Ive visited Dr. Scavuzzo s office before and I came back for a reason. The staff is absolutely impeccable and professional. Everything was explained in detail and I had a complete understanding of what will be taking place during my future visits.The facility is neat, clean and organized. The waiting room is very nice with plenty of seating. The parking lot is large enough and well marked.

Sharon, the dental hygienist, not only did a remarkably thorough job of cleaning my teeth but also explained to me the x-rays that were being taken and how they would be used. She was efficient, confident, and handled all the equipment with precision.Like Dr. Scavuzzo and the rest of the staff Sharon exemplified professionalism as well as caring.

My daughter went to this particular teeth cleaning appointment without me; I was very surprised to hear that she was only seen by a hygienist during her appointment. Apparently, she was not seen by the doctor at any time while she was there. I don’t think this was correct protocol and I’m a little disturbed. Seriously considering changing practices. Love the hours that Dr. Scavuzzo provides, but not at the expense of quality.

Overcharges and under delivers. Never go to this dentist. He is pushes people to get procedures they can’t afford then charges them more than other dentists. Also spends the entire procedure chit chatting with dental assistants which is so annoying.

Dr. Scavuzzo and team are wonderful. I am a difficult patient to numb. He was empathetic, believed that I wasnt just asking for extra drugs (laughing gas) and spent time waiting for all the numbing to kick in. I was there FOUR hours, and not once was I left alone without someone checking to see how I was doing. His assistant was lovely, funny and caring, and for once in a long long time of dentist hunting I did not leave claw marks in the leather chair from the pain. This is who you are looking for.

Dr Scavuzzo has a great chair side manner. I’ve been going to his practice for several years and have received nothing but top notch care.

“Dr. Frank” Scavuzzo treats us like family. Been going to him for as long as I can remember. He has the most gentle approach that I have ever felt. He is thorough, especially with all the most up-to-date equipment in his offices. The dental hygienists continually ask “how are you doing?” during the cleaning (they really care about your comfort). His office is easy to get to with tons of up close parking AND it’s in it’s own building (no stairs or elevators). Just as importantly as everything else, he doesn’t make you wait in his reception area. Your appointment will be met with a smile from his reception personnel and you will be in his “chair” at the appointment time. You have probably tried the rest...now try the best!!

Havent been to a dentist in years but time takes its toll on fillings. They got me in right away without having to go through the usual, sorry you need a new patient visit first, garbage. Dr. Scavuzzo was awesome. Very personable and professional. Made me feel comfortable before, during and after my new crown. Amazing service from his assistant Ices and front office person, Nikia, also. If you need an eatery recommendation (and Id your face isnt dead), Ices is an expert. Highly recommend this place. Ill be back (and that is saying A LOT!!!)

Dr Scavuzzos office rocks! Everyone who works there is friendly and professional, from the folks at the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr Frank. I feel very safe and comfortable the whole time. X-rays were easy, cleaning was thorough and painless.And his work is high quality. Because I had oral surgery a few decades ago, the roots on my front teeth are short. A prior dentist put a splint behind those teeth to support them so they would last longer. The original splint had to be replaced after two years. Dr Scavuzzo put in a second splint and that one has lasted well over a decade.

Dr Scavazzo is hands down the BEST dentist I’ve ever had! And I have had a lot of work done, second opinions, etc, but Dr Scavazzo’s ability to diagnose, formalize reasonable treatment plans, his work is on my teeth ... all are amazing!!! He takes time with his patients, is honest and fun. His team is obviously trained well and very professional. He is available for emergencies and has the best service I’ve ever seen in a dental practice. Thank you!!!

I cant explain how lucky and blessed I was to fall into this teams care. They took me in the day I called, registered me immediately, and performed an emergency tooth removal on the spot. Tiffany and Ansley were warm, caring, and welcoming at the front desk. Dr. Scavuzzo discussed everything that was going on with my teeth and x-rays and set out a course of action that best served my situation. I was given a follow up plan, prescriptions were available for me before leaving, and dates set to make sure I followed through with the necessary treatments. Scavuzzo dental care continually goes above and beyond to provide us with the best flexibility for our busy schedule. When we arrive they are always right on time and we never wait more than a minute or two for our appointment. Additionally, the staff is so friendly and ready to serve. I absolutely hate the dentist but this office at least makes it as pleasant as it can be.10 years ago I went to dentist that I could have sworn drilled into another tooth while doing a filling and because of that I havent seen a dentist since. Scavuzzos office confirmed it with an ex-ray.My mouth was full of tartar and what I thought, from feeling with my tongue, a lost cause. I chew and smoke and the response I got from them was, Youre a big boy and can make your own decisions. They were just honestly happy and proud that I went there.My wife forced me to go to the dentist while I was content with my pearly browns. It took four sessions but I am giving an honest smile again. I thought I was screwed in that aspect but they told me that it wasnt a problem.While I still hate going to the dentist, and will never not love going to the dentist, these people are good people.

As someone in their late 20s who’s already had over ten years of extremely invasive, painful, and anxiety ridden dental procedures due to uncaring dentists and practices, I am so grateful to have found Dr. Frank and his amazing practice.Needing an emergency procedure, Dr. Frank was able to squeeze me in that day, staying late in order to make my extraction happen. I was greeted warmly when I walked in and i instantly felt comfortable in his practice. I can not stress enough how all myprevious dental experiences, 4 of them being major procedures, have been truly traumatic.Dr. Frank did absolutely everything he could to put me at ease and make my procedure seamless and as pain free as possible. I was so impressed by how quickly and precisely he completed the procedure, all while making sure I was nothing less than at ease and comfortable.I once believed I would never find a dentist like Dr. Frank. I didn’t think they existed... I will continue to go to Dr. Frank for all of my dental needs as no other practice can compare to the professionalism, comfort, and care Dr. Frank provides.

Um.... simply wow!!! What an amazing experience I just had. My tooth cracked on my way home from work and they took me in immediately after I called. X-rayed my tooth, filled in the crack with a temporary fix and went over a plan to get it fixed. Charged nothing for the x-ray and filling!!! I am just blown away by their level of customer service. Thank you so much for taking a high stress (and painful) situation and turning it into such a positive experience.

My husband got an in lay and crown done by Frank Scavuzzo October 2016. Because of Dr. Scavuzzos negligence a void was left and decay set in. My husband had to have the in lay and crown replaced as it was done improperly. Having talked to Frank Scavuzzo on two different occasions he said he would refund our insurance and us. It never happened. We learned the hard way that we should have stayed in network with our insurance. Their office played a lot of games with us and we sent them all the x-rays and paperwork they asked for while they never returned calls or followed through My husband had to go through the pain and suffering of having to have the work re done and we had to pay for all of it. Stephanie his office manager (also his wife) would never respond. We contacted her 7 times with no returned calls and it was only after we felt we had no choice but to file a complaint with DORA (department of regulatory agencies) that she then responded telling us we could talk to their attorney. We waited to hear from her for their attorney information and again it never happened. I should have believed the other negative reviews and Im just dumbfounded that they wouldnt have wanted to make this right.

Scavuzzo is perhaps the best dentist I’ve ever met in my life. He really shows he cares about the health of our teeth and overwell being. The staff there is really outgoing, social, and friendly too. Very good dentist. Will always recommend!

I just had a teeth whitening session with Dr. Frank Scavuzzo and Im completely amazed with the results. When I arrived, I was greeted by Dr. Scavuzzos wife, Stephanie, and their friendly team of associates. I was made to feel right at home in their family-style office. Dr. Scavuzzo and his team took the time to understand my objectives and suggested a number of viable options. I chose the combination in-office/in-home treatment plan. Next, they took a impressions for a mold of my teeth (for my in-home use) and I returned a week later to begin the treatment. For the in-office portion, they took a few pictures so that we had a starting point for comparison. Then they applied a whitening solution to my teeth and used a new-fangled machine (dont recall what its called, but it was kind of a heat lamp) to enhance the effectiveness of the solution. Within 45 minutes, as was totally clear from the after pictures, my teeth were several shades whiter! The process was quick and painless. Then they sent me home with several tubes of whitening gel and the teeth mold to enhance the results from the in-office session. Its real easy to use. All I had to do was was to add the gel to the the mold and leave it in my mouth for 15 minutes every day for two weeks. Im halfway through the process and I continue to see progress! If youre thinking of whitening your teeth, I highly recommend a visit with Dr. Scavuzzo. It was a great experience. A big thanks to the entire Scavuzzo Dental Team.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scavuzzos for many years. My experience has always been great, considering that I stress out before every appointment. Dr. Scavuzzo provides the highest quality treatment and always makes sure I am feeling comfortable through every phase of the appointment. He is very honest and doesnt suggest unnecessary treatment. I would highly recommend him, especially if you stress about going to the dentist! I find his office hours extremely convenient. He is one of the few dentists that work until 7pm!

Dr Frank is one of a kind. I called him on a Sunday around 1045 am, told him what was going on. He instantly said to meet him over at his office at noon to see if we can come up with a game plan. My chipped tooth had progressed into my worst enemy and was kicking my butt. Dr Frank took a few xrays and explained a few options to go with. With in the next two hours that problem tooth was extracted on a SUNDAY! Thank you Dr Frank there isnt alot of people out here that go above and beyond to help people out like he does!

Did a horrible job on fillings, leaving me loathing my smile. Never responded to my many attempts to right their wrong, but wont stop nagging me to come back for cleaning.

Dr.scavuzzo looked at what needed to be done and instead of just rushing me and only working on my immediate concern he actually asked if I needed anything else worked on that was bothering me? I have never had a dentist go above and beyond for me like this ever. Stephanie,Veronica and Dr.Scavuzzo stayed until they were finished at 10:14 pm that is so unheard of. I LOVE Savuzzo Dental Care and all who work there. They are so kind and didnt make me feel uncomfortable about the condition of my teeth.
