A truly excellent dentist’s office! Very kind and friendly staff, but there’s one hygienist who stands out in particular. James literally cleans your teeth better and more gently than anyone else I’ve ever seen, to the point where my wife and I honestly don’t want anyone else to clean our teeth. He explains every step of the process as it happens, he lets you know when you can close your mouth a bit to prevent strain, and he even adjusts the seat height throughout the cleaning to get every spot from the best angle possible. He also doesn’t ask you questions you can’t answer because hands are in your mouth.Seriously, he’s so good he makes you wonder why you were ever okay with any other dental hygienist. He is clearly a master at his craft.

I HATE GOING TO THE DENTISTS......BUT NOT THIS ONE. I HAVE HAD ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES EVER FOR JUST A SIMPLE TEETH CLEANING......The hygienist, James Cho, did exactly as he promised, I have SUPER ANXIETY due to past experiences, but James is a teeth angel. Thats no lie! He not only comforted me, he said you should always feel like it is a spa day when you get your teeth cleaned.....I didnt sweat, clinch or freak out as I normally would.JAMES IS AMAZING! BEST DENTAL PLACE I HAVE EVER FOUND!!!The staff is awesome and welcoming and they play great music louder than others places..... and I LOVE IT! FUN PLACE!!!!

If I could give this dental office zero stars I would. Initially, a few years ago, I gave them 5 stars and wrote a glowing review. Because of their friendliness and service all of my family started going here.Then the problems started. Our initial visit to this dental office involved a mouth injury that my son had and resulted in a crown to his front tooth.Dr. Kondoff (who is no longer there) was super friendly but suggested that we replace both front teeth so they matched. So we did. Months later the teeth turned blue (leaking) so the crowns had to be redone. She was super apologetic and put another set on. Months later the teeth turned blue again. This time Dr. Mateo replaced them. They were better but still not great. Over the course of the last several months, one of the front teeth has been turning blue again. Went to a new dentist to have them look at it. They said the crown was leaking and had been for quite some time due to the amount of decay. Now the crown has to be replaced AGAIN. A 4th time - and of course, insurance doesnt cover because it hasnt been 10 years. So here I am stuck with a $2100 dental bill correcting the consistent mistakes that were made at this office.My husband also had to have work that was done and re-done because it wasnt done properly the first time.This dental office has always friendly and as long as you are getting a simple teeth cleaning, they are fine. But if you require anything else, I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

Every time I go to Brush32 Dental in Cedar Park I’m treated like family. Everyone has had fantastic bedside manner. I’m not the easiest dental patient! Everyone there accommodates me and all my anxiety.

Everyone was and is very nice. They treat you like a person not a number. I would / will tell others about Brush 22.

The quality of service is ALWAYS great, however Ive had multiple issues with the explanation of billing of services rendered, whats included and not included. Dentist billing invoices are not the easiest invoices to make sense of. This resulted in me being unexpectedly charged an additional 200 plus dollars for something I was VERBALLY told would be included and had been paid for previously.

I had a very bad experience here and would not recommend going here for your dental work. I needed a root canal and after two long appointments sitting in the chair being drilled on the dentist gives up and states she can’t do it! I was never consulted that this was a maybe I can or maybe I can’t do it proposition. I was given a referral to endocrinologist to finish the job. I have already missed two days of work and now another day missed? I don’t want to spend my vacation time in dental chair! Ok they credit my insurance and charge me $700. Then they send me bill for an additional $1200. All for a failed attempt at a root canal! When I called to discuss the billing they informed me I would not be receiving a full refund but if I came in person to the office and filled out a BS form of theirs I would get a partial refund in 3 or 4 months! Don’t Go Here!

I’ve been going here for years and I like the atmosphere and people but I do not like that we make appts without setting the expectations of cost and what appt will entail like what I will be doing etc I just find out what I’m doing as I’m sitting in the chair I just feel like the expectations should be set to the customer but I clarified and they were able to help me fix the issue so I appreciate that and will still go here the office is nice and I’ve never had a problem with any of the work I’ve gotten done

Great facility from the reception to the hygienist to X-ray to the doctor! Top notch all staff and processes! Safe and clean! Free whitening on each cleaning! Customer service is exceptional! And, they don’t recommend treatments you don’t need. Customer for life!

Great staff that is super friendly and doesnt just tell you to floss, but helps you understand what is happening in your mouth, how to prevent it, and helps to make sure your benefits dont go to waste(especially at the end of the year).Best dental office Ive ever been to.Almost 100% women employed business.The hygienists and the doctor are pros and have good chemistry with each other so everything is gentle and flows well. Sometimes they have funny banter with each other that distracts from any discomfort in your mouth. 5 star for sure. These ladies are the bomb! 💣

I am new to Austin (moved here in March 2020) and this is a really friendly dentist office. There was a small hiccup with my first appointment; I received a call and set the appointment, but then when I called back because I didn’t receive confirmation, they said they had no record of my appointment. I had taken off that morning for work, so that was quite frustrating. Despite that, the staff is very welcoming, and I liked how the dentist really took the time to explain what my options are for my treatment. The only disappointment is that I have to wait (3) business days for my treatment plan to be emailed to me. They did call me to give me an update, which I appreciate, but I would have preferred to get it the same day or next business day at the latest.I plan to keep them as my dentist office and I would still recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Start off by saying the staff is nice and the dentist herself was very nice. Personality aside I’d rather see anybody else for dental or healthcare. Anything over a cavity is beyond the scope of this place. They have an oral surgeon who visits 2 times a month. Hope you have an issue around just those times. They only see consults for oral surgery after they finish so if they finish fast they will just try to cancel your appointment or move it. Because oral surgery is a hobby they practice. It’s your fault for not being flexible enough to change with 18 hr notice.Just save yourself time, pain, and headaches and chose anyone else.

I have never been to a friendlier office than Brush32Dental. The dentist and dental assistant made certain at every step that I could ask questions and made certain that I understood the procedure. My comfort was assured. Since the procedure-preparation for a bridge- took longer than I had anticipated, my ride home was not available. But the dental assistant Huda quickly insisted that she drive me several miles home. Never before have I experienced such caring treatment. I definitely will be returning to Brush32Dental in Cedar Park for future dental needs.

We had a very poor customer experience here. A filling they gave me fell out before even 2 years had passed. Another dentist then examined the filling that I had been given and said that the work had been done very poorly. He said as a dentist himself he would re-do any of his fillings that fell out before 2 years, free of charge, since the lifespan of those fillings is supposed to be 2-5 years.When I called Brush 32 with this information they refused to repair the filling for free.To make matters worse, after switching our dental practice we discovered that a supposed cavity they said my wife had (and that they wanted to fill) was *not* actually a cavity and did not need filling. Thankfully we did not follow their recommendation at the time. 3 years have now passed and her teeth are still as fine as ever.I would strongly discourage people from using this practice.

They always greet me with a smile and I feel appreciated as a patient. They always answer all my questions and they are happy to answer them all - no impatience and feeling like I am wasting their time. I never feel rushed through the appointment either and each visit is a great one. The dentists are all great and so are the technicians. This is a really great place to get your teeth cleaned and they will take great care of you! 😁👍

Stay away! Do not use this place for braces. We were sold on braces for my oldest son. EVERYTIME we have had anything done, a wire or brace has broken within a week. We didn’t find out until we had a problem the first month that there is no orthodontist at the location that put the braces on! They have roving orthodontist. So if anything brakes you have to wait until the next month. Needless to say adjustments that should have taken a year will now take over 2 years because something is always broken. The latest wait was 8 weeks and then within 24 hrs the brace on the tooth that needs to be pulled down came off! Called in and said we could go to Buda or wait another month! What a joke! I will be looking into getting my money back. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. ZERO customer service

They walked me through the entire process, both medical and financial. For the amount of work I had done, it was affordable. I have found my new, local and regular dentist office!

Transferred from the Round Rock location and honestly I’m so happy I did cause the people here are awesome!!! I forgot the name of the woman who cleaned my teeth, (I will update when I find out) but she was great and was actually providing me with lots of useful information that I wish I would’ve known a long time ago.. Dr. Kondoff was an absolute gem!! She’s so bright and friendly and just heart warming she makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. The ladies at the front desk were great too. Keep it up guys!! You don’t get service like this anywhere.

Went in to have my teeth checked out having not been to a dentist since a child. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. After the initial checkout and x-rays the dentist came in to go over the work needed. She was super friendly and descriptive of all the work and why it was needed. She also made sure throughout our conversation that I didnt have any questions. I would recommend anyone to come here and have work done.

This was my first visit to Brush 32 in Cedar Park and by far, the best dental experience Ive ever had. The staff were great, especially John Singleton, the dental assistant. He was very nice, professional, and considerate. Dr. Geoff Mateo was awesome! He fixed a previous filling from a different dentist and gave me two new ones. I never felt any pain or discomfort. I had my x-rays, exam, cleaning and fillings done in under 2 hours! This is my new dentist in Cedar Park.

I loved Dr. Kondoff but I have been having the WORST experience dealing with the office staff and even one or two of the dental assistants. Went in for a cleaning and turned into no cleaning but just FOUR HOURS of three assistants trying to make a temp crown and re-cement another. Within one day that temp crown cracked in three places and is no longer in place and the re-cemented crown has already popped off while I was eating GRILLED chicken. I explain to office staff I need scheduling at 3 or later and not one reminder call or text and turns out the last appointment was set for 2:50. So I’ve paid them all this money for incomplete and not done services and yet NO ONE has called me back to right this wrong and give me my money back so I can go to a new location since the dentist I came for is no longer there and I’m so dissatisfied with the whole service.

The experience here was more than excellent! right away i was greeted and help at the front desk,and there was hardly a wait. everything was nice and neat,clean and the staff was friendly. everyone here made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. i recommend this dental office to all my family and friends.

I had some major work done that brought me into see her and she made us feel at ease with the work I needed done. Our children grew up with her as their 1st dentist at ages 2 years old. we are so pleased with everyone at Brush 32 Dental. we as a family enjoy the ease of appointment making & scheduling. we also look forward to cleanings and check-ups! as my wife says, its like going to the Beauty shop and getting made beautiful! the staff makes you feel like family and is always willing to help with insurance questions and educate us on new things happening in the dental field. After many pamphlets in the mail, emails, online searching I have found a clean, reasonably priced for dental without dental insurance; a place to call my dental home! Brush 32 Dental here in Round Rock is conveniently located on the access road of 35 in the Sprouts shopping center. Its a beautiful Brush 32 Dental also offers you care credit and Metro Care dental plan for those who qualify. They will work with you any way they can to ensure that you get the dental care you need. I give the place 2 thumbs up and a full round of stars!

I called Brush32 Dental because they where in my insurance network .I had a severe tooth ache and was told to come in as soon as I could and they would treat me . I had called three other dentist was told it would be next week before they could see me . From the person I spoke with on the phone to all those involved with my treatment where outstanding !!! Liz took care of the financial part and gave me more than one option for payment, which made it very affordable . Tiffany Kondoff is the dentist that treated me , along with dental assistants (who where great as well ) . I HIGHLY recommend this dental office ! FYI I am switching my daughters dentist of 6 years, in order for her to see Tiffany. I also feel 100 percent better today , Thank you Tiffany and your staff for taking care of me : ) !!!

Everyone here has been truly a gem! They almost make me look forward to a root canal..I drive 15 miles and pass at least a dozen in network providers to get there and Ill never go anywhere else!

This office made going to the dentist less of a chore! Everyone was so upbeat and friendly. The dentist sat down and explained everything rather than just popping in and out. When I found out I needed a filling, the dentist and hygienist stayed late so I didn’t have to come back another day!

Great Experience every time we come in and when there is a bump in the road they make sure to clear it up quickly and make sure we are happy when we leave. They even got us a little gift considering we are getting married in a few weeks, it was so thoughtful I really appreciate it.

I found my favorite dentist: Dr. Tiffany Kondoff!! Shed been at Avery Ranch Dental and moved here, she was wonderful. She saved a tooth that would have just been capped, shes so careful and detailed. I appreciate her sweet, kind and attentive bedside manner. Its so important for someone that is so dentist adverse.

Walk, no, RUN away from this place. While all professional, nice and courteous looking on the outside, this is business first and dental care last. They tried to scam my entire family with unnecessary treatment like filling replacement and teeth sealing. None of which are covered 100% by Delta Dental, and they knew that. We are all adults. Adult teeth dont need to be sealed! For a second opinion, I went to a family owned practice elsewhere in Cedar Park. They determined that none of those recommended procedures by Brush 32 were necessary. Our teeth were fine. Brush 32 will happily take your money as they smile through their pearly whites. If you are a patient here, look elsewhere. Your pocketbook and teeth with thank you.

I came to the office not knowing what to expect. My lip was swollen and I was in pain, but the office girls made my appointment pleasurable. The Dr did her exam and gave me my options. I needed to retreat my root canal. Perla was helpful and patient with my toothache. Highly recommend.
