I emailed so many people trying to find a certain service for my canine involving VOM. At least fifty emails to fifty different clinics in the surrounding Austin area. Tracie is the ONLY individual who even responded back. Not only did she respond, but she had information for me about who I could contact and who would be able to perform the service I needed.
