This practice has gone south. Dr Werner is no longer part of the practice and the lack of patient centric medicine he is renowned for left with him. The medical staff could care less about treating your medical needs, they run nothing more than a cattle drive. After 14 years being a real doctor’s patient, with his departure they refuse to continue treatment for Dr. Werner’s patients or treatment plan as he did. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a real doctor. They are worthless. My wife and I have been ABANDONED.

Dr Werner is great. He is thoughtful & listens to everything I say. I feel like he really cared about me as a patient. I am so happy to have him for myPhysician. He is an Exceptional doctor.

I had a fantastic experience. Everything was explained to me in great detail. I was given clear directions both verbally and in writing. I was treated with courtesy and respect and felt listen to by the doctor.

He allows me to discuss whatever I would like at my appointments and I never feel rushed or as I’m not important. When I report for my appointment, his staff are very courteous, respectful, and kind. I only wait a few minutes before getting called to see my doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Werner and health fit medical.

Dr. Yamazaki is an exceptional Sports Medicine physician. He skillfully diagnosised my injury through conversation and analysis and used medical technology to determine the best plan of action for rehabilitation. I am so grateful for his expertise. Oakley the medical assistant conveyed my medical issue to Dr. Yamazaki in detail. He provided an overview of the appointment and I felt heard and reassured immediately. Christina is the front desk receptionist who welcomes each patient with a pleasant and kind introduction to the HealthFit Practice. Centura has an outstanding team of professionals!

Dr Werner spends the time to understand a patients interrelated health concerns and applies his extensive knowledge to your condition. They also have a world class sports medicine doctor at their practice.

I am almost 50 nd have had many doctors! Dr. Drew Werner is truly the best doctor I have ever dealt with. He cares ... really cares! Other doctors should be taking notes!!!

Dr. Werner took time with me. Not a 5 min appointment. They did a EKG of my heart in the office. But when I got home I realized I had done it with my smart phone and should have sent him a report. But I did enjoy how he took time to talk with me and thank the website telling how to prepare for my visit.

I have been there twice and both times were great experiences. Dr. Marco Gomez is so easy to talk to and really seemed to listen to my concerns and was thorough. I felt respected and heard. Dillion (sp?) was very kind and fun to talk to. Everyone I interacted with seemed very caring.

Let me just say that a family member of mine has been struggling woth health issues. She has gone to doctors, and never received answers. She put her faith in this institution, and ended up leaving the office crying. Not because of any diagnosis, but because she was made to feel insecure about worrying about her health. After speaking with Jody, she was told that she was basically an idiot for going to the doctor for PAIN. Jody was of no help at all. I would encourage everyone thinking about going to this institution to THINK AGAIN.

Receptionists are polite and knowledgeable. Nurse who screened me in was friendly and put me at ease. NP Jill Breed was thorough and addressed all my concerns, she didnt seem to be in a hurry like many doctors and nurses. She was also easy to talk to yet professional. I recommend this facility.

Dr Werner is a wonderful family doctor. After a ankle sprain and visits to three specialists with no pain relief and no clue to why it’s not healing, Dr Werner believes he knows what the issue is and I now have a path forward. He is very caring and always listens to my concerns. He never rushes through a visit and always makes me feel I’m his only patient. I’ve heard others say the same so I know he treats all his patients with the same care.

I needed a last minute appointment and the scheduler was able to find a doctor to see me on short notice through a tele-health appointment.

Dr. Gomez is personable, empathetic and knowledgeable about my health issues. He actively listens, is methodical and accurate with his diagnoses and is able to recommend different treatment options. I can think of no better primary care physician for me than Dr. Gomez.

Kristin is so good at really making sure you exhaust all options to figure out what’s going on and how to feel better. She is a great listener and has been wonderful for me as an adult and great for my little kids.

If you can actually love going to the doctor, this is it! No one is excited to have exams and tests, but you really are put at ease from the moment you walk in the door. The ladies at the desk are so friendly, the nurses/MAs are kind, and Kristyn is delightful and very patient (with kids and adults). Chelsea in the in-house LabCorb lab is very skilled (Im a hard stick - she rarely needs more than one stick to get my labs drawn) and quite personable. Sincerely a hidden gem of a practice... my only reservation with leaving this review is letting others in on the secret and making it harder to get in!

I’ve been coming here for about 2-ish years now. I’ve done in-person and telemedicine visits and both have gone smoothly. Dr. Gomez has always been professional, accessible, friendly, caring and exceptionally helpful. Truthfully, every single person I come into contact with (The ladies that take my blood, the front desk staff and the Nurses) have always been across the board amazing as well.It’s fairly easy to make appointments. The facility itself is always clean and well maintained. I really don’t have anything bad to say.Keep it up!

Dr. Yamazaki is awesome!! He explains the answers to your questions very thorough and makes sure you understand. If you need a procedure done he explains the entire procedure and answers any questions you have. Always gives you the opportunity to say no.

Dr. Yamazaki is one of the best In his field and very personable. He’s thorough and makes sure you understand your injury and what you need to do to get better fast. I have bursitis in my hip and needed a steroid injection into the joint. He explained every step of what he was doing and I was amazed that I never felt any pain from the needle other than some slight pressure. I’m now on the mend and will be starting physical therapy soon.I’m so relieved to have had my first full night’s sleep in a few weeks as the Christmas and New Years holidays made it difficult to get an appointment which was understandable so I was on my own to manage my pain.I must say that the office staff are very supportive and helpful when I had to communicate with the doctors for advice over the holidays.I recommend Dr. Yamazaki and his assistant Candice with the highest rating possible.

Great visit at the office. Arrived early and in and out before my scheduled appointment time!My frustration is the amount of time Ive wasted trying to pick up my prescriptions. Went to pick up my prescriptions later in the day and it had been canceled. The local pharmacy stated the provider canceled the script and being a Fri night the office is closed until Mon. Why would you cancel a script without notifying the patient? Script now being sent for the 3rd time. Hopefully it makes it. Will ask for paper scripts in the future.And then the script sent to Express Scripts was for 30 days where they require 90 day scripts for long term meds. Not sure where the mix up is, but a terrible way to put a damper on an otherwise great visit. It shouldnt take hours to get a medication.Just checked my express scripts prescriptions and it shows canceled by the doctor with zero patient notification. So now another round of calls starts.

This office has been by far the best out of all the offices Ive been to. They make me feel comfortable with how clean they are and everyone practicing safety precautions with COVID-19 crisis going on.

The Centura staff is pretty friendly and helpful.My doctor listens to my concerns and is ready to help make me feel better. The office staff practices safe Covid guidelines as well as the nurses and doctors.I feel very thankful that I have an amazing medical team that always tries to help me get better quickly.

The customer service at Centura Health in Castle Rock, Colorado far surpassed my expectations. I went into the office to get my seasonal flu shot. Pepper took the time to transfer my patient information to their new system, and had me inoculated and out the door in 20 minutes.Well done!

The doctor and his staff were direct and straight to the point, always taking time for me to understand everything they were doing and why. Up until now I have been frustrated, but I can easily say now that I have been seen by Dr Yamazaki it is only a matter of time before I’m back to an active life.

I came to Dr. Y. for help with my patellofemoral syndrome in my knees. They give you braces to take home that day, assure you they will be covered and make you sign for them. I was suspicious of this, because I know these things can be expensive, and Ive seen this happen before, so I MADE SURE before I accepted them that they would come at no cost. But they sortof shove them at you without a choice, and I was promised they wouldnt cost anything.Later, I got a bill from the brace company for $130 EACH. (They actually double the price when they submit it to insurance so that you end up paying the exact full price that you would if you ordered directly from them.)They didnt even work for me. I felt like my care was not personalized for me, as I saw every person in and out of there with the same braces prescribed. I think the braces company makes a lot of money from their partnership. I am now stuck paying $260, when Dr Y and his assistant ensured me they would cost little to none.When calling the braces company, they said I owe what I owe because I signed the agreement forms.I will not be continuing care here because this was extremely dishonest.

Dr Yamazaki is the best injury doctor I have ever seen! He listens when you tell him where your pain is and is willing to explore several non-surgical options first. I have already recommended him to someone and they had positive results also.

I very rarely leave negative feedback as I try to be as positive and understanding as possible, but I feel like I need to warn people about this clinic. I went here twice in a two week period and both times I received several calls and texts reminding me of my appointment and telling me to be there early. The reminders were great, but despite showing up early, as requested, I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes PAST my appointment time on both occasions. I mean, I get it, Ive been to dozens of doctors offices in my life and they are rarely on time. The thing that really frustrated me was when I tried to chat with the staff about it and they were completely indifferent. The lady at the front desk actually said, well, its a doctors office...they are always running behind. Does anyone else feel like that philosophy is a little off? Again, I get it, my sister is a nurse so I know how these things go. But simply being a doctors office does not give you license to always be late and, lest we forget, I actually am the customer so a little customer service would be awesome. Let me know when I might actually be seen, maybe consider scheduling fewer appts. in the day so that people can be seen in a more timely manner. All in all, if you value your time, go elsewhere.

I just tried ti make an appointment, when I called just an answering message all the times, cant even talk to anyone whuch makes me so overwelming. It is such a frustrating experience with thus clinic bow, before at lease can talk to a receptionist who maybe able to answer my phone call. I feel so left behind. Also, i think they just not so attentive to my needs sometimes, just feeling so routine in here sometimes. They will always charge me for everything but i dont feel the true care.

Dr Gomez no nonsense, straight talk, professional and understanding.

I did call prior to posting a review I recently switched insurances and was establishing new care. Not once were the potential charges explained to me. I guess I should have investigated more but in talking to other providers my charges would have been less than 100 dollars. Here I am being charged 167 and still have to go do a physical because that is done desperately so they can charge the insurance company twice.

Healthfit is an upstanding medical facility, offering interdisciplinary services i.e. Family practice, Sports Medicine, Womens health, PT, Personal trainers, massage, nutrition, not to mention they have the BEST care providers. I highly recommend Jill Hefti-Breed, NP!

Five Stars to the Doctors and team at HealthFit Family Medicine. The staff at the front desk are most likely the nicest, most helpful in the Castle Rock area. I called one morning for an issue with my eye and they made me feel like my issue was important to them. They squeezed my in and I expected to wait. I didnt wait long though, and the Dr. (Jill) gave me her full attention and all the time I wanted. Many thanks, as I realize whatever time I took came from her own time somewhere throughout the day. Ive lived in the area all my life (in my 50s), and I assure you HealthFit is THE BEST weve ever had. So blessed they have arrived!!

I have referred many people to this place and now I will share my horrible experience instead working at a pharmacy I would never in a million years suggest this place and now will tell people where not to go and this is the place not to go. I moved here 3 years ago had the same doctors most of my life never had a problem until here this place has the worst service the Back Office staff and admin management is rude and horrific cold and heartless shameful! The office staff runs the show if you want to speak to a doctor you thought you built a relationship with you are wrong. I pay cash for medical aesthetics and have no problem paying regular medical bills too. I go there 9-10 times a year minimum I had to cancel 3 appts over a years period of time due to accidents or traffic on the 25 and one time because of the flu. They drop you as a patient no matter what. No discussion. No matter what. Patients don’t really matter at all. I have referred many people to this place and now I will share my horrible experience instead working at a pharmacy I would never in a million years suggest this place and now will tell people where not to go instead. This place is where you should never go!

Dr Page always takes her time to get to know you and your personal health issues.

I am a new patient, on time with paperwork filled out when I walked in the door. I have been waiting 40 minutes from my appointment time. No advisement from staff as to what was happening. When I asked if this is typical of the provider I was seeing, I was told yes and sometimes longer. So far not impressed at all. Front staff was polite, it the only bright spot. In all I waited 1.5 hrs to see the provider. He had great reviews and I was curious. Once back I was very please with Dr Warner and the time he took with me. He addressed all my issues which was more then I expected in a new patient appointment. I can see why he runs behind. Very caring provider. I will schedule with more awareness now. Office staff also addressed concerns.

If I could give this office zero stars I would. Long wait times even though they expect and demand that you be there a half an hour before your appointment time. The office manager and medical assistant won’t return phone calls. They all seem to be so “busy”, yet nothing seems to get done! This is the worst Dr.’s office we have ever been to!

I love Jodie Stahley and Dr. Gomez. They are so sweet and tend to whatever ailment I am in for. Both providers have a wonderful bedside manner and are great at answering questions!

Made an appointment for a flu shot and showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time as instructed, waited just shy of an hour before being called back for the shot. Ridiculous.

Ive finally found a Drs office that is really here for me and my family! Ive been going here for over a year now and the office staff has been changed around to improve some issues that may have been existent before but they are now gone. Which only improves the quality of the practice! Even in a time of flood for them they were more than willing to squeeze me in, and weve all be in the position where we really need seen right away! I know it makes the wait time longer for some at times but Ive also waited extra knowing that others are looking for the same personal, not rushed attention from the Drs as I am. I more than happy to wait for that kind of personal attention!!! 5 + starts no doubt!!!

Dr. Werner is the BEST PCP in the Nation Bar None!

Ive gone here twice and the first time was fine. They were able to see me quickly and I got my prescription fast. The second time however was decent enough up until the bills started coming in. I just needed a routine physical which is covered by my insurance, but as I dont go to the doctor very often I figured Id get everything else included that my insurance would cover as part of a physical. The doctor left the room to verify what items were covered under insurance and came back and told me my requested tests were covered. Great!Well, three separate lab invoices and $270 later, I found out that all the tests I didnt need werent covered at all. They dont provide a invoice or receipt day of so you have to wait to see these surprise fees. Such as a charge for a behavioral health assessment which is the survey they force you to take before they will see you.I understand that its my responsibility to verify what will and will not be covered, but I trusted the doctor was telling me the truth. Im in the process of finding a new doctor.

Dr Yamazaki is so professional, intelligent, and can explain to anyone what is going on in their body. Ive been to many sport clinics in the past and nothing is great as this. So glad I am on the road to recovery after searching far and wide for a good place.

Kristi in billing did a great job of helping me understand these changes and gave me a good idea about how to anticipate the costs of a visit. Thank you!

I have seen a Dr twice now and just have to say shes the first Dr. Ive ever had that really seems to care. She called just to see how my pain was! Her.. Not anyone from her staff. I referred my daughter to her who also likes her and also said you could tell she cares. Thank you to the front desk ladies for being kind and concerned. On a side note.. They have a very nice office.Update: well now I guess a phone call on results isnt needed anymore. FYI I think if you need to change your medication that a call would be nice. Check your mail... Also daughter stopped going due to how she was treated by said Dr.

I love this practice! The women at the front desk are friendly, caring and professional. I dont know why a comment was made about a Medicaid patient not being treated as everyone with normal insurance, as I was on Medicaid at one point and was treated no different than any other patient. I was a long time patient of Dr. Perez, who was the greatest doctor and is now retired. I have also have seen Dr. Werner and Dr. Yamazaki (stem cell specialist). They really care about the well being of their patients and take the time to talk to you. The reason the docs fall behind on their appointments is that they dont rush their patients out. They are listening and talking to their patients, which takes time. I dont mind waiting a bit longer in the waiting room, because I know why they fall behind a bit. They are the best! I recommend this practice to anyone in the area who is searching for a good doctor.

I absolutely love this practice! They take the time and address my concerns without making me feel rushed. More important, I switched my children to this office and they feel more comfortable here then they did with the previous doctor. Our family has had some significant injuries that have lingured and I am happy to say we are finally injury free. The staff and doctors have always been helpful and caring. Make the switch, you will be happy.
