I have never had such a welcoming, amazing experience at a physician’s office. We went for our son but now I’m thinking about going myself. I was floored by how kind and friendly the nurse was, and then how amazing, attentive and attuned the doctor was to my teen son and his needs. She spoke directly to him when relevant and to us only as needed which I really appreciated. The inclusiveness and support we experienced has been unmatched elsewhere. I can’t recommend them strongly enough and told everyone I could about the experience the next day. When is the last time you told everyone about a fantastic visit to the doctor? For me, it was never. Until now.

From the moment I stepped inside the Pride Family Medicine door I felt welcomed. The front desk staff was attentive, while also multitasking. I waited just a minute or so before being seen. The nurse was very friendly and thorough. Not long after I had my vitals done with the nurse, Dr. Whatley came in. She was friendly, attentive, and professional. Dr. Whatley made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I was saying. I have some Dr. anxiety issues and she, as well as the Pride staff, helped me feel more relaxed and eased some of the anxiety.I also appreciate that the staff all pronounced my name correctly. This may be a small detail, but it makes a big difference in feeling that you are more than just a medical chart, you are a unique and individual person.

First of all, I was so glad to find out they did hormone level testing. Went to 3 gynecologists who said they don’t do that. Everyone is so nice, and I love how they ask - are you wanting to ask the doctor about something else. It’s total care and on a personal note they are very thoughtful.

Excellent doctors. Poor front desk customer service. Front desk use to be excellent with previous owner. Front desk is about having a genuine welcoming personality and pleasant attitude, not seem bothered doing a job. Again, the doctors/nurse practitioners are the best I’ve ever visited, my current doctor and the one before her from previous owner, both excellent.

The office is very modern and clean. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I was seen right away with absolutely no wait. Raissa has excellent bedside manners, and this was truly the best medical care I’ve ever received. Her medical assistant, Brenda, was amazing as well and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a family medicine provider.

Dr. Whatley is professional and clearly knowledgeable; unfortunately, the staff is overwhelmingly insincere. While their LGBT specialization can be appreciated, somehow, you will still leave with a sour taste. I recommend finding an office with a more welcoming environment.Edit: It only gets worse. Just choose someone else.

This is the best medical practice I have ever been to. They not only tell you whats wrong, they also explain why it is happening.The level of care is top notch.

The office is beautiful and clean, the staff is very friendly and attentive. My appointment was at 2, the doors opened shortly before 2 from the staff’s lunch break and I had all my info given and was back in an exam room within 5 minutes. I had an appointment with Raissa and she was awesome, very attentive and thorough. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking high quality and efficient medical care (I called last Monday for an appointment and was seen within a week).

I absolutely love this place! Me being a mother of a transgender child, I am very careful on picking a compassionate place. These people are very compassionate people and very friendly. Best medical provider I’ve ever had, out of multiple states and cities where I’ve lived. I went to Pride looking for gender/trans inclusive healthcare but found much more than that. The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I never feel rushed and my concerns are always attended to. Patient portal responses come quickly and there are never weird billing issues. This is how all medical offices should be.

Pride Medicine and their staff are amazing. They empower you to have control over your health. They work with you and your goals. They especially don’t push treatments or medications. It shows they care and are passionate about their mission to meet everyone’s health care needs; they listen, they offer support, and they follow up. Ive never had a Dr or a nurse who actually listened to what I had to say or took into account how I felt about what was happening to me or how medications would affect me. I absolutely love this clinic. They made me feel like a person again and that what I feel is normal and ok. They listen and they see you. I believe they truly care about my well-being. 10/10 I would recommend and have recommended to anyone I know that has been looking for a good dr. In my opinion, I couldnt have found better!
