I loved every thing about this dental practice. The staff are all kind and professional and the Dentist is also.He is highly educated and respected in his field which is evident from all the plagues that are hanging in his office and yet he is humble.He lets you know that he care about you and your health more his bottom line.Very refreshing in this day and age!! I’ve been looking for a dentist for two years and I finally found the right one!!

The staff is very friendly and you can tell they care about their patients. I had a scary reaction to the anesthetic I received for a filling, (Im sensitive to epinephrine) and the team was quick to help me. In addition, the dentist took the time to craft solutions for my teeth and go over the details with me.

It was a great experience! I was referred here by a friend, and was not disappointed. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to the final check out everyone was helpful. You can tell this office has people who enjoy what they do!

Dr. Lind and Staff are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. His office is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and I am glad I chose to go there for the past couple of years.

If I could give this dental office zero stars I would. They failed to check my insurance coverage property prior to the start of my cleaning, exam and x-rays. After I was already sitting in the treatment chair they rushed back and said they did not except my insurance and that a general teeth cleaning out of pocket could beep to $8K even though I had received a mailer for a $79 cleaning, exam and x-rays. Unbelievable! BE AWARE of the incompetent front desk staff and dont waste your time trying to go here.

Took my husband in because he had a tooth ache. Stace Lind is the nicest dentist I know. he was so helpful and knowledgeable and his prices are affordable. he restored my faith in dentists. Angie was so nice. made us feel so at home. thank you guys!

They took care of my teeth/mouth, being delicate and most importantly explaining and walking me through my treatment. And not once have I felt pressure in treatments. New Dentist found 3 cavities overlooked by Dr. Lind. 20+ appointments for an implant. Terrible bookeeping/invoicing. Overall very unorganized.The 1 star is for not crediting a $1200 check to my accout. Would like to give Natalie office manager a 0 star.

Dr. Stace Lind is actually an instructor for teaching other orthodontists how to install implants the proper way without rushing through the process. The quality and professionalism he passes to you through his work will last you a trouble free lifetime. We are glad to have him...

I had an incredible experience here! I have had a hard time finding a dentist who can make the entire tooth extraction process quick, understandable, and easy. I was recommended here by a friend and needless to say... my treatment was even better than I anticipated! I was able to get my tooth extracted the same day as I got bone marrow and an implant in, and they put a temporary bridge in place, so I didn’t have a gaping hole when I left. This is a much more seamless process than I have found with other practices. Their entire staff treated me like family the moment I walked in. Very very happy with the treatment I received and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great and honest treatment.

Had an appointment scheduled which required me to be heavily sedated. The dentist worked out a payment plan with me and told receptionist Angie, she ignored it. I called a few times to request the sedation be sent to my pharmacy. She said she would send the day of. I was supposed to receive it the night before. I called again on the day of my appointment which required me to have a driver. Angie had not called in my sedatives which one was supposed to have been taken the night before. Then she told me that she didnt care that I was upset and frustrated. I reminded her that I was supposed to have a major procedure done, she laughed and said its just a few cavities actually it was 4 crowns and several cavities. To a person with anxiety and breathing problems this was a major procedure. I told her that I didnt like her attitude she said she really doesnt care. She then advised me that the crowns werent even approved by medicaid yet. I didnt know anything about this, but why did she schedule the appointment in the first place if it wasnt approved yet? Although, the dentist told her to get me in asap and to allow medicaid to cover as much as possible then I will be using CareCredit. She yelled that she will give me the dentists cell number then hung up on me. I had to get someone to cover my shifts at work and get someone to drive me. This procedure was to be done on the day all this happened. It affected three other people than myself. I was already having an anxiety attack and my sedatives werent called in. I called the other office in Centennial and spoke with Chelsea. I was told the office manager wasnt in that day, typical. Chelsea promised to talk to the dentist and call me back. She did actually call back about an hour later and said she had talked to Angie and of course theyre all gonna protect themselves. Chelsea told me that she will get a payment plan worked out and get it all taken care of. This was last Thursday. I havent received any correspondence from Chelsea since. I called and left two messages and now today is monday....nothing. I am left with two holes in my back teeth and was promised a payment plan and a missed appointment due to incompetence and judgment from Angie bc I am a medicaid patient and white. Today....I received a letter from Medicaid stating that my dentist requested approval that was denied bc they didnt provide more detailed information that medicaid required by the date they were given to submit it. So, Angie dropped the ball on everything then treated a patient with utter disrespect and even tried to blame me. She also made fun of me bc of my dental anxiety. Then the other clinic also dropped the ball. The actions or lack of actions have caused a lot of problems in my world. I will be writing more reviews and filing a complaint with the ADA and the BBB. A sad situation. I really liked Dr. Lind and felt safe in his care. Again...I have not received a phone call from anyone since. Not from the dentist nor the office manager or even the kind girl Chelsea who promised to help me.

Unfriendly and rude staff. Billing doesn’t communicate w the dentists who make other arraignments for payment by existing clients.My daughter and I were patients at HD for a few years. USED to be patients. After today, I’d rather go to Mexico for dental work just to have a friendly person help me.I showed up for an appointment that was scheduled a month ago. Last stages of my kid’s Invisalign. Received over 15email and text reminders for it. As usual.When I got there, the rude office manager and her shifty eyed little sidekick didn’t know about my payment arrangement that I’ve had in place since 2014 w one of their dentists. A quick conversation between the dentist, scheduling, and billing a week ago would’ve saved me $20bucks in gas and a half day of wages. Apparently, HD was sold, bought out, who cares. Staff and practice procedures are horrendous now.When I showed up w my kid, and explained my long standing payment arrangement for dental services, the office manager proceeded to embarrass me and my 15yr old daughter in front of her entire staff about payment, and then made me cancel.Upon getting in my car, their dentist ran to the parking lot to explain why he can’t keep his word. I refused to talk to him. I drove back to work. After a come-to-Jesus moment, the staff rescheduled the appointment for 1hour later.Try explaining to your coworkers that you can’t come back to work for the afternoon when you have pending deadlines, all bc a dentist and his staff don’t communicate w each other. My coworkers cursed me.The staff at HD made a single mom drive over 30miles in one afternoon, all to humiliate her over a payment arrangement THEIR dentist made, so I could get my kids teeth fixed. Now I have to get a new dentist to finish the final work on my kid’s teeth bc they won’t honor their word.*smh HD failed on every level today. From the dentists, to the mean office staff.The rotten demeanor and annoyance of the entire staff having to honor their word was on full display. They made me cry bc of embarrassment and frustration.Ungodly people work here. Mean people work here. Classism lives here. Beware.

I have been going to this dental practice for years. Dr. Lind is amazing- I have never had any discomfort with any of my procedures, and unfortunately, Ive had a bunch of them in the past few years. Everything will be explained to you in detail, and your comfort level will be checked frequently.I trust Kristin, Dr. Linds assistant and wife, with all of the things she provides, and she does them with great professionalism and a caring, friendly demeanor. Dr. Lind will make you comfortable with his humor and easy going professionalism.Jennifer is my hygienist, and she is super knowledgeable, (Im in the medical field, and I didnt realize how much I had to learn about oral health!) friendly, and efficient.Wait times are negligible. Honestly a fantastic dentists office and staff! My first new patient apt took 1hr 45min and it was well worth it. Jen, the dental technician took her time and explained everything. My teeth have never felt so clean! They took x-rays and did a thorough evaluation. Dr. Lind was also fantastic. He went above and beyond to see me as a new patient despite a family emergency. He really seems to care about his patients. Everyone in the office was so nice. I will definitely be coming back in 6months!

I love my dentist office. They take their time with the numbing process to make you as comfortable as possible during the dental work. Very good with explaining the issues and options for treatment. The entire staff gives you that feeling that they genuinely care about you.

The staff is always friendly and they know your name and are expecting you! The dental work I have received by Dr. Lind has always turned out perfect! When we first visited, Dr. Lind had to repair another dentist work on my husband and it made a world of difference. We were very grateful for his expertise! The dental hygienist have always done a thorough cleaning as well.

Doc (Stace) is great. My appointment missed being logged into the office stystem at the time I scheduled it in the office. My procedure only required a short time to perform so Doc was able to squeeze me in without my having to wait any additional time. Im very satisfied with this visit.

Yet- when my front tooth broke earlier this year, it was Dr. Lind & his wife Kristin whom I trusted to care for me. This speaks a lot to their personal and professional ethics and beliefs, as I have high standards.As it turned out, I needed a full mandibular reconstruction. Stacy & Kristin scheduled my reconstruction on their day off and prepped/seated my case in 1 day! The entire team worked for a grueling 13 hours straight to care for me. What a team! Watching the team operate efficiently was enlightening and educational. Krisitn cared for me, making sure my blood sugar was stable throughout the procedure, shes a true caretaker at heart. Dr Lin is awesome and Jennifer the dental hygienist is my all time favorite. Heck, everyone in this office is great. I always hated going to the dentist before - now I will actually go. Everything in the office is top notch, updated and it has the most up to date equipment. I love everyone in this office - they are friendly and treat you like family. I cannot thank the Linds enough. They not only took the time to listen, but cleared the calendar for me. After a 7 hour emergency trip to have dental work done, I was left with a full understanding of what my pain was being cause by. Front desk was very hospitable. They also had a machine that took panoramic x-rays of my mouth instead of putting those gaudy bite wings in my mouth.The Dentist also took the time to explain why I braces would help me at age 35 and the long-term consequences of inaction on my part.

I just had my teeth cleaned and checked. Jen is by far the best hygienist I have had. She has been my main contact at Heritage Dental for several years. She is always friendly, professional and very concerned about making me comfortable and relaxed. Everyone else in the office is also friendly and glad to see me.

Im new to the state and had to have an emergency root canal. I felt lucky to have stumbled on to Heritage Dental and Dr. Stace LInd. Hes an experienced professional and has a wonderful human quality to him that other doctors and dentists do not possess. The staff was also very friendly. Just a very well run organization that deserves the high ratings it has received.

Like most I cant stand going to the dentist. Worse still, I tend to have panic attacks when anyone is messing with my mouth, jaw, ears, etc. Im not sure what I would have done if I didnt find Heritage Dental. They are extremely empathetic, caring, and attentive. They are cutting edge, provide I.V. sedation, and even have their own ovens to make crowns on site! I was able to get ALL (a mouthful) of my dental work done in one visit. They have a very friendly, laid back, family atmosphere. Whether you have had issues with other dentists or not. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. First, I was impressed by the Dentists knowledge. Dr. Stace took time to explain things to me and told me things about my teeth that no other dentist has ever pointed out but should have. He also checked my neck, jaw, and bite. Then the hygenist, Jen, also checked my neck and jaw for cancer and then took several measurements of my bone and gum recession before cleaning my teeth. To my knowledge, I have never had those things checked before. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond. To top it off, the chair had a massage built in, they gave me a blanket, and they gave me a really nice gift for being a first time customer. I really felt pampered.

Very unprofessional doctor whos work is fast and sloppy. Ive had problem after problem and not only does he never listen but he interupts constantly and talks over me. He shows zero signs of remors and avoid you when you call, avoids you in the office.

One of the things I really like about Dr Lind is that he is constantly re-investing in the practice, adding new technology that adds to patient care. He recently installed an onsite lab which uses computer controlled machining to make crowns from blanks on the spot, instead of having to wait for weeks from them to come back from an offsite lab. He also spends a lot of time in continuing professional education to keep up with the latest in treatment.

The staff were nice, but the service was not what I had hoped for so I have not been back since I tried their office about a year ago. I didnt post a review originally, but decided to post after going to a new dentist who said that the cavity filling work I received a year ago was not up to par. They basically said the fillings looked super old and in some cases had fallen out. Not what it should look like 1 year later...A year go I had Heritage Dental fill several cavities. In one case, I had to come back twice because I was still in pain. Once the hygienist just said it needed to be filed down more. And then I came back again two weeks later because I was still in pain. They finally realized that the cavity they filled fell apart.It was clear from my multiple visits in a period of about a month that the office operates poorly - when I went in a year ago the doctor said he had a practice out of state that he travels to every week (talk about physician burnout), hygienists/assistance fill cavities (legal in CO, but still Id prefer to have a doctor do it), and the scheduling/billing process is terrible (I had to reschedule 1 time because they were 45 minutes late and they did not give me a billing estimate up front before charging me).

Very friendly staff and a family atmosphere. Dr. Lind really cared about my experience. Kristin is a try artist as my new teeth look amazing. Thank you.
