Wow! What a team of caring people. From M.A. to check out desk. Kind, informative, and fun. Love questionnaire upon arrival asking about the level of care you expect, asked M.A. questions she was personable, she answered questions, made me feel very comfortable. Doctor was timely, I didnt sit in a room with my gown on swing my socked feet for eternity. Took the time to make sure I understood my medical care and what he SUGGESTED, (not told), felt like I was part of everything. Thanks guys. Heres to a long relationship!

I phoned for an appointment because I recently moved to Douglas County. The woman who answered the phone asked if I had Medicare, either as my primary or secondary health insurer. I replied that I have Blue Cross as my primary and because I am retired, I have Medicare as a secondary insurer. She apologized and said that they do not accept any new patients who have Medicare as either their primary or secondary insurer. I have never been refused medical care in past so this came as a surprise to me.
