I originally rated this experience a 2/5 before seeing my Dr.After I edited it to a 4/5 that’s how good I felt about my appointment!Pros:— The front desk staff Helping me was very nice!— Dr. Halloran was incredible!1) He took the time to fully explain the answers to the questions I had2) I felt that I had his full attention3) set clear expectations and plan of action.Con: Originally I was frustrated with my appointment here, I arrived early and ended up waiting about 40 minutes to be seen (20 of which was after my appointment start time)Suggestion: Call or text your patients an update so we don’t have to wait in the lobby, (I couldn’t drive due to medical issues so I had to reschedule pickup.)P.sNot 5 stars because of timing (don’t come on a Monday if you can, they are busier than other days due to weekend accidents)

Called ARC about respiratory issues after fighting a 500+ acre fire in Horseshoe Bay. Staff at the call center were very concerned about toxic smoke inhalation and respiratory infection. We made an after hours appointment over an hour away from home due to the severity and recommendation of the ARC staff on the phone. The DOCTOR refused to treat/test for anything besides COVID-19. Discounted any suggestion that it could be from smoke inhalation. She became very frustrated and eventually walked out on us when we asked her what else it could. She REFUSED to acknowledge that it could be from anything other than COVID-19. Extremely unprofessional and should NOT be practicing medicine. We called our insurance company and spoke with an oncall doctor. We provided them all the same details and the vitals from the appointment and was told it was HIGHLY UNLIKELY that it was COVID-19. The oncall doctor was able to quickly diagnose it as bronchitis and that the lungs could not fully inflate. He sent in several prescriptions and recommend that if it gets any worse to seek medical care immediately. We will be contacting the Texas Attorneys Generals Office and the Texas Medical Board.@ARC You may contact Jolene.UPDATE... In reference to the comment below from ARC. No one from ARC ever tried to reach out to us.

I have had all three of my children see a physician at the ARC NOW clinic and we will definitely be back. My youngest saw the orthopedic doctor, Dr. Zinn, and she felt very confident when she left knowing that she was okay and she could go back to playing volleyball. My older two children both have seen the urgent care doctors, Dr. Pruitt and Dr. Zachariah both of which gave them great care. It was never a problem getting seen even when my daughter walked in without an appointment. I also love that they are so close to home for us and they are available when we need it the most since we all have crazy schedules. Thank you ARC NOW for such great service and care of my family.

I could give 0 stars if I could. The pediatric staff especially the people who draw blood are very incompetent. Please save the stress for your baby and yourself by avoiding this place for your baby.

I needed late appt. Got there ontime for a 8:20p appt. Was seen at 8:30 by Dr. Pruitt. He took the time to listen and provided me with good information. Very thorough. Great service all the way around. Highly recommend this clinic.

Saw PA Farris for ongoing back pain. He had a great bedside manner and figured out what was going on with me during the first visit. Extremely satisfied, I would recommend anyone to him.

Orthopedics not good at all! Dr. Zinn orders any patient that walks in the door xrays before evaluating the issue! If you refuse the xray until actually seeing Dr. Zinn, other patients will be put ahead of you!I walked out after waiting over 30 minutes then was told had to wait for 2 patients who were put in front of me but arrived 15 minutes after me because I refused xrays before ever seeing Dr. Zinn! This is the reason why insurance rates are so high! Unethical practices by doctors like this that subject their patients to unnecessary tests & possible harm from radiation!!Go to another orthopedic clinic!!
