Ill keep this short n sweet. I saw Tyler as my “ technician” and “Gigi” as my Doctor. They were both very nice and seemed genuinely engaged in our conversation. Both knowledgeable and great at their job.My last Comfort Dental (different location *Buckley and Quincy*) was TERRIBLE. They herded my wife in n’ out like cattle.This location tho, so far so good. Only had to get a cleaning but was worried I needed more. Would recommend and will post future updates if/when further procedures arise.

This place has really gone downhill, they couldnt code the insurance correctly, it took them over 3 hours to do a root canal, the dentist didnt even numb the correct side of my mouth and needed a reminder on what tooth she was working on. They have a front desk receptionist area for what I really do not know. I have now been here 3 times for one procedure and it takes them a minimum of 15 minutes to realize they are at a place of business.

I have been in chronic pain because of there greed and I later found out that they failed to prescribe me an essential mouth wash that help with the healing process. Horrible place. I would not recommend coming here.

I’ve had a lot of dental work (crowns, root canals, etc.) to know what it proper protocol and what isn’t. I saw Dr. Mack for a gum extraction. His greatest strength, by far, is delegating. I truly mean that. His office manager, Jodie, is friendly, organized, and quick to respond if you need assistance. His assistant makes you feel at ease, has wonderful bedside manner, but also takes on all of the patient care. I spent probably 30 seconds with Dr. Mack before he started numbing me. Might I add, he didn’t wait a full 10 seconds after numbing me before he started to operate. The procedure was uncomfortable. I felt more than just normal operative “pressure”. However, post-op complications were worse. I was in horrible pain the following days. Immediately post-op, I was throwing up and unable to eat because of pain, but not even within a week I had an infection. I recommend choosing an oral surgeon who will take an extra 15-20 minutes out of their day to spend time with you, ask you questions, and treat you like your post-op recovery time is as important as their operating time.

I Have been seeing Dr. Marina Loustalet for several years now. She is not good...not great but outright stellar... zero complaints and I am happy to recommend, all staff is gracious and customer friendly, 10/10.

My wife was needing oral surgery. Like most, she was scared but the tech tried to ease her fears with Oh the doctor is wonderful!! Hes filled me 5 or 6 times!Yeah no thanks.

Here is how I sum up Dr. Loustalet... if she ever leaves practice, I will protest kicking and screaming. I have major dentist trust issues... border line panic attack. She is absolutely amazing. She not only treats but she educated... and many times, other dentists I have been to would have taken advantage of tooth pain and turned it into a profit, but not Dr.Loustalet.... she was honest and said... no there is no cavity just sensitivity. Thank you Dr. Loustalet!!!!

Went to Comfort Dental off of Orchard And Parker Road and the staff are all so nice here. I want to shout out to Sarah the assistant who helped me out today. She was very polite, friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. Thank you again!

This Comfort Dental is great Ive never had problems here when coming in to have mine or my kids teeth worked on. I really like the lady up front named Cherry, she is very delightful always polite and professional knows what she is doing. I rather deal with her than the other ladies. The Drs there that Ive seen are good always done a great job. I do miss Dr Hamilton he was my favorite such a Fantastic Dentist. Over all I am very satisfied with this dentist office and still go here for my dental needs.

I’m from San Diego and was in town for a mini vacation when I had to see a dentist right away! I went to comfort dental and they took me in promptly and fixed my issues and my crown with a temporary the same day. I have to say that this was the best experience I’ve had in a dental office.I will definitely be back!!

I was in extreme pain, i called to make an appointment, no same days which is understandable. i was still offered to be seen as a walk in and so that i did. My wait wasn’t long, the doctor is great and made me feel comfortable as well as the assistant. the staff is really nice and knowledgeable, i’ll definitely be back to this location for my dental care!

I had such an amazing experience with getting a deep cleaning and 4 fillings. Dr. Millward was so gentle, kind, and comforting in making me feel the most relaxed I have ever been in a dentists chair, he was even comical at times with me and his wonderful assistant Parnia. I cannot express how gentle he was and trusting he made me feel, I highly HIGHLY recommend them both to anyone and everyone. All I can say is if every dentist experience was like the one I had, no one would ever fear going. Bravo! 🦁

Dr.Miller is for me the best doctor dentist in the whole world. I suffer from anxiety , and fear when it comes to clean my teeth. I used to see a dentist every 5 years because I was just too scared, about 8 years I came to comfort dental and met Dr Miller, he is wise, kind, patient, and most important he knows what is best for your teeth. If Dr.Miller ever moves to a different office, I want to follow him because, he takes care my teeth like if it was his teeth. Thank you Dr. Miller. Today the dentist assistant Brandom was absolutely awesome, he polish my teeth in a absolutely amazing clean way. Best polish ever, very happy, and patience too. Dr.Miller you are the best, thank you.

This place is just horrible... Gigi whatsherface is just horrible. Ive tried to get in to have ONE TOOTH worked on a good handful of times, only to have my appointments cancelled or botched. This last time, I finally got into the office and they tried to work on the WRONG SIDE OF MY MOUTH, then tried to blame me for it. They tried to say that the procedure they were about to do on the WRONG TOOTH wouldnt be covered on the RIGHT TOOTH even though its the exact same placement on the opposite side of my jaw.Ended up having to walk home alone on a butt-ton of Valium and Tramadol with the wrong side of my face numbed.

Appointments can be more organized.

The Comfort Dental office on orchard and Parker rd. is the greatest. I go to doctor Millward. He is a great dentist and really helped me with all the problems that I have had with my teeth. He has such a great personality, so friendly and always smiling. I wouldnt go to another dentist.

The support staff is great but the dentist and his assistant were super rude and rough and i was just there for a consult. I cant imagine the way he handles patients. Look somewhere else if you want a kind gentle friendly dentist because you will not find that here.

I love my dentist Marina Loustalet! She is AWESOME. When she cleans your teeth you do not even know/feel her working in your mouth. Thats how genital she is. I would recommend her to everyone!😉

I cant think of a time Ive been to a dentist that I have ever felt like every bloody person there cares about my experience. I have never started in a separate room so that the dentist can get my history without everyone else hearing, he joked and made me feel so comfortable. I have a few really intense health issues and never once was he bothered that he would have to have me as a patient (it happens way more then you can imagine) but not here. The staff helped me get to the right places and when I had a hard time because of my health and they made sure I was always safe to transfer at the cost of moving a bunch of stuff out of my way and they never considered it a hassle. If youre like me and most of the world we never want to go to or deal with the dentist , you may have your mind changed when you come here!! Thank you guys I really appreciate how strongly you feel about helping out your patients!

I went there during the whole quarantine situation with extreme pain and not only did they work fast and get me the proper meds to save my mouth and the proper dental procedure to fix my pain for good but this is the first dentist Ive ever been to in my 34 years that listened to me and my concerns with pain and novacaine and fear. I was so comfortable and happy when i left and they were so sweet! Shout out to Ashley at the front desk, Parina (I think thats how you spell it) and Dr. Gigi! I will be coming back to you guys for sure! Thank you so so much!

I was very pleased with the experience I had at this location. Went in for a few filling and was out in a timely manner. The customer service was phenomenal. Dr.Crandall was attentive and also followed up the next day as promised!! 👍🏽

Todd was my dentist. Extremely friendly knowledgeable about my insurance plan what they would cover what they wouldnt. Addressed every issue that I had... And then at the end of made sure that I knew where we stood on every issue what got done and what needed to be done next time and why. He also called a couple days later to make sure that everything is still okay... Ive never had a dentist do that... Thanks Todd

WORST POSSIBLE DENTIST AND STAFF!!!!! They did a root canal for me and missed some of the root. I’m in the most pain I’ve ever been in and I know have to pay a specialist to fix there job. He confirmed that this was one of the worst root canals he’d ever seen and that it needs immediate attention and my insurance won’t cover a re treat. I do not recommend this place at all. I was also lied to every time I went back there they would tell me it’s fine and normal.

This Comfort Dental is true to its name. Dr Michael Millward is my absolute favorite Dentist. He has the best bedside manner and always makes me feel extremely at ease beside the fact that he is efficient and does beautiful work. His sense of humor uplifts me every time I go there. The staff is super friendly and professional. My teeth have never felt this good and they look beautiful. I will never go anywhere else as long as Dr. Millward is there. BEST EVER!!

I highly recommend this dental office for everyone to go for their dental needs. The doctors are amazing and all the assistants are so helpful and nice. One of the assistant whose name was Parnia, did an amazing job done on my teeth. She was super nice and well experienced with her job.

My tooth was chipped on Sunday due to a snowboarding incident. I called Monday and made my appointment for Wednesday. Very hasty scheduling. I arrived and didn’t have to wait in the waiting room for more than a minute. And to my surprise, Dr. Crandall was able to meet me five minutes after I sat in the chair. Soon thereafter, he explained his procedure, commenced, and was able to execute perfectly. When dealing with symmetry, he was able to mirror the other tooth. Not only that, but when I discovered a sharp spot with my tongue, he responded pleasantly to my feedback and happily fixed it. Not a single negative word to say about any experience here at Comfort Dental off of Orchard and Parker Rd. Easiest 5-Star review I have ever written!!

It’s taken half of a century to find a dentist we want to return to time and time again! Even with a fear of the dental chair and needles, my husband and I will be returning for a cleaning as soon as needed. No dreading the dentist anymore! Went in to get cleaning because my gums were bleeding and have never had a better experience at a dental office! The docs were really nice and the assistant who did my cleaning, Parnia, was very funny and quick! I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for people who get their job done in a timely manner and great staff!

Very satisfied with my visit last week. Yes, the single dentist rotated between many people, which resulted in a bit of a wait. Its kind of a corporate setup that maximizes the efficiency of the dentist (I feel bad for that single dentist). That being said, the work done was done well. To handle the waiting, make sure to bring your cell phone and a pair of headphones. But despite the waiting I was honestly very satisfied with what they did for me. Ive been going to comfort dental for years (multiple locations) and will continue to do so.

The staff was extremely friendly, prompt, and did everything I was expecting and more for my appointment. Im looking forward to going back for my next appointment!

I have terrible gum recession. I had seen several doctors who wanted to do grafting, removing tissue from the roof of my mouth. It is a very expensive procedure, and there is no guarantee that it would work. Dr. Millward offered to fill the areas. It was painless and has worked fabulously! My husband and I have seen Dr. Millward at Comfort dental at Parker and Arapahoe for over 10 years now and we really like him!

Both the dentist and the dental assistants were amazing! They made me feel comfortable and I left with an amazing smile. Thank you all so very much!

My 16 year old daughter broke a molar and Dr. Crandall was wonderful with her. He made sure I was at ease as a mother with the materials used to put a crown on her tooth. His bedside manner was great and they took excellent care of her.

Dr. Crandall was excellent. Two fillings, no pain whatsoever, for an old baby like me not bad. Also, barely over 30-minutes. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the treatment I received at the E. Orchard Rd location from Dr Todd Crandall. Doctor Crandall took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed my needs to a T. This gentleman is a very hard working dentist! He was by far the most thorough dentist I have had. I recommend you give him a try and compare.

Me and my 3 kiddos went in for our first visit after tranfering in the area. I cant say enough ! The facility was very nice and clean. Jessica at the desk provided us with a friendly smile and great customer service. Parnia ,Sarah and Nicole were all great, and patient with my kids. And of course Dr. Gigi is amazing. I wish i could give them 0 stars. They ask for money before you even get to the office. I was told i had to pay money to just set up the appointment and the customer service was horrible. If i had the time i would report the person Jessica i spoke to. Why would a company charge their customers to SET UP an appointment. I have insurance. It covers all of my costs. But yet they asked for my credit card number and other case sensitive information that was very fishy. Be careful trusting these people.

I paid upfront for a crown, when I went back they had issues fitting it telling me I had to come back. Ended up visiting with two other independent dentist who both said a crown would not stay and a build up needed to be done removing a piece of jaw.I paid comfort dental 1200.00 upfront. I then paid another dentist 2k to fix the issue.

Best dental office I’ve ever been too! The second you walk in they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The doctors are very nice and take there time to talk to you. The assistant I had named Parnia was very sweet and friendly she explained everything to me in detail before starting the procedure. I recommend this dental office for everyone and will always ask for Parnia every time I visit!

There are at least 5 locations closer to me but I chose this one based on reviews Dr.Loustalet was Great very friendly and down to earth made feel very comfortable the staff was also great.

SUCH AMAZING SERVICE AND PEOPLE HERE ! Parnia is a lady that works here as an assistant and does amazing work! She is so sweet, kind, and is passionate about what she does. The main doctor is also very friendly and knows exactly what he is doing! I will never go to another place again. The environment is warming, welcoming, very clean, organized, and professional! The billing practices and customer service is terrible! I was told my sons appointment was 100% covered when they called me for my reminder call. I got here and was hit with a $275.00 bill and was told I can either pay it now or reschedule the appointment when I have the money! (Although you guys told me it was free yesterday.) No apologies for the lie I was told. I asked to pay half now and the other half tomorrow since I wasn’t prepared to make any payments today. I was yelled at and told if I can’t afford to pay I should leave and come back when I can. WOW! If that wasn’t enough she yelled it loud enough for the patient out in the waiting area to hear! Next she yelled at another patient that wanted a refund since they were over 30 minutes behind for his appointment. No wonder they have two stars! The turnover here is horrible! Always someone new at the counter or new dentist in the back! I will never come back here! The older blond lady in billing needs to be fired! She’s the reason you guys are losing new and existing patients.Long time family of 5 patients lost forever!

Dr Malward has been wonderful since I needed dental care when I moved here 3 years ago. It’s been a good experience each time. He always has a smile.

I am terrified of dentists. Dr. Michael M was very kind and incredibly calm. He explained everything in detail. I didnt feel rushed and he seemed to notice my anxiety and asked if everything he was recommending was okay with me. Its been years since Ive gone to a dentist and I scheduled 2 more appointments to get work done.

I was seen by Dr. Chinni who did a beautiful job with my tooth and the assistant Vanessa was very friendly and helpful as well possibly one of my best dental experiences that could have been had considering its the dentist.

Outstanding staff and dentist. Broken tooth from out of state on vacation and they got me in within 45 minutes and the advice and care was wonderful.

I had my tooth pulled here last week because the root had died. I have family and friends in the dental field who found me getting a tooth pulled like that was odd. It took 4 days for the doctor to contact me and see if I was doing ok. When I said there was some pain but could be from a canker sore or cut from the needle they said it seemed normal since it was not excruciating. However, I have a high pain tolerance and also had Vicodin from the tooth pull. I had completed my dose though and was in agonizing pain. I called early Sunday morning to speak with the on call Dr. She told me there was no way it was a dry socket because id be Im severe pain, which I was. Ive had a dry socket when my wisdom teeth were pulled and knew this was the case. She told me if I was still in pain I could come in Monday morning. I ended up calling another dentist and she met me on a Sunday and packed my dry socket! Do not go to this dentist, they do not care about their patients and when I called to tell them I did indeed have a dry socket, the voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. Like I said if you value your teeth and health find somewhere else.

Comfort Dental at 15250 E Orchard Rd in Centennial Colorado is the most amazing office around.Myself and my family drive 2 hours to go to this Dentist. The staff are so awesome and treat you with all respect. The receptionist Cherrie Hansen does her best to get any of us in to the office as quick as she can, even in the same day. Her professional manner is very pleasing and caring for all our problems. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr Millward is the best dentist we have ever gone too, I hate going to the dentist but he makes it where we don’t feel a ounce of pain. His demeanor is always happy and treats us with the utmost care. All we can say it is a privilege for us to go to Comfort Dental.

Had an appointment with Dr. Loustalet and her team today to discuss a possible root canal. I showed up a few minutes early, found some enjoyable magazine in the waiting room to occupy the time until getting called back. Ended up getting my teeth cleaned while there since it had been a few months. Began discussing the root canal and ended up getting it done today since time permitted. This was the first root canal I had had and it went well. Scheduled another visit on my way out. -Anonymous

I have been looking for a good and friendly Dentist and staff for years, my dental care is routine cleaning every 6 months no cavities but it has taken all these years to find someone I can actually call my Dentist Todd Crandal is amazing at Comfort Dental and I now have a dentist I will now bring the rest of my family on board ........thank you all so much

Dr Hamilton is amazing! He takes time to explain what will happen and ensure his patients comfort. The secretarial staff however are dumb as all hell! They can barely manage to schedule appointments.

I barely saw my doctor, the trained professional I was paying to fix my teeth. Instead, the assistant did most of the work, even filling in my cavities. I was also not giving enough numbing fluid and I felt immense pain to the point that I was crying. When I told the assistant who was actively filling a cavity, she was sympathetic but did nothing.

Great experience there! Parnia was seriously the best assistant there, took great care of me and was really polite and professional! The dr was amazing as well!

I was referred by my dentist to this location to have my wisdom teeth removed. I have been back in this office 2 times after the surgery was done. Today I was told to come in due to an infection from the surgery and was told by different people it would take a little longer. I have been here over 2 hours just to be seen for an antibiotic. Having your wisdom teeth removed is stressful enough. However, this place Made the whole thing much worse. I will never come back to this office!

I hate going to the Dentist but I love this office. Dr. Millward is amazing and helps calm my nerves. The ladies in the front office are so friendly and professional. Cherrie is especially great to work with and I appreciate her always working me and my kids in at the last minute.

Dr. Crandall is an awesome doctor he pays great attention to detail. I had been having some tooth pain and had gone to another doctor that could only tell me nothing was wrong. I came to Dr. Crandall who found that I had a high spot on my tooth that was hitting the wrong way he adjusted that spot and my tooth has not hurt one but since I strongly recommend him.

Thank you Dr. Loustalet for listening to my concerns. Taking the extra time for 2 crowns and a deep filling that saved me from a root canal. Thank you for the follow up courtesy call to see how I was doing. :)

This clinic has very attentive, and professional Doctors...Todd Cranda was the one who took care of me, and his dental assistant Parnia is very friendly & nonjudgmental human being...I was nervous at first, but with their genuine smile and conversation they took all the worries off my mind!Highly recommend them to everyone!

This office couldnt care less about proper scheduling, if youre in pain, and making you feel comfortable. The assistants seemed to be clueless and the doctors were unprofessional and unsympathetic to the pain I was having, and did nothing to help/prevent my pain after they messed up the schedule and screwed me over on a root canal. I was warned about going to comfort dental... Guess I should have listened.

Not great. One dentist to go over 5 patients rushing through each person. They dont really inspect their work after doing things because they just want to get to the next patient.

Normally I have had a pleasant experience at this place, the front desk staff is friendly the dentist is competent and friendly. However, this time I had an extraordinarily bad experience. I had a dental assistant by the name of Anna taking pictures of my teeth which, while I never found it pleasant I was usually quite patient and I understand they need to do their job how they do it. This lady did not understand English or the fact that the thing you put between your teeth would not go Through the roof of my mouth so I could bite down on it. She got extraordinarily impatient and kept making mistakes, like not placing it correctly and then getting frustrated with me and trying to force the thing into my mouth to the point of where it left sores and was gagging me. She complained that I was being unhelpful and that they even do this with children, and even as a child I never had such a bad experience. She should be reprimanded or fired due to lack of patience and understanding, I had the exact opposite of a comfortable experience today and I do not look forward to going back again, even for a dentists office. The dentist apologized profusely but I will avoid this assistant and refuse any further treatment from her.

I cannot tell you how much Dr. Millward went out of his way to help me to get it right... Everyone is always scared to go to the dentist me too but there I did not feel that way .. cannot say enough good things about them!

A detail office with no toothbrushes, unbelievable!

They never seem to answer or call back very rude front desk always try to get more money by doing something you dont need nor asked for went in for a cleaning they wanted to do a deep cleaning that needed approval therefore I have yet to have any work done by them

I would never recommend this office, went there for an extraction and dr lucilate took forever, unfortunately I’ve had two other extractions but this one was horrible, she couldn’t get the tooth out, broke it in half, and had to chisel out the rest. My jaw felt like it was broken for weeks. The most painful experience of my life.

Dr. Crandall is an awesome dentist and I will refer him to any of my friends! I got some fillings done and a crown and I got to say him and his assistant parnia are a great team. Parnia did the the fillings and give me a temporary crown that I have never had in the past, it felt like my own tooth! My crowns bite was off so I was feeling a little pain and when I went back they just adjusted my bite and now I feel so great! So if you want a great dentist and a great work done go to this comfort dental and ask for any of the docs or Crandall!!

I went here for having an abscessed tooth, I was given penicillin and some Percocet for pain. A week later I called in and asked for a stronger antibiotic because they penicillin wasnt doing anything, they said they would give me something stronger and I once again got penicillin. I still have an infection 3 weeks later. I was given a referral for a Medicaid dentist (my insurance at work kicks in July) I made the appointment to find out two days before the surgery they dont take Medicaid when the lady was CERTAIN this was a Medicaid office. I cant eat, and now I have an impacted wisdom tooth on top of it thats causing a sore throat, swollen glands and my entire jaw hurts. I was told to come back in for pain management, I waited an hour to leave 5 minutes later after being told they cant give me anything for pain unless they do any work. Thats why I keep coming in, do something so that Im not in pain anymore! I thought this was going to be taken care of but now I was given a BAD referral and I cant be seen until July. After reading these reviews Im happy to say I wont be getting any dental work done here, and Ill tell everyone to stay away because its a complete joke.

Dr. Millard said an inappropriate comment to me and my boyfriend, then proceeded to give me 8 fillings in one day and rush through them. 4 months later, my teeth are still extremely sensitive and every time I floss, the fillings pop out a little bit.

I love all the doctors here! Dr. Millward, Crandall, loustalet are great partners and team players! Dr. Millward is always in a great mood and always have a smile with every patients. Dr. Crandall has a great sweet personality and will do anything to make you feel comfortable during a procedure or regarding finance! And Dr. Loustalet’s procedures makes you love going to the dentist because it’s well done! It doesn’t matter what kind of procedure it is she takes her time to make sure it’s done correct. Her cleanings or fillings or root canels are the best! I would recommend this office to anyone that wants to get works done that can last life time!

If anyone read my previous review please disregard it was a musunderstanding but Dr. Crandall took time out of his busy day to personally contact me and resolved all issues so i will be a patient here for the foreseeable future and highly recomend Dr. Crandall and staff for any and all your dental needs. Unorganized and lie to try and scam money from you. Waited almost 2 hours and watched people(9 people) come in and wait 2 minutes to go back while they skipped me again and again. Also told me they took all teeth out I needed done so it wouldnt mess anything up in the future....they charged for 4 teeth and forgot 2. Here I am now and 22 about to do the same surgery again because they forgot 2 damn teeth.

Dr Crandall is friendly, funny and highly skilled. He really cares for his patients.

Dr. Crandall is AMAZING!!! So kind to his patients AND staff! Ive met several dentists that were polite to me and disrespectful to their staff. Ive always been scared of the dentist due to previous encounters Ive had. The first time I met with Todd Crandall I told him youre the nicest diablo Ive ever met. He laughed and said I should leave that comment in my google review. Very pleased with his work on my teeth!

I wish there was an Unacceptable or Disgusted option for the quality of this business... I had a pre-operation appointment scheduled here two weeks in advance for 4PM on a monday afternoon. My dad and I arrived at 3:50, signed the paperwork and waited. After half an hour went by I overheard a mom and her daughter complaining when they discovered that the daughter was not on the schedule for her wisdom teeth surgery that day, even though that they were there for the appointment that they scheduled awhile back. The doctor promised that she would get squeezed in. The daughter had not eaten for 6 hours, as directed by the doctor before her surgery, and she started hyperventilating and getting very ill. Another half and hour passed, it was now 5PM and my dad and I decided that our time was not valued at this office so we got up and left, even though we live an hour away from the office, so we had just completely wasted 3 hours of our day for nothing. Not once did the doctor, or any of the staff, come out and explain to the other patients or myself why we were waiting so long. I am glad to say that this Comfort Dental, and its irresponsible staff, will not be getting my business. They inadvertently made the decision for us to find a more competent dentist.

Dr. Crandall is a great dentist. Can’t say enough good things about this office!

The front desk staff was extremely rude. When my girlfriend asked if they take Medicare or Medicaid the receptionist said no if that is the only insurance you have we can not accept it. Then we looked on line and saw that they are required to accept Medicaid. The receptionist then tried to back pedal and say we accept Medicaid but I didnt see your card. Maybe if you opened your eyes you would have seen the card right in front of your face. My girlfriend has not even made it back to see a dentist yet but I feel that the receptionists rude unprofessional attitude warrants this bad review.

The lady that took my appointment had such an attitude. She acted like she was doing me a favor & when I mentioned about a promotion I thought they were doing she jumped down my throat. I was wrong about the promo but man where do they find these people? This chick seemed like she wanted to jump across the counter & beat me up!

Dr. Shultz is an awesome guy and very professional can always count on him

Well despite what I had to have done, root canal. As much of a horrible procedure as it is. I do want to say, I love the dentist and tech that performed the procedure. Juan (tech) was awesome. He showed a great deal of compassion, was able to read the signs of when I could feel pain and was able to comfort me. I believe my dentist was Dr. Chinni but if I am wrong, I am terrible with names, I want it to be know that the cute woman with short hair that did the root canal was very professional and also shared the same amount of compassion as Juan. She insisted on having three impressions taken so that we can guarantee that my permanent crown is perfectly fitted. While it was painful, I can appreciate the need for perfection. She called me the next day to check in. I really appreciated that. I wouldnt recommend a root canal but at least if I need another (i pray not), this is where I would go to have it done right. I will see you guys again on the 16th to get my permanent. I just felt the need to give a positive review since most only share negatives. You guys have really impressed me. Thank you!Oh and I just read a previous review from a week ago complaining this was not a Medicaid office.... Ummmm that is false. I got my work done on medicaid. So completely false claim. Medicaid is accepted at ALL Comfort Dentals. Get your facts straight. Unfortunately, before any work can be done - Comfort Dental has to send in a scope of work to the Medicaid office and Medicaid has to approve it. If you dont believe me, I have my medicaid approval letter for Comfort Dental.

If you want to sit in a waiting room forever. This is your place!! Out of a dozen appointments not one time have they ever been on time.

Terrible clinic. Faulty equipment. Drill bit was dropped down my throat sending me to ER. Root canal was never finished leaving me in pain. Dentist stated the only way she would finish the procedure if I did not take any legal action against her. Stay away from this clinic!!!

Malpractice Waiting to Happen... saw Brandon Shultz at their oral surgery side. After coming in for an allergic reaction to the antibiotics Mr. Shultz decided to drop me as his patient! Didnt care about my side effects I was experiencing just told me that he would no longer see me as a patient. His behavior was unethical and down right criminal. So if you want a doctor that cares about your health, DONT SEE BRANDON SHULTZ!

This place is a joke. Both the normal dentistry side and the surgical side, which, for starters, are in the same office, same lobby, share the same phones and the same staff, yet refuse to help you if youre calling the wrong side/number. Long story short, I started my journey here LAST NOVEMBER with Hamilton for a normal cavity, which turned into an abscess, which turned into a root canal, which turned into a crown that fell off 4 times, which turned into a broken tooth, and now a complete extraction by Brandon Shultz. I just called in to ask for a stronger antibiotic, because I usually end up getting hospitalized for infections that dont get treated promptly, and I got accused of pain-pill seeking and told that there is no reason why I would need more antibiotics so that i could come in, but theres no need. [ I never even mentioned the word pain nor have I once asked for pain medication; in fact, I had actually turned down any pain medication that was offered until I absolutely needed it ]. If they knew anything at all, I guess they would know that I am in a pre-surgery phase for an organ removal, and any current infection would be jeopardizing that and so I was recommended for a re-visit to my oral surgeon, so pill seeking ? I dont think so. Trying to remain alive? yah, Id say thats more accurate.Also, the entire staff is completely incompetent. I would recommend pulling your own teeth before ever stepping foot in this office.
