Very convenient. They communicate via text. You can do all the forms online. The staff is super friendly and all of my concerns were addressed. I feel good about establishing care with them.

As always, my appointment always meets my expectations. Kayleen is one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had. She is gentle yet thorough. And Dr. Fritz is not only skilled, she is also very personable and easy to talk to. I also want to add that the front desk staff, who are the first folks you meet when you come into the office, are so pleasant and kind. Man what can I say about Piney Creek!! Hands down the best dental facility that blew my mind from day one. New to town and I havent had great dental work done since childhood!! Best people ever! DO NOT COME HERE! WORST DENTAL OFFICE. Under no circumstances do ever allow them to do any procedures on you until they get an approval from your insurance first that your procedure is covered!!!! They will lie and later make you pay because whatever they say might not be covered. I walked in last year for a checkup and they told me I need scaling and irrigation because I have boneless. Apparently I needed this intense cleaning procedure. They gave me a sheet of paper with the cost breakdown and told me that my insurance will cover most of it. I only agreed because I was ok with paying my small portion, and the rest was going to be covered by insurance. I ended up paying around $250 out of pocket. $770 should have been covered by insurance. So, my insurance doesn’t see any bone loss in the x-ray documentation and they refuse to pay. They are saying there is no bone loss. Hannah is absolutely useless at the front desk. My insurance told me she refuses to send documentation they are asking for. I had to call back and forth numerous times until this year because she doesn’t know how to do her job. They LIED to me about having bone loss just so they can take my money. Hannah said they will have a phone conversation with the insurance to provide more proof and that was a lie as well. That call never happened. Why should she bother, she got my $770. My insurance lady told me how Hannah said to her that they finally got me to pay and was laughing. Well, threatening me with collections, of course I’ll pay. They also refused to work with me to lower that cost when I asked them. The good reviews on here must be fake or paid for. My friends that recommended this place won’t be coming back. BE AWARE!! MAKE THEM run your suggested procedure through your insurance first and make sure it will get paid before you allow them to do anything!!! Also, the 2nd technician was absolutely horrible, I had the worst pain the entire time she was cleaning my teeth.

An amazing staff in a comfortable office. Bobbie and Hannah are always smiling and helpful in the front office, and Dr. Fritz is a caring professional with a great chair-side manner.

Dr Fritz is fantastic! We were previously treated by another dentist for decades and never had a great experience, to say the least. We finally made the change and I am kicking myself we didnt do this long ago. She is patient, thorough and tells you clearly what she is doing and why. The entire office from front desk to hygienists provide top level service at every turn. Very helpful and so kind. The billing is also excellent, very clear. I recommend Dr Fritz and her office at the highest level to anyone needing a dentist.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Piney Creek Family Dentistry. I was told that my insurance was in-network and now I am on the hook for unexpected bills. The staff took zero steps to remediate the situation and refused to go on a conference call with my insurance provider to resolve the situation. I am now taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend Piney Creek Family Dentistry unless you can triple-verify with your insurance provider that they are indeed in network. Dont take their staffs word for it.

We have been going here for a few years and we have had a great experience every single visit. My two kids, husband and I all go. Dr. Fritz is great with the kids especially when they have needed fillings, and all of the hygienists are awesome! They work efficiently and always keep your time in mind but never make you feel rushed through. The front office staff is great also and so helpful.

I had my first visit to the Piney Creek dentist office today and had a great experience! The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and there were enough precautions put in place so that I felt safe visiting during COVID (temperature check at the door, social distancing markers, online check-in, and all providers in masks and face shields).Kayla, the dental hygienist, was amazing. I have never had such a gentle, yet thorough, cleaning. Even though I was overdue for an appointment, she never made me feel bad about waiting. Im looking forward to my next appointment and will be recommending Kayla to my family for their next cleaning!

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist at all, everyone was friendly and very welcoming though. Kayla was amazing! She was super gentle, sweet, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I plan to schedule with her every time I come in.

I visited this office for a second opinion about my crown with Dr.Fritz. I brought all my x-rays and other docs with me. The doctor spent with me for about 4-5 mins and agreed to work with me on my crown. I left the office without any charges, but after few days, I got a bill from their office for oral exam ($71). I tried contacting the office few times to negotiate this bill because I wanted to get my crown done with them, but unfortunately, the office staff was not very helpful. I’ve been to other offices for second opinion and nobody charged me for that. This is one of those offices that charges you for everything without giving you any notice, and you don’t want to be treated like that.

I was looking for a new dentist in the area and came across Piney Creek Family Dentistry. I have been a few times now and I am so pleased do have found them!! They are wonderful I’m every way! The customer service is awesome and the attention to detail with all aspects of my teeth/gums/soft tissue makes me feel confident that I am getting great oral care and checkups there! My 1 and last time going to Dr Fritz....I did not get a good consultant i walkt in with a bad tooth pain the lady that did the 1 check with me was new and not very well trained well my ex rais got Matt out knowing I had to 1 get this tooth taking car of ! So Dr Fritz did not really talk to me till all the ex rais was taken to yell me my tooth I was in pay shell be removed but she does not do that and send me of to a nother Dentist ! He then lookt at my tooth and told me it cost me 76$ to remove my tooth he sees no reason to safe it ok . He gave me an Description for antibiotics and some pain medication! It cause me 40$ and of story my insurance was maxed out by Dr Fritz and I was never truly talkt to! And I never got an e mail from the office for the next steps for a future treatment! Thank you for truly nothing but taking my insurance money!!

I have been to many dentists. Dr Fritz is the best. What contributes to the success of this practice are the Hygienists. Kayla is probably the best Hygienist I have known. Very meticulous just as Dr. Fritz. I have not encountered the other Hygienists but I am sure they are highly professional as well.

Additionally, they explained to me exactly how much each procedure would cost and what portion my insurance would cover up front (Ive never had a dentist do that before!). My first visit to Piney Creek Family Dentistry left a very good impression on me. It was like every step was outlined and checked off like an airplane flight check! It all worked. I especially noticed how attentive the team was with my comfort! Dr. Fritz (spelling) reviewed my entire exam with detail and patience. Im a nervous dental patient, but Kayleen was super nice and gentel during my cleaning. All the staff were friendly and I felt taken care of while here. Theyre also very conscientious about following COVID safety protocols, which I appreciate.

While a little nervous about my appointment in June, when I got there I was questioned and my temperature taken . Then I felt more comfortable about the visit. Not only has Dr. Fritz corrected poor work by other dentists, but I have received excellent care and advice since. Kayleen has never caused me any pain, and is able to get my teeth spotless without them being sore for days afterwards. I strongly recommend Dr. Fritzs practice.

My dentist of some 30 years retired, and Dr. Fritz came highly recommended by my daughters pediatric dentist. I found the office warm and inviting -- it even smelled good. Staff members (shout-outs to Nayzi at the front desk, and hygienist Candi) were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their technology and equipment were state of the art, and each treatment area has a TV if you are seeking distraction. Dr. Fritz herself is competent, capable, authoritative, and understanding -- on top of just being a really nice person. I am so lucky to have found them.

I am new to their practice, but they have already won me over! Kayla did an amazing job, is very friendly and knows her stuff. I had been going to a more corporate style dentist up until now, I felt like they were scamming me or pushing me to get some work done that I wasn’t sure about. Unfortunately for our family, this was a over a $300 dollar lesson.This Dentistry is Out of Network for United Concordia. The secretaries behind the desk will share with you that they DO take Tricare/United Concordia, and will also give you the false sense of security when they verify the insurance for you. However, since their dentistry is not considered to be in network you end up paying close to 50% of the bill.To find a provider that is in network you can go to the United Concordia/Tricare website and search for a dentist. The cost will be close to $0 with an in network dentist.

I love Dr Fritz! I looked for a dentist for over 5 years after moving to Colorado and I liked Piney Creek Dental so much that I actually changed my insurance so that I could be in network with them!

Best dental visit ever!Visiting from out of town and broke the filling in a tooth on the way in. Not having a local dentist, did a quick search and I was not disappointed in the least with Dr. Fritz and the staff at her practice. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and every other positive adjective that you can think of. Excellent bedside manner! They took the time to explain everything well and I felt very comfortable being there. I was the last appointment of the day before the holidays, but I never felt like they were rushing in any way. I felt very well taken care off. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I have been going to Piney Creek Family Dentistry for 6 months. Admittedly I had not gone to the dentist in many years. They did not guilt me about my failed dental upkeep, and they were very professional, transparent, and genuinely care about my comfort. 6 months later I am back to semi-annual cleanings. The entire staff is amazing. Their approach makes me want to go to the dentist and that says it all.

Not the biggest fan of going to the dentist. I have moved around Colorado and have seen 3 different dentists. The one I had growing up, always said I have bad gums here in aurora. The other two dentists said I have perfect teeth and gums. I just moved back into the area and went back to my childhood dentist. Had a terrible experience once again. So my wife found Piney Creek Dental, and told me I had to switch over. I can not say enough good things about my experience today. They did not push any extra services on me and they said my teeth and gums were perfect. The other main thing I cant stress enough about them is I didnt leave there with a hurting mouth or bloody gums. Great place...keep up the good work!

I had a really great experience here; we are new patients, and Dr. Fritz is amazing. The whole staff is very caring and attentive. The office is clean and bright, and there are televisions at each chair. They are careful to explain everything they do, and if they can give you a choice, they do (bite guard or not, more numb or less, etc.) I highly recommend the office for patients of any age.

Unfortunately, I was very frustrated with the billing department for services I received that were not covered by insurance, like the oral cancer screening and the application of fluoride. Granted, the dental hygienist was amazing and did take the time to advise several services would not be covered by insurance and gave me the option if I want those services or not. I agreed to have the additional treatment based on the quoted self-pay price but their billing department billed me their full BILL CHARGE and not the agreed upon self-pay price. i would NEVER PAY $50 FOR A ONE TIME FLUORIDE TREATMENT! Quite unfair! The one phone call I made to the office just continue to blame insurance for the non-covered service, and not address what the true self-pay quote. I just dont think the hygienist knows their bill charge rate and ought to provide that dollar amount to the patient. I imagine, most patients would not pay $50 for a fluoride application. Extremely disappointed and on the search for a new dentist.

Piney Creek Family Dentistry has been great to my entire family. They have been able to fit my children in for back to back appointments making the best use of my time. My children love coming in to have their teeth cleaned and enjoy relaxing in the chairs and watching their favorite TV show while getting their teeth checked. Their location is great, near South Parker Road, and the facility beautiful inside.
