Dr. Case and his team are the best dental team I have ever been to. Had a crown replaced on my front tooth and the process was super easy, fast, and completely painless. Very grateful for the wonderful work they did to match the color of the crown to my teeth. They are always on time and welcoming and get you in and our in a very structured and timely manner. I have also been very impressed with their processes during Covid since I had to get the replacement in the last month. Felt very safe the entire time.

I have also had occasion to have a cavity filled, and 2 crowns done by him, and the work was excellent, and not exorbitantly priced. My wife and I were recommended to Dr Cases practice by close friends. We are both very pleased with our experiences to date. The top of my tooth broke apart (old filling) and they were able to get me in the same day and repaired it rather easily. My previous dentist would have wanted to crown it (hes crown-happy!) so we made the move to Dr Case just in time. My wife and I are very pleased with friendly atmosphere, accommodating service, nice office space & modern equipment. We couldnt be more pleased!

Dr. Case is as all these folks will attest to, absolutely fantastic. Best dentist I have ever seen, deserves over five stars. He has a few hygienists that could use some work on their service skills and the billing is a nightmare. i have tried to pay a $30 outstanding bill, (backstory, I paid the full balance due on check out, this was an overage that was tacked on after my insurance claim.) for over two months but they have no online payment system and no one answers when I call to pay with a credit card over the phone. The front desk person literally just called to threaten a collections agency for $30 that I have been trying to pay. I wont even go into the fact that this is a $30 payment for a filling that has cracked after two months. I have referred people to this office but will not again.Attached is the voicemail transcript of the front desk calling to acknowledge that I have called to try and pay a few times yet still threatening to call a third-party collections agency.

Stacey at the front desk is a nightmare. She is uppity and rude. She has no decency. While sitting in the lobby, she addressed me about my bill from the front desk where eveyone can hear. Instantly I went up to the desk so we could talk more privately. Talk about unprofessional.I found out I was being charged because my cleaning was within the 6 month insurance time limit. When making the appoitment for that cleaning I asked to make sure we would be outside of the 6 month period, I was told it would be. So either they dont know how to check dates or they lied. The mistake was on their part and they didnt even offer to take any of the bill off even though they knew they were to blame. I immediately cancelled our following appointments scheduled for my other kids.The staff is very nice however and its too bad that have to work under Stacey. Dr. Case himself is just ok with friendliness, hes pretty aloof..Anyway this is my first google review but I just wanted others to know. This office came highly recommended to me. We tried them for about a year. We had a horrible experience there so took my family of 6 elsewhere.

2/6/2019I work in healthcare and this is one of the most disorganized clinics Ive ever been to. On my initial visit I was turned away after they had scheduled me because Dr. Case was in Mexico and therefore could not see a new patient. I should have never came back. When I had my crown done they nicked the side of my mouth and failed to tell me after the procedure (I was fully numb). It took 3 weeks to fully heal. In addition, the crown did not properly close so for the last 6 months Ive had intense pain anytime I drink cold water. Other places can complete a crown placement the day of. This place requires you to wear a temporary crown for 2 weeks, requiring you to return again for a fitting. I have emailed them about getting a refund for a failed procedure and they still have not responded. The scheduling process is arduous; unlike most clinics they do not have an online scheduler. I found myself playing phone tag every time I had to schedule an appointment. It was absolutely irritating. Lastly, they have forgotten to charged me twice for visits. I would come home to a phonecall asking for my credit card information because they neglected to do so while I was there. In my humble opinion, there are far more competent, modern, and organized establishments out there. If you are a new patient, steer clear from this place.

Dr. Case is great...but his office, not so much. His office staff, DEFINITELY NOT so much! This is one of those fast food offices, where you are treated in an open room with several other patients. This type of environment is MUCH LESS STERILE, people coughing all over each other, walking all around you while your mouth is stretched wide...talking to you about your personal treatment right in front of everyone else. I tried to discuss my displeasure with this arrangement as well as the rough treatment I got, and regarding the ASSISTANT who misaligned my bite when SHE shaped the filling INSTEAD of the dentist...I think that was unacceptable as well, but I was called an ASS by the girl they had call me back when I left an online concern about those issues. I guess they didnt want to hear about any of it...Wondering if this lack of privacy is even legal under HIPAA rules?!?!?! I wont return and I will do what I can to prevent others from experiencing this socialistic sort of care, and unprofessional, rude staff.

The entire staff work together to insure full service with dedication and patient concern. You will not find a dental service that is as reasonable, efficient and friendly as you will find here.

Make sure you call your insurance first. I was told by his dumb office staff they accepted my insurance. I gave them the numbers and everything and even showed the girl my card. Then after he took 3 mins to look in my mouth they said oh we dont take that plan only the other. Now they have the nerve to send this to collections. Thanks for the fraud to make money. I am a practitioner and i would never do that to my clients. EVER!
