Dr. Hays is the best!! Never a adjustment I didn’t love. And Gabe always works with what’s best for the patient. Megan was always so sweet and helpful. You always get the best care here!

I took my 15 year old son to Dr Hay’s because his back was hurting due to weight training and sports. Dr. Hays was very thorough and eased his pain on the first visit. He also pinpointed the weak spots that were causing the pain and came up with a physical therapy regiment that strengthened the muscle groups. We were both very pleased. Dr. Hays’ PT sessions are helping him become a stronger athlete.

Best physical therapy ever!!! The entire staff here is so welcoming, understanding and eager to resolve any issue that walks through their doors. When I first wobbled through those doors after my car accident, I didn’t think anyone could make me feel better and in just 4 months they had me feeling better than ever ! Everyone who works here is all ears and will not only listen to any feedback, requests, concerns, day-to-day convos, but also will actively work towards resolving issue or connect to you in any conversation. I will only be recommending people to procare for physical therapy !! I don’t know what I would have done without this place after my car accident🙌🏻🙌🏻

Counseling has been absolutely great here and I definitely recommend that! As well as the physical therapy, Dr. Hays and his team really do care about the wellness and healing of their clients. The front desk receptionist is also so very sweet, kind and assisting every time I come. My accident put my life on pause and this team is helping finish recovery in the safest and healthiest way. I will recommend this facility.

I am seeing Dr. Hays and his team 3 times a week and I love it! David and Abraham are very helpful during the therapy sessions. Megan is very friendly and makes checking in a breeze!

My wife and I were in a pretty bad car accident. Our car was totaled and we sustained massive bruising, fractured ribs and sternum. We went to the Pro-Care Medical Center in Cedar Park. Everyone working there is kind, caring and most importantly has a positive, uplifting attitude. They prescribed our medicine and started us on the road to recovery. We have been going for over a month now and working with Dr. Hays and Jourdan several days a week is a pleasure, even fun. With music playing and big smiles when we walk in the door, they truly care about our well being. They dont push us when we are in pain but rather encourage us to do our best. Thanks to them, I was able to walk up the stairs to my house yesterday for the first time in weeks. When life gives you lemons, go to Pro-Care Cedar Park. They have the juicer.

Dr Hayes and Jordan are the absolute best. They are patient and kind, with such fantastic senses humor. After my accident I was in such pain that I was miserable, their knowledge and motivation to help me recover made my physical therapy easier to deal with. The office staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. This is a Great place to heal!

My experience with Pro Care was nothing less than fantastic. From staff, to treatment, Pro Care has exceed all expectations. Dr. Hayes is fantastic, even if I was having a hard time with treatment I could always count on Dr. Hayes to give me a good laugh. Jordan is excellent, attentive and really takes the time to get to know each patient. This place really is a great atmosphere and overall great place.

I received excellent care after being injured in a car accident. My treatment plan was tailored to my needs, and I feel that all of the staff care about their practice, and getting their clients back to their lives. Dr. Hays took the time to sit down with me to go over MRI results and gave excellent explanations, and he was very detailed about my plan of care and what to expect. I also have to mention that all of the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Overall a great experience during a difficult time

Dr. Hays and his staff (especially Jordan) are nothing short of amazing, knowledgeable, and kind!!! From the moment I stepped in the building to today, which is 3 months later, every single appointment I feel has been extremely beneficial to me.Dr. Hays has always been available and attentive to any questions or concerns I have regarding my shoulder and back pain and always clear in discussing a path forward and thorough in checking on how I was doing. After only a few appointments, and regardless of the leaps and bounds in the recovery process I had already made, Dr. Hays was still able to recognize a bigger underlying problem and suggested an MRI which proved to be absolutely crucial as the MRI uncovered several critical problems regarding my back and shoulder (which was huge) and allowed us to create a new plan of attack to maximize my rehabilitation which really helped me out and took my recovery process to the next level. In short Dr. Hays and his staff put forth the best attitudes creating a positive and comfortable environment while taking a comprehensive approach to genuine quality care. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience!!!Dr. Just (PCP) and his nurse were great too!!!Really everyone I interacted at ProCare was fabulous!!!The facility and the equipment is impressive as well!!!

Jordan, Dr. Hays, Kat and Bobbi are AWESOME! They are sensitive to my needs, knowledgable in their fields of expertise and genuinely nice people to be around. They have been helping me feel better after I was hit by an 18 wheeler. Great folks. I highly recommend this organization.

Dr Garcia is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. He was extremely tentative and tried to fix my issue rather than rush me in and out. I highly recommend this office. Great service all the way around.

Im a new patient but so far I could not be happier with the treatment Ive received. I love a chiropractor who says hes not going to bring me in for adjustments every few days, but instead gives me exercises to do on my own and checks my form to make sure Im doing everything correctly so that my body can heal itself. Between that and the treatments he did for me while I was there I feel like Im on my way to being free of pain.

The care and consideration for my families well being is over and beyond the care provided by any other in the area to include the VA or Scott and White. After being told, well your good, see ya in a month or two, we went to procare and finally received the care and proper treatment to get us back on our feet and moving in the right direction for all our health needs after our accident.The Stickley Family

Pro care is filled with plenty of amazing people who truly care about your health and show tremendous concern about your well-being. I received physical therapy care and the scheduling was easy and the sessions were very productive and efficient and it really helped me a lot. Going here was a great decision and I highly recommend this center.

My experience with Pro-Care located in Cedar Park was totally awesome. From the time you walk in the door the customer service displayed by the front desk was excellent. Tawanna and Jacquelyn were friendly, professional, informative, fast and gave just a warming vibe. Physical Therapy with Dr. Hayes was even better he was also professional, friendly and very easy to communicate with! I would recommend this office to anyone without a doubt!

I got hit by a drunk driver, and he turned my world upside down. I was hurt, upset, not sure how to go about anything. My attorneys paralegal suggested I see Dr. Hays for my injuries. That she had got into an accident and he took great care of her.I am so glad I did! Upon arrival, we sat down and the first thing he said was, consoling words that he was sorry this happend but that he was going to do everything he can to make sure I make a full recovery.I could tell he really sincerely cared about what he does and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was evaluated. He understood how everything works together in the body and no shortcuts were made. His positive attitude really helped me get through all of this and I have now completed my care.It was tough to get through, but he, and Jordan made going in three times a week not a chore. It was probably the best experience one could have in the situation. I am sincerely grateful that I was pointed in their direction.I never knew doctors, could make me feel so comfortable and in good hands as they did. I usually hate going to the doctor of any sort to be honest.I highly recommend putting your health and well being in their hands at Procare Medical Center Cedar Park!! This place is really terrible and very unprofessional. They called and harass me about leftover balance from the insurance. Stay away .

I have gone to the chiropractor here 2 times in one week just to take xrays and “talk” about my excruciating pain I have in my lower back due to a a fall.he told me he was referring me to an orthopedic dr but I have not heard from the specialist yet and it has been 2 weeks! During the First Week I met with thecP A in that office because of pain hoping she could write me a rx for some kind of pain relief. The medicine she prescribed was no help at all. I have called back and she still prescribed something that does not help. Today I called many times to reach dr Casey but no one is answering the phone! This office seems to be incompetent at taking care of their patients. Very disappointed and disgruntled. I have spent money on 3 co-pays and gotten no relief!
