is not just (by far) the best Optometrist Ive ever been to, but the best service provider in general. Dr Breen is a tremendous Doctor, and an incredibly caring person. He has gone above and beyond for my family and friends, and the care that I have received has been exceptional.I actually look forward to going every year!!

I love the folks at the Eyecare Consultants - they are very professional and they all genuinely care about your eye health (Dr. Alevras really helped me deal with my dry-eye over the past few years and I have seen significant improvement - I couldn’t be happier). The only downside is that I don’t have insurance and paying out-of-pocket can get pricey (still, these folks make it worth it).

Everyone here is very knowledgable and great to work with. I have bought glasses and contacts; all the people I worked with are very good at their jobs and so helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Vision Source Eye Care Clinic. One of the best I have ever been to.

From the time I walk in and register, Im greeted warmly. The technician who sets up the Optimap and other tests is skillful and light-hearted at the same time. (Im relaxing.) Then, I get to see my eye doctor for the last 30 years (at least), Dr. Breen, who is so personable and caring, knowledgable and reassuring (as my eyes age).
