Really enjoyed going to this office. It really feels like they care. Dr Hallmark was very attentive and really tried to get to know me in order to provide the best care possible.

Dr Hallmark takes to discuss all your questions & concerns without giving the feeling that he is in a hurry or has something more important that he needs to do. This sometime causes wait time to be longer than usual but you dont mine because you know here is showing some other patient the same attention that you appreciate.

Office has serious issues with their billing and informing the patient that their insurance is not in their network. I was constantly lied to by the office personnel about certain issues concerning billing. Me and my family will be seeking a more honest medical office for future treatment.

I like Dr. Hallmark. He is very relatable and asks a ton of questions to ensure he is covering all bases. I feel comfortable with his insights and recommendations.The office staff has always been on point which may be difficult because Dr. Hallmark appears to be a very popular Dr.. They are quick to answer the phone, are always professionally courteous and return calls in a timely manner.The only ding I can point out is sometimes the wait times can go long. I recommend asking for the first appt of the day if you have to stick to a strict schedule.

Unfortunately spent too much time trying to get me to change medicines from those that had worked well. I know it’s a marketing ploy with drug companies, but it had adverse consequences for my health

Just called to make an appointment and the receptionist was very sweet and efficient. I have seen Dr. Hallmark before and he will take as much time as needed to see a patient and will not rush you through like so many other places.

I literally have no idea how this office is still in business. I was there three times; the first time I waited to see Dr. Hallmark for an hour and a half, the second time I waited to see Missy for 45 minutes. The third time, I hit the forty minute mark and left. There are so many other medical professionals in the area, it blows my mind that this practice can continue to operate like this. When I actually did see Missy the first time, I was rushed through my appointment and she forgot to give me birth control, the entire reason I was there.

Unbeleivably horrible place Dr wheatley was amazing but the office taff is rude nd has no regards to people at all i have been trying to have my records transfered for over 2 weeks and they just dont seem to care that I need them so I can get my thyroid meds refilled this place is a joke and should be closed

The pros was that they had availability to see me the same morning I called. The cons was that I had to wait at the pharmacy for an hour because they had the wrong birthday on the prescription and they didn’t sign the prescription. So a mixed bag.
