Dr. Kaul has contributed more to my overall happiness than any other doctor. She fixed a chip in my front tooth that I had previously given-up trying to fix because the ”bonding” kept coming off. She does a great job letting me know what I should be focusing on. Now, I’m excited to work with her on my Invisalign treatment!

I am incredibly frustrated with this company. I had set up an automatic payment for a dental bill. Once the bill was paid off, they continued to pull my payments. After months of back and fourth I was FINALLY I was able to get my money back. A few weeks ago, I got a letter in the mail stating I was sent to collections for the same exact amount that they had sent me. The money they had originally pulled incorrectly that I had not owed them. I have tried contacting them & am not receiving ANY contact back. Do not do business with them if you want fair treatment. This has been going on for almost a year, I believe. Incredibly ridiculous.

I can not stress enough how amazing this dentist is! For being nervous about dentists and orthodontist, they made the environment friendly and welcoming! The staff was super friendly and the prices were great! I dont know how other perfect teeth locations are, but i highly recommend this one!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everyone was so awesome!! Dede and Jane really made my husband and I feel taken care of, and spent time explaining all of our options. Went in for a cleaning, discovered some cavities, and they walked us through the best treatment plan for our health and our budget. I would definitely go back, cannot recommend this office highly enough!!

After not having been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time, they made me feel completely comfortable in addition to caring for my teeth and gums. I have been going to Perfect Teeth South Holly for two years now and have to say this place is Awesome. As a military service member I actually enjoy getting my teeth clean because I dont ever leave in pain or my gums bleeding from other dentist I have been to. They also open early so I get my cleanings done before I even have to be at work.The staff, Dental Hygienists, and Dr. are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend Perfect Teeth South Holly for all families.

The dental hygienist there are wonderful!!! They are very easy going and care about your pain level. Each time I visit they constantly check in to make sure my comfort level is fine!! They genuinely care about the health of your teeth and discuss in depth about cost!! This is the best dental facility Ive ever attended. Ive been with Perfect Teeth since I was a child for both dentistry and orthodontic work. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming and Ive never had a bad experience with them! They always treat me like a good friend rather than just some client who comes in every six months for a clean up. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful office! Bridget went above and beyond to try and help get my daughter scheduled while she was here for the holidays. I was so thankful for all of her help and for making sure we were taken care of, I was going to call and tell the office manager what an incredible job she did. I was thrilled to hear she IS the office manager! Everyone there, including the dentist, is very friendly!

I love this branch. A couple of the other locations I’ve been to have so much turn over as far as staff and there’s usually always a familiar face at this location which I really appreciate. Friendly, efficient and professional and I never feel pressured to do any unnecessary treatments

I was in a few weeks ago and I am so impressed with the hygiene team. I had the quickest most comfortable xrays I’ve ever had taken before done by Melissa the assistant, who was incredibly good at her job as I also felt no pain whatsoever when she flossed my teeth. Jane who was the hygienist cleaned my teeth so quickly but it was the cleanest they’ve been in a while and she was so easy to talk to and gave me tips to help at home. Dr.Call had the most welcoming smile and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back. Thank you Melissa, Jane, and Dr.Call for exceeding my expectations and I look forward to seeing your 3 smiling faces next time i’m in.

Terrible exprience. Vicky was unhelpful and pretty hard to get a hold of. It took close to a year to rectify billing matter. I requeated a check for the credit i have on my account, after some battle they sent the check and i deposited the check. And then they send me a bill for the same amount asking for the check back. After a year still dealing with the terrible customer exprience. Ive been going to PT for over 18 years and this treatment by this office is horrible. Front desk people are great. Managment (vicky) is horrible. Find yourself another office. Stay away from this one.

I went in for a crown which was taken care of quickly and with hardly any discomfort. The dentist listened to me when she was fitting the crown and adjusting it for my bite. I have been here for cleanings as well and the hygenist is warm and friendly. Great service and quality dentistry for a great price!

I was really nervous about the procedure. I don’t like shots. The shots were painless and I felt very relaxed during the procedure. Would highly recommend this place.

PERFECT is exactly what you receive at this particular location. On 10/25/17 my son had so many issues with his teeth (over 17 teeth required work) and my wife and I were desperate for help ($). Weve been or spoken with other dentist offices and havent received such professional attention/service. The staff from the second you walk-in to the work completed on my sons teeth are flat-out the best Ive ever seen, heard of, or experienced. This is a real review! Believe me when I write that you need not to look any further for your dental needs!If there was a ten-star option on rating this office, Im sure I wouldnt be the only patient to do so. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment.

Interacted with five different members of the crew and I found them to all be very sweet.

I would give zero stars to this practice. I recently had a crown pop off of a lower back tooth. I went to this dentist office to have it assessed and see if they could put it back on. Long story short - the crown could not be placed back on. The remaining tooth was to be extracted. I went in for the next appointment to have the tooth extracted and was in the chair for 3 hours. The dentist still could not get all of the rest of the tooth out. They had to call a specialist and see if they could get me in same day to have the remnants properly extracted. The specialist/oral surgeon luckily had time to take me in that day and finish the job. What makes this a negative review is that the dentist kept digging around in my mouth trying to pull the tooth, causing more damage than necessary. The dentist should have known much much sooner that they were in over their heads. For having one tooth pulled, my entire mouth was sore for 1 week. I will never, ever go back to this specific dental practice. Thumbs Down!

Doctor refused to see me and had an attitude my mouth has been killing me for 3 days and she is going to say she can’t diagnose it becaus I have a sinus infection even tho cavities or gum disease can cause a sinus infection so how would I know what’s going on if she refuses to see me... I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here if you go to school to be a dentist you don’t have the right to get an attitude about treating people

They got me a same day appointment and re-filled a loose filling that was causing a lot of pain. Im so thankful!

Job well done by Perfect teeth staff at this location looking forward for another 10 cavity free years!
