I had my first experience with this office & staff last week. I was looking for a physician for my 58 y/o cousin who has mental disabilities. She is not hard to deal with but a sweet, caring individual is going to make it a lot further with her than others. Our last experience was with a dentist & she cried almost every visit.This staff was friendly, very helpful on the phone & in person. Nicole was amazing! She let me tell the history & problems first then she interacted with my cousin in such a loving & down to earth way. She didn’t act like a doctor who had more patients to see & had one hand on the door knob.I HIGHLY recommend this office !!

I love my PCP Nicole Zenon, she does a fabulous job. The nurses are always kind and listen intently when speaking to me before Nicole comes in. Room, lobby, and restrooms are always clean. Front desk is consistently helpful and polite. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they are always courteous and thorough and the dont make me feel like Im bothering them or wasting their time. This is a great practice and I am grateful to have found it when I did.

Nicole Zenon is my provider at Cedar Park Physicians. She is very knowledgeable, educated and qualified as a Nurse Practitioner. Nicole genuinely cares about the overall health, well-being and quality of her patients lives. She listens and understands even with unusual, challenging and chronic conditions. Nicole goes the extra mile to make sure that you get the best treatment available and that she is giving you every option and convenience for your situation.

I love this place from start to finish. Friendly staff when you when you walk in the door, thorough friendly staff throughout, to the prescription staff who help with your selection. Provider only called in 1 of 2 scripts. Phone calls were not returned timely. I left my message 1 hour before the 3:00 timeline. I then had to call the after hours # 3 times. I made it very clear when I called that I was at a excruciating pain.

I have been a patient with these guys from the beginning when it was just Dr.Ann Hathcock and she was doing mandatory physicals for my son in Pop Warner Football 20+ years ago. But today I am primarily reviewing the Cedar Park Physician Associates Scheduling Staff.Danielle went above and beyond trying to help with a solution to my scheduling problem.She listened to me and my problem and explained what the difficulties were in this instance. It took 3 calls back and forth with me and Danielle but we were able to arrive at a suitable decision. They worked me in quickly to get my medication refills, lab work, and necessary exam to keep me going and get ready for my upcoming surgery. Tasha Norman is an excellent provider who is easy to talk to and suggests practical solutions.

My mother has has me and the rest of my family attend this clinic for around 7 years now( not including my father because he knows how unorganized this place is). Hailey was a wonderful doctor, left the clinic. After she left I had another great doctor, male, although I can’t recall his name, he left the clinic as well. The only reason I kept coming was because they were in network with my insurance.Everything was okay up until the point where it was taking months for me to get my lab results and I would have to call myself (with no one answering the phone even if I called 7+ times) and never get a call back. The only time I ever got a call back was minutes before they were closing which at the time I worked every night and was busy.It’s been several months and they still haven’t given me any information, I’ve called the hospital instead because they actually answer the phone... :)If you want to waste you time, money, effort, and patience then definitely go to this clinic! Horrible service, everyone has an attitude especially at the front desk and why the hell would you have a telephone if you don’t answer it? Used to be 8/10 now a 0/10 would rate lower if I could.

My doctor, Dr. Tasha Norman is awesome. She puts you at ease and you can talk to her about anything. The only thing I wish is that she was the one taking your blood pressure. You would be so relaxed😄

Great experience as always with Tasha Norman and her staff. The lab tech always does a great job with the blood draw. Always a great overall visit which is why I have no problem driving an hour each way for a visit.

I hate the excessive pandemic propaganda. It actually does NOT make me feel safe. So many inconsistencies and illogical rules that follow. I guess if you subscribe to that thought this would be a good place for you. I did like the doctor and staff, though. He was quick, kind and I was there for what I needed.

The front desk ladies are very friendly and prompt. This was my first appointment with this provider- he isn’t very warm or engaging.

Dr. Hurlburt is the greatest Doctor I could have ever asked for. Every single appointment he makes it a point to take his time in answering questions, or getting to the root of what’s going. When I show concern, not only does he go throughly over details, but unlike most other Drs I’ve seen, he doesn’t get frustration answering what may be ‘dumb’ questions to rush you out to get to the next person, but responds with real life stories that relate. I cannot brag enough to every person about Dr. Hurlburt. My previous dr left and I had many unanswered questions about my health. I was skeptical having to change Drs. But it was the best change I didn’t know was needed. He’s given me confidence again in my health. Thank you for all that you do Dr. Hurlburt and staff. Front desk is always smiling, and quick to greet. I absolutely love this office and well worth the hour and a half drive.

Minimal wait time, friendly staff, Dr. Hurlburt was very easy going and attentive to my concerns. Lab results came back within 24 hours and were very easily viewed on the patient portal.

Medically Irresponsible. STAY AWAY.Denied a prescription refill because they wanted to see me for a checkup. No prior communication of this request for a checkup visit. This denial happened over the holidays and made it impossible to see a physician for more than 5 days. When informed that I was out of my medication by the pharmacist, the on-call person said this was not an emergency and denied even temporary relief in for the prescription refill.This place is clearly not interested in caring for patients and only concerned with making money at any cost. Not only bad business, but medically irresponsible.

I came here following Tasha Norman, and this office is wonderful. A zillion times more professional than her old office and all the staff here have been spectacular. I have also seen Dr. Holburt and he and his staff are also amazing. The office is very clean and a well oiled machine which is a blessing with COVID.They are the best!

Been going here for years, it got a little rundown for a while but I LOVE the new office feel. Everybody was super helpful and kind. My new provider, I forget his name is the first person that has got my mom off of pain meds after a back injury, she was addicted for 11 years!

I have been a patient for over 5+ yrs. I have received phenomenal care over the years. I am able to plan my day because I know I will not have to wait forever to be called back. The staff at check-in are friendly and Im always greeted with a smile when called back by my nurse. The doctors/nurses have never made me feel rushed or like Im just another patient. I appreciate them taking the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I highly recommend this office!

Easy check in, short wait, expert doctor!

Save your time, money, and effort, and avoid this place! My wife was seen by this location and was given a bait and switch upon arrival, we are being billed for services we did NOT receive, and you cannot get a hold of anyone to rectify the situation.

I had a very pleasant and productive first visit to this office from the front desk to the medical assistant and even the phlebotomist everyone was polite and efficient. My provider was Nicole Zenon, APRN, FNP and she was PHENOMENAL her bedside manner was marvelous and she took the time to listen!! I’m so thankful that I found this care team!!!!

It was good when Dr. Stoeckel was there. Now that hes gone, they charge twice as much (Im self pay). At the end of the appointment I ask them how much, they tell me, and I pay in full. Then a few weeks later, they bill me for additional charges. Never going back there.

During Covid, this office has the process buttoned up for providing testing “curbside”. Quick and effective. Highly recommend Nicole Zenon, and her team.

The nurse practitioner spends more time with you then dr. Neal herself, shes not very professional and they will still send you a bill for a physical. My family and I will never be going back here again and I suggest anybody else to not go back to this provider. I will also be informing my family members to stop their service with Doctor Neal.

I have gone to this office for about 7 years or so and while I have always been happy with my doctor, I found out today, 9-16-19, he hasn’t been with the practice since August 30. The receptionist told me today that they were working on notifying all his patients but after the fact is a bit too late. While I completely understand doctors leave practices, as I have worked for several myself, you don’t inform patients after their doctor has already left and leave patients hanging. I submitted a refill on a important medication through my pharmacy who then contacted the office, and I waited 2 weeks and never heard anything back to say it wouldn’t be refilled. I even sent a message through the patient portal to follow up. I understand I’m not his only patient and the world doesn’t evolve around me, this shows poor practice management. I hope to find my doctor who left at another practice and move my records there.

Came to this location because our primary Tasha Norman moved there. Have had nothing but an excellent experience. We love Dr. Tasha !

Ive only had one visit so far. But I moved to this office as my primary Tasha Norman recently moved to this office. Ive been seeing her for many years now and instantly opted to start going here once I learned she was moving.Currently it looks like the office is undergoing renovation and updating in the lobby area so will be nice to see once completed.

Seems like a big turnover of doctors. I was transferred three different times as one left after another. Record office is a disaster .signed for release of my documents to be sent to another Dr. office September 25th 2019 finally got them yesterday.

Not sure why they have such a low rating, but Ive had nothing BUT superior service. Dr Stoeckle is very attentive and professional, takes time listening and doesnt rush the visit. The staff has always been extremely fun and professional. I live an hour away, and they always make it possible for Dr Stoeckle to see me AND my wife at the same. Very accommodating and outgoing office.

I’ve been attending this office for 6 years now and I’ve found the most amazing Dr. named Mark Stoekel. The last time I went back I was pushed to some new doctor because apparently they’ve let Dr. Stoekel go which was obviously a huge mistake.Now this clinic looks like a third rate clinic used to treat the homeless and I kid you not you can see the difference right when you walk in the main lobby, this clinic does not care about its patients and they’ve made that clear.I’ve been waiting for almost a week now for an important prescription to be refilled and they’ve even acknowledged and confirmed it would be refilled and I’m still waiting meanwhile they are content being negligent so it seems.Steer far away from this place or you’ll end up writing a review like this one.

Never answers phone or returns calls, and consistently does not issue prescription refills for seemingly no reason whatsoever. I have been trying for weeks to make an appointment to renew my prescriptions. You get bounced around from one automated message to another - and have no recourse but to leave a message. They do not call back. One of the messages states that they now have online reservations - but Dr Stoeckel doesnt have that option. Fill out the form online and ask to be contacted - nothing. I like the doctors - but I cant reach them unless I drive in.

Dr.Nicole has always been amazing. I’ve seen her for several years and has always listened to my issue and given me options for treatment. I moved almost an hour away and still drive to this office because of the knowledge and care.

The staff (some) are unprofessional , uncaring, and not very welcoming. They are more concerned about money than the paitent. I went in after several visits to the ER. This was my second visit to this location. At my first visit I saw Mr. Hurlburt. He was offputting and somewhat rude to me and so I decided to see someone else.Cedar park ER said I have a blood clot and a early kidney infection or UTI so my appointment was meant to be a followup for that. I owed around $100 on my account and I was unsure as to why. Before I could even get my vitals a clerk came rushing into the exam room telling me her manager said I had to make a payment (in full)before theyd see me. They didnt check my vitals or ask how I was feeling they just cared about a lousy $100 and couldnt explain why I owed it. I was humiliated for $100 in front of my dad who offered to pay it, but I declined.No office should care more about a small sum of money more than the life of their paitents. Blood clots and un controlled infections kill people! I guess my life is worth $100.SAVE YOUR COPAY/SELF PAY monies and go somewhere that values life.

My son in law had to go several times to this ER. Worst place ever. Ive never seen so many uncaring people in one place. They all walked around casually , no hurry to treat patients, once in a room we had to ask for blankets and pillows, and took forever for the iv meds he needed. They even discharged him when he was still Ill, setting him in the waiting room and leaving before my daughter and I could get there.

WARNING !!!! My mother received an automated phone call today saying it was time to make an appointment with Dr Mark Stoeckle at Family First Healthcare on Ronald Reagan Blvd & prompted her to press # to make the appointment. When I looked up Family First it came up as Cedar Park Physician Associates. I called the # of Ronald Reagan Blvd location and asked if Dr Stoeckle was there and HE IS NOT!!! Strange thing is,it is NOT time for my mother to have a check up and she has never been to that location. VERY DECEPTIVE TACTIC BY CEDAR PARK PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATES AKA FAMILY FIRST HEALTHCARE!! Looking forward to Dr Stoeckels return somewhere!!! We miss him and need him!Changing my review from 5 to 1 because this clinic let my familys Dr Stoeckle go. He was the reason we all went this clinic. Waiting for Dr Stoeckle to resurface & we will follow!

The worst staff ever !!! Rude very argumentative. Dr Stoekel is great just need to fire all the staff and hire decent people that are actually helpful and return calls. Office manager is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with and dont try and get refills. The Dr assistants WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. THEY ARE RUDE AND ACT AS IF THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR BY REFILLING PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!!!

Nicole has been my primary care doc for a couple years and she is excellent. Easy to make an appointment online or when an emergency arises. I like being able to access my medical record on their portal. Also very easy to request a renewal of prescription. I am usual seen within 5 mins of my appt time.

I sent my husband here, because I see Dr. Hillbrick. My husband works and had to reschedule twice, but both times he did so abiding by their rescheduling policy. When he does get there for his appointment he is rejected because he didn’t arrive a full 30 mins ahead for paperwork (that literally takes 5 mins to fill out) regardless of driving an hour to get there AND they refused to even reschedule him because he had rescheduled previously even though he did so with full required notice. The thing that really bothers me, is I have certainly waited past my appointment times in this office. The first time I came they had to reschedule me because no one told me they did in house blood work and needed me to fast. So it’s perfectly okay for them to reschedule you, be late or make a mistake but apparently not the patient. I wouldn’t waste your time here.

This hospital gets 4 stars! It was clean and very detailed at the time for check in as a new patient. The only reason why it was 4 and not 5 stars was simply because of two things: Went here to get my colonoscopy done and the wait was close to an hour alone with only 3 of us waiting to be seen. Then, I have to be put under sedation for the procedure and it took four different people to try and get a hold of my veins to get the IV in, 4!!! Two regular assistants, the nurse anesthetist and last a senior anesthesiologist. I have gotten both arms, hands and wrist poked and numbed. No success. I told them this is common wherever I go but the normally able to get a blood flow with the first 3 mins. This took 15 mins. The senior A came in and was able to get it done in like 45secs. He should have been called first in my opinion. I marinated for about 30 minutes. The OPTech gave me so medicine and the next few seconds, I was out. Woke up in recovery room after about 45mins, no pain, no nothing. It went pretty successful.

The front office staff is the rudest I have experiencedThe young girl that is in the front was the rudegossipy and I heard her being unprofessional to othersI felt uncomfortable there as a patient who values privacy
