I suffer from chronic pain (peripheral neuropathy) as result of an auto accident in 2017. In these 4+ years, I have seen more doctors than anyone would ever want to see in one lifetime.In my personal experience, Dr. Mo is easily the most knowledgeable and compassionate chiropractor Ive treated with. In the short time I have been seeing him, I have already noticed positive changes in the condition of my spine in general. His adjustments, paired with decompression, massage, (and an uncomfortable amount of daily fluids) helps provide temporary relief from pain in my forearm and hand; also the overall symmetry and balance of my hips feels better than it has in years. I have received massage therapy on several occasions from 2 of the licensed practitioners at this location and they are also very professional and highly skilled in their area of expertise.I know that I have a long road of recovery ahead of me still, but I feel like I am truly in good hands with Dr. Mo & the people at chirofit. After many years of working out and being a soldier in the U.S Army my lower back was in constant state of pain. In 2016, I was near my breaking point... I had dealt with sever back pain for almost a year and tried almost every conservative treatment known to man. I sought treatment from multiple chiropractors; I even tried massage therapy, cupping and acupuncture only to receive little or temporary relieve. On a hunch I decided to visit Chirofit Wellness Center as a last resort before moving forward with a steroid injection. Dr. Mo spent several hours going over my medical history and creating a treatment plan that addressed my needs and desired activity level. After two weeks of treatment I felt 90% better and after three weeks I was 100% PAIN FREE. As a result of his treatment plan I never received a steroid injection. Dr. Mo is an amazing chiropractor and truly cares about his patients. He’s a dedicated professional and seeks constant improvement within his profession. If you’re at your wits’ end with back pain call Dr. Mo. He’ll take great care of you and get you back to normal in no time.

Dr. Mo is great. After the first adjustment I was able to sleep on my back for the first time in 13 years. I never even considered that as an option because I went in for neck and shoulder pain. I am a mess so I have to go quite often, but I am showing improvement every time I go. This is a process and things that took time to damage will take time to correct. The staff here are very nice and the massage therapists are great as well. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a patient for many years and have always been treated very well. They genuinely care about their patients and have many services available.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Mo for several years. It was not until I was out of the area for a few years, that I really realized how great I felt when I was able to be treated by Dr. Mo and his staff regularly. I truly believe that you dont know what youve got till its gone. Dr. Mo and his staff have taken care of us and made us feel as though we are part of the Chirofit family. I go regularly at least once a week to be adjusted. Dr. Mo has taught me a lot about wellness and taking care of the whole body. I have an issue with my hip and the muscles lock up at times. Ryan is fantastic when it comes to muscle therapy. A massage at least one to two times a month is just what that hip needs. Ryan know all about the muscles and how they work and educates me regularly about exercise and therapy to make me feel better. There are so many services available at Dr. Mo and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been attending Chirofit for nearly a decade now, and Dr. Mo and his staff are terrific.I have a number of joint, spine, and chronic pain issues and have been to see over a dozen chiropractors. Until I began getting treated by Dr. Mo, I had limited success.I get semi-regular adjustments on my spine and extremities, as well as deep tissue, therapeutic massage. The massage therapists are the absolute best at what they do. Chirofit also has a number of additional therapies including physical therapy and decompression.At this point I believe that my treatment at Chirofit is the primary reason I can still walk. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From our first visit we have been very pleased with Dr. Mo and the staff at Chirofit. Weve been going since June and I have improved greatly. The combination of adjustments, muscle stimulation,decompression and massage are making improvements in my husbands health also. A few weeks ago I had a massage on my IT bands and I can now sit on the floor cross-legged with very little pain.(Something I havent been able to do in YEARS!!!) I had been told by two doctors that Id probably need surgery to repair my frozen shoulder that occurred after a mastectomy. I went to Dr Mo as a last resort to avoid another surgery. Dr. Mo and his excellent staff were able to return my shoulder to full and totally painless mobility. Ive worked with Dr Mo, his masseuse and his physical therapist. They are each experts and I cannot say enough about the respect and admiration I have for all of them. I continue to work with them through personal training and regular adjustments and just feel so fortunate to have found a place here I know Im in such good hands.

Dr. Mo and staff are top notch. Friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Mo has been my go to doc for aches and pains for almost two year now. It makes a difference in my total feeling of well-being!About 10 months ago I started taking my nine-year old son to Dr. Mo. He loves seeing Dr. Mo and he has gotten to know his own body so well that he is able to let me know when it is time to go in for an adjustment. Anyway, my kiddo plays baseball and this season my husband noticed that the kid was not hitting as well as he had the previous season. As we were musing on why he that might be, I remembered that I sometimes have some weakness in my arms when I am not in proper alignment. Then I remembered that the kid had been having seeing Dr. Mo pretty regularly that previous season AND that he had recently been asking me to set something up with Dr. Mo. I set him up an appointment and Dr. Mo gave him an adjustment. The very next night we had a baseball game and, 2nd time up to bat, the kid hit a solid line drive. His overall hitting was better to. Went in with chronic lower back pain from an injury that happened 13 years ago while I was in the military. Since Dr. Mo has been adjusting me I feel like my old self again. Im able to continue with my passion as a personal trainer, be a dad and play with my kids and enjoy life pain free. I have been going to Chirofit Wellness for over 2 years now. I love it!!! The staff is always pleasant and understanding. Dr Mo always seems to have a way of fixing what ever is going on w/ me that day. I used to have chronic headaches and migraines. Now they are not as much of an issue. I recently was having issues w/ my shoulder that was causing a nerve to be pinched and was causing a lot of pain and affecting my work. Ive been struggling with a shoulder/chest injury since October 2015 and after seeing 4 doctors, 1 chiropractor, many blood work, x-rays, and an MRI, i still had no answers. Luckily, my fiancé was recommended to Chirofit and although I had lost all hope, I decided to give it one more shot with someone else. Because of my previous chiropractic experience I was scared and extremely nervous but once I met Dr. Mo I immediately felt a sense of relief! He was able to point out my issue instantly after seeing my X-ray and MRI. He was also able to notice the temperature difference in my arms which had been an issue for months and a symptom I forgot to mention. So for Dr. Mo to notice something that no one else had, that was a sign of hope for me. He has also been helping with my headaches, for almost 2 years now Ive had them daily, sometimes for days straight. After getting my adjustments Ive noticed a giant difference! I dont remember the last time I had a migraine, I do get the occasional short minor headache but nothing like before! My husband is active duty military and he got called in for duty. Instead of letting us cancel and make another appointment they made us pay for the whole hour. Then when I called to pay the lady at the front tried to charge us about 70 dollars more than what we should have been charged. They say they are military friendly but I guess they dont understand about not having control over when your husband is called in. We will never be going there again. Extremely disappointment in this business.

My experience with Chirofit Wellness Center has been a blessing to not only myself but other family members too! My mother & aunt were in a motor vehicle accident over a year ago. Dr. Mo has amazing skills. He comes to our office once in a week. After he adjusts my spin, neck, arm, I always feel much better. I have severe upper back pain and Dr. Mo helps me a lot. I play football for the Cedar Park Texas Punishers. Ive had knee problems for almost 2 years and no one was giving me answers on how to fix it . After consulting with Dr.Mo and coming up with a plan , I now have more function with my knee without pain . The staff is great and friendly. Im a former Division I Track athlete, semi-pro football player, and current elite obstacle course racing, ultra endurance racing athlete, and masters track athlete. I train HS, College, and Professional athlete At 42 my body goes through a lot. I started seeing Dr. Mo appx 8 months ago. Ive had several major break throughs in athletic performance since treatment started. During long ultra events I would have post race knee pain. Ive completed several 12+ hour long events since and have had zero knee pain. My body holds up much better during long grueling races, and from all distances between 400m - 50 miles+ I carry my speed more efficiently. I recover quicker and at 42 Im competing as strong as I did in my late 20s early 30s. I know the meticulous focus Dr. Mo places on regaining and maintaining body alignment has played a huge role. There have also been several nagging issues in my shoulder, elbow, and hip that Dr. Mo has quickly addressed. 42 & feeling 18! Thank you Dr. Mo & Staff.

My need to tell my story, I landed a great job as a outside sale person with 50% travel, in Austin and San Antonio. After 3 months of driving, I found myself calling in sick on October 13, 2014. 3 months and 4 doctors, 1 ER visit, 4 different Physical therapist, I was in so much pain I could not walk or drive or do any normal activities.Bob Carter​ referred me to Dr Mo, within 3 months I can say I feel good, getting back to normal, I can walk. I have also quit taking all the pain medicine, the other doctors gave me, I have taken advantage of the massage therapy which I highly recommend also.The Physical rehab is teaching me to strengthening my back the correct way so I can do the exercises at home. I will be forever grateful, to team at the office, they very professional. Due to my back issues, I have lost my job, and I am selling my home in Austin and moving. Dr. Mo and the team at Chirofit understand the athlete mentality & the importance of getting us back on the field. I am a 5-time Ironman and was training for Ironmans 6&7. My low back & IT bands had slowed my training & speeds to levels that had me considering cancelling my events. Within 6 weeks I had my old speed back and the pain was very manageable. If youre on Dr. Mos wellness plan, its unlimited visits every month for adjustments, electro stim, and decompression. I like it a lot. The way he adjusts is assisted by the chairs themselves, which are machines. Its a much more comfortable adjustment, and faster as well. I want to slowly detach myself from going as I get better, but it really does feel good to go to Dr. Mo regularly. The in-house massage therapists are awesome, and they also make custom orthotics (though I think they may only last a year even though theyre supposed to last for 2 years, and I am 120 pounds). Would I recommend Dr. Mo? Definitely. But for something chronic, I am not sure he can help a lot, though he can probably give you good advice.

I decided to go to Chirofit Wellness Center due to their late hours of operations which worked perfect with my work schedule. I was in two car accidents about a year ago and my back pain had slowly come back and was finally at a point of unbearable pain. Which interfered with all my daily activities.My initial appointment with Dr. Mo was very informative. First time visits last 2 hours and 45 mins. It consisted of a tour of the facility, a movement exam from Aaron whom is Dr. Mos assistant in training i believe, then Dr. Mo came into the room to do another exam, then comes the x-rays, and then the evaluation of the x-rays with Dr. Mo privately. He explained his findings very well, provided his custom plan for treatment and asked if there were any questions or need to explain further. Which i very much appreciated. I am glad that he makes sure the patient understands thoroughly. Before leaving he explain the different types of payment he offers. You can either pay as you go for chiro treatment or opt in for the membership which consists of a $899 enrollment fee and then $99 a month thereafter. The great thing about this is you can schedule as many adjustments as needed throughout that month and only pay $99 a month. I used my HSA account and signed up for the membership. They also have a membership for massages which i took advantaged off thinking it worked the same way but really you still need to pay for each massage but at a lower rate.All in all i went to Dr. Mo for a month and no longer experience any back, shoulder, or neck pain. A big thank you for that!Pros:Very informative initial visitClean facility (not to mention beautiful!)Great hours of operationLeft with no back pain! (A+++++)Cons:-During my initial visit i did not feel that Aaron informed me of his position/background clearly. I was not sure if he had any certifications or was licensed to actually touch the patients. He definitely had and knew all the medical vocabulary as Dr. Mo. And dressed very professional with slacks and button shirt. Which does not mean he is certified or licensed as most medical personnel wear white coats or scrubs. He did initially give me my exam as the same way Dr. Mo did. and Dr. Mo is obviously certified.Two events where i felt uncomfortable1) When i was asked to remove my sweater (which left me in a cami shirt) in front of Aaron and while he was in the room being under the impression that he was not licensed as a medical assistant, etc. (Given that i could of refused, this one was my fault)2) While getting my x-rays done by Aaron in the x-ray room. After the pictures were done he put them up to examine infront of me withOUT Dr. Mo present. Keep in mind this was an x-ray of my spine from the front and the outline of my breasts where very visible. When i saw that he was viewing all the x-rays one by one i felt SUPER exposed. (This was a big factor for me.) I guess i would of felt better if he had actually explained the results of my xrays, which makes sense why he was examining them but he did not explain anything regarding the xrays.-------------------------At the end of the day Dr. Mo did a wonderful thing for me. I am very happy with the end result. I do recommend ChiroFit Wellness Center to anyone looking for relief but i hope they take my review into consideration with their future patients.FYI, if i am mistaken and Aaron is actually certified then i do apologize. But i do recommend he or Dr. Mo make his background known to the patient as he physically interacts with them on a daily basis.

I have had serious pain management issues for years, and Dr. Mo has done absolute wonders for me!! His work has SIGNIFIGANTLY reduced my reliance on pain meds and increased my functionality. I used to have multiple epidural steroid injections into my spine and hip, and have not needed any since working with Dr. Mo!!!

Where do I start? The funny thing is, I happened here by accident! I thought I was calling a local message place on Cypress Creek and called Chirofit instead. That is what happens when you dont have your glasses on! Anyway, Dr. Mo answered the phone that day and told me they did massages. We got to talking and I ended up making an appointment with him as well as an appointment for a massage.The first day we met, Dr. Mo spent an incredible amount of time with me. I was a little skeptical, no VERY skeptical because I was so tired of appoinments, MRIs, etc. He asked me to give him a 2 week commitment. I did. He told me he could get me off my pain meds and get me back moving. I was encouraged. I think I have been going for around 3 weeks now and I am off my meds and working through the REAL problems. I had been told I had fibromyalsia but never really believed it. I now know that we are getting to the root of the problem and Im not just getting a quick fix. I am super encouraged seeing how his expertise and plan works!Now for his wonderful staff. Alicia is so sweet and very personable which gives the office a very good first impression. Everyone that Dr. Mo has hired is very well trained and they all do a great job. The massages are wonderful, not your fluffy kind, but the purposeful kind.For me it is very conveniently located in Cedar Park but if you have to drive, it will be well worthi it!
