The care I have received at Founders Family Medicine has always been excellent. I have seen many of the providers, but Im most familiar with Beth.For many years she has addressed my health concerns with professionalism and compassion. Without hesitation, I unconditionally recommend Founders Family Medicine for any healthcare issue, small or large. Also, it is heartening to know that my medical decisions are being made by highly trained medical professionals and not by business executives.

Have been going here for close to a year and a half. To my dismay our family has had several health crisis. It is such a comfort to know the one constant is my service provider, Beth Hoekstra PA is there to give me excellent care. She has been a fabulous professional for both myself and my husband.Plus, Rikki at the front desk is a doll and works diligently to get the appointment time that you want.

Doctors are wonderful. Front desk staff uncoordinated. Disappointing they dont offer COVID vaccines for thier patients.

Very convenient location, friendly & knowledgeable staff and I always get back a timely response when I have questions or concerns. I’m very happy with Founders Family Medicine.

10/10 Recommend!The entire team at this clinic is wonderful as far as I am concerned but I mostly receive care from Katie Masters who truly cares for her patients. Down to earth and willing (and able) to take the time to discuss all my medical questions. A lot of doctors offices I have been to rush you through appointments and this is not the case for Founders.The clinic makes it very convenient and easy to get an appointment when needed and how you need it. Their telehealth service is very easy to use and their office never has a long wait time. Their portal is easy to use and they respond to their messages very quickly as well.Its comforting to know there is a doctors office in Castle Rock that is also urgent care and cares so much about the people in their community.

I work the same office hours as most urgent cares, so finding this one so close to home and it closing at 8:00pm was really relieving for me. I got to the location an hour before closing and I got turned away because they were “completely booked” with an empty parking lot and empty waiting room.It’s really frustrating when office hours are posted with no disclaimer stating you will be turned away if you arrive an hour before closing. Thankfully castle pines family medicine urgent care took me 30 minutes before their closing time with no problem at all. I think you guys should be more like them.

Founders Family Medicine is a doctors office that is a pleasure to have an appointment. The staff is friendly and efficient. They actually get you in at your appoint time! They process you through the steps of your appointment and dont waste your time sitting in a room staring at the walls.I see PA Tony Cerrillo. Tony is excellent, listens and takes care of business. He follows up and I receive referrals to other doctors that I didnt really expect. I appreciate the way he works and takes care of my health.

I called urgent care and was given an appointment immediately. I have ben a patient at the clinic for eleven years and have had continued good care.

It was my first time getting a papsmear and Katie was so nice and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Also the nurse tech was so nice. I will definitely go back!

I have been with Founders Family and Dr John Campbell for years. As with my most recent visit for a physical, the care, response, and timeliness are always great. I appreciate being able to fill out forms electronically and monitor test results and past visit results online in the patient portal.

I’ve only had great experiences with this office and their staff and doctors. Dr.Kleinert always takes the time to listen and she is really good and breaking down complicated medical terminology/procedures to ensure I am well informed before making decisions. The staff is very caring and kind as well.

I had a scheduled appointment and ended up waiting in my hot car for over 45 mins. I called the office twice to see what the hold up was, but I was still left waiting. This is not healthcare and this practice should be reported to the licensing authorities.

Do not go if you are unvaccinated. You will be guilted into getting it by being told you will kill other people when you get Covid. Your reason for not getting it (religious, personal and medical) will not be respected.

Zero compassion for their customers - I mean patients. Just another money-hungry assembly line doctors office. Didnt start off that way (been going here for over 10 years).Wife had a physical and needed a referral for a more advanced test. Despite saying she didnt want to come in again for an appointment - just needed the referral for the test - they told her to come in and ended up charging us anyway (insurance doesnt cover these basic appointments outside of the physical). After bringing it to their attention, figured theyd say sorry, our mistake, we coded the appointment wrong, dont worry about it. Nope.After having to repeatedly call (since Nicki rarely returns call for billing issues) waiting weeks for them to discuss it internally, they decided it was better to charge us for the appointment that we specifically said we didnt want to come in for just to get the referral based on a test she needed as an extension of her physical. They could have said wed get charged, but instead, said something vague like well note that for your appointment but never communicated it would be billed as a new appointment. Otherwise, we would have scheduled elsewhere and not come in.Were done with this place. The owners discussed it and decided the charge would stand. If someone specifically states they just need a referral and dont want to come in for another appointment (that insurance doesnt cover), and you know damn well youre going to charge them anyway, maybe you should be up front about it. I hope this was worth that single appointment money to you, because none of us will ever go back there.

Very frustrated with my experience. As a new patient I showed up early to my appointment but because I didn’t show up 30 minutes early (never was told that this was a requirement!) I was told I had to reschedule. Of course this was after I spent 25 minutes filling out new patient forms and handing over my insurance information. I can’t believe that’s how this Dr decided to treat a new patient. Front desk was very polite and asked the Dr to make an exception but I was still sent home. Waste of my time, which is valuable too. I won’t be going here and I’m back to looking for a new PCP.

I have always received excellent, prompt, professional care at this facility including 2 diagnoses that were miss diagnosed in other health care facilities! My family and I have been going there since it opened, about 15 years ago, and have NEVER had a bad experience. I have recommended this health care facility to my best friends!

First off, I went there for a physical as a new patient. They took my insurance info at the front desk and then I went in and had the physical done. When discussing the blood test I asked for extra tests to which the request was ignored, because my age didnt call for those tests, but they didnt bother to tell me they werent going to do them. Second, when they sent me the bill for the FULL cost of the physical, I emailed them and asked them why they didnt bill my insurance. The lady replied in a very snooty manner they had and that my insurance was cancelled. So I called my insurance company and after 3 hours of trying to figure out what was going on there were ZERO records of any claims filed or attempted. I call the doctors office and speak with someone and find out they put in the wrong insurance number, so I make sure to let the billing lady know that it was indeed their mistake and not mine. How hard is it to verify the right insurance number before getting snooty with a patient? And then to top it off, today, THEY CALLED MY GIRLFRIEND AND GAVE HER THE WRONG PERSONS TEST RESULTS!!!!!!!! The level of incompetence at this place is absurdly astounding. Im not going back and suggest everyone else stay away as well.

John Campbell is the best! He is so patient and took the time to listen to me and my mother-in-law, (who has cognitive issues) he then investigate for us and made sure we understood what was going on. Awesome awesome awesome!

I love just down the road and have used this practice when I’m unable to get into my primary’s office. I’ve been there for urgent care and regular primary. It’s easy to get an appointment, everyone is very friendly and helpful and the doctors and assistants are knowledgeable and have good bedside manner. I am grateful to have such a place locally.

Great customer service. The voice over the phone was friendly articulate very helpful and caring. These people had it together across the board when I was scared and sick needing rapid results covid testing. I am a healthcare provider myself & GREATLY appreciated them working late and being on the front lines while staying compassionate and patient and professional all the way. Founders Family is always very quick to help me with an appointment and my prescriptions (new or refills). I strongly recommend families and individuals use them for your healthcare needs.

Beware of who they refer you to. One place (Touchstone Imaging) charged me more than 60% from what they quoted me, and another (Colo. Orthopedic) chased me like a telemarketer.

Founders Family Medicine and Urgent care is awesome. A real person answered my call every time I called (which was several times) Every interaction was met with someone who was calm, unhurried, attentive and with integrity. (They never once gave the excuse they were busy, as to suggest they would be more kind and personal if somehow they were not experiencing what is just part of the job in healthcare - to be busy taking care of patients with urgent needs.) This was one of my best healthcare encounters in a long time.

If I could give this Drs office 10 stars, I would. They deserve it. I have been going here for 13 years and have not once had a bad experience. I love Dr. Campbell and always feel like he not only listens but actually hears me. I always appreciate his candidness with me. His assistant Amber deserves a shout out for sure. She goes above and beyond to make me feel cared for. I sure hope they never retire because if they do, I guess Im just going to have to die then.

I have used the Urgent Care several time and finally decided to go all in! The staff is amazing, so professional and polite! I have never been told they couldn’t see me...NEVER. I went for my first well women appointment yesterday with PA Katie and I must say I was impressed with how thorough she was. 5 stars all the way!

I highly recommend Founders Family Medicine. The PAs are awesome and willing to spend time with you. I have seen Tony and Beth and would recommend either.

They canceled my appointment for being 3 min late even though I completed two online check-ins prior to coming in. Was not told I had to be early to complete even more paper work just for a routine physical exam. Understand the staff are busy, but I felt their management of the situation was unprofessional. I took time off to have the appointment only to be canceled after I came in.

I find being a patient of Founders Family Medicine, I receive quality health care. Beth takes time to listen and follow thru in a timely matter. I am glad to have her part of MY BEST interest. Thank you.

Founders Family Medicine has been my go-to for decades. I moved to more than 30 miles away but will still make the drive to receive the best care. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this office.

Would give a five star (great experiences all around) if it wasnt for Tony Cerullo, who Id let go if this was my clinic. Very poor bedside manner. Had a teladoc call with him experiencing sore throat, fever, and chills. He recommended a covid and strep test.I politely requested a zpack in which he replied, no, Im not going to prescribe that for you because it doesnt treat viruses. I asked since he was testing for strep and Covid can develop into pnemonia, that he please consider the zpack as an option to get ahead of any developing bacterial infection, and asked again for a prescription. His response was no man, Im not gonna do that for you.I asked for a second opinion, and he said I could call back and schedule a follow up with another provider if I wanted. Test results come back with strep. And Im days behind on treatment because Tony decided to be stubborn and a poor provider.Outside of my experience with Tony, Founders has been great and Ill still consider them as my primary care facility. But, will wait 6 months for an appt, if needed, to avoid Tonys opinion and care.

Excellent medical care. I have been a patient for more than 3 years. This is the best practice that I have used in the over years I have been in Douglas County. Beth Hoekstra has been phenomenal. She is always prompt and on top of things, including appointments, followup, prescription refills and medical questions. The other providers I have seen on occasion have been top notch as well. Called to make an appointment, with insurance, during the COVID-19 pandemic and I was told they would “love to see me,” but would not because I was potentially infectious and not a prior patient. FOR SHAME on you and your contracting and protocols to deny a patient an office visit or tele-health session. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB, as well.

I have been utilizing the Founders Family Medicine & Urgent Care as my GP for well have 6 years. I can always be seen quickly and feel like the staff addresses the matters I bring to them. I see Tony Cerullo, PA, and Beth Hoekstra, PA, and both have been very courteous and knowledgeable.

This group is the best. They have a great business model, that is they are open 7 days a week. They are knowledgeable, professional and they can always work you in. I have had my family use them over the years for our walk in medical needs. I switched over two years ago to make them our primary care physician. I mainly see Dr Campbell, who is the nicest guy ever, but I have seen others at the practice and have never been disappointed. Also, I love their patient portal where you can access all of your records and ask questions. Thanks for showing us how medicine should be practiced.

I am very pleased I found the Founders Family Medicine and Urgent Care! They are friendly, competent, available and thorough in addressing my needs. I switched over to using them when my own (previous) doctors office could only schedule an appointment no less than 3 months in to the future and recommended 911 or an Urgent Care facility. That was my hint I needed to find a new doctor. This place is awesome!

Had a great experience yesterday for my annual exam. Professional and efficient.

So we changed insurance providers. We decided to give Founders Family Medicine a try. When my wife scheduled a visit she thought it would have been a wellness check. The Dr informed her that no next time would be when she was there but still talked about her wellness. All of my childrens Dr listened to us and made their visits a wellness check.So she discussed with Dr that she needed mammogram done annually. Founders Dr told her in order to do so she needed a genetic tests done in order to do these? Funny how my wife had been going through these with Kaiser Drs and they never once did or was asked those.Bottom line First impression is Founders Family Medicine seems to care more about making money instead of taking care of their patients needs. It should be the patient choice whether they want a procedure done with out strong arming or forcefully making them in order to do others procedure especially if its not necessary or a medical must do.I cancelled any appointment I was to have with them and we switched to UC Health next door who work with their patients instead of racking up un necessary medical procedures if the client chooses not to do them. If you like medical debt then go with Founders Family Medicine...Also not interested in any response from them because the writing is in the wall when it comes to this practice, $$$$$$$$ and we dont plan to come back to a Dr who doesnt listen to their clients needs.

I went in for my first appointment yesterday at 12 google maps takes you to the wrong building but I went in and asked where Founders is and they told me it was a couple buildings over.I went to check in and the receptionist or check in person asked me my name and date of birth then she asked me what time my appointment was for.I told her 12.00 she rotated in her chair to look at the clock on the wall behind her that said 12.07 to be fair,she then said I would not be able to be seen today as I am required to be there 15 minutes early to check in.I told her that I checked in online with personal information as well as medication and health history already to which she replied that that doesnt matter because I was a first time patient and it says I am required to check in in person 15 minutes early.I then told her that normally I would not be fussy but I am close to an emergency situation because I have lived here for just about a week and am in chemotherapy and have a devere blood pressure issue and that my first appointment with my Oncologist is not until next Friday.She then told me well then go to a emergency care I shared that I have been but they didnt know what to prescribe.All that to say I scheduled for next Tuesday at 4.30 and I give grace to her because maybe Covid has been a heavy burden on our medical support system and workers BUT I was pretty shocked at the attitude from her and I hope that this is not standard practice because you really never know what the situation of the person you are talking with is as I dont know hers but it is reasonable to expect a certain level of respect and compassion when you seek to obtain medical treatment.I also reviewed the entire website and check in procedure and am unable to find anywhere stating the 15 minute policy for new check in patients as a matter of fact when you do complete the online check in it ends with a big banner that says ALL SET!I have taken a photo of all the pages to share on Tuesday because I take her at her word it must be on there somewhere but rather than just complain here is some constructive criticism.Please make it clear about the 15 minutes on the site because like most people I am respectful of other people and their time especially my professional caregiver and please be mindful that people that come to patronize your place of business deserve respect as well.Thank youI have an update to this review,I returned for my rescheduled appointment and I shared my experience with my physician Lori who sent in Amber to meet with me.She was so respectful and listened to me,apologised for the experience and then thanked me for the time & effort in sharing this with their business because they really do care.She then proceeded to give me her direct line if I needed anything in the future as well as called me the following week to inquire how my oncology visit went.I must say I was reluctant to say anything about my initial vist here but I learned that sometimes its better to take the extra step because now I have a totally different opinion of this business and intend to bring the rest of my family here.Thank you Founders & Amber for listening and caring.

They are always on top of it! Everyone in the office. (Katie Masters is a little snotty but I just dont see her). But everyone else, Kleinert, Fitzgibbin, and office staff are a super delight. I have a lot of health concerns and Kleinert has addressed all of them with such long suffering. AMAZING!!!

My family has been treated at one time or another by all the Drs, and PAs at Founders Family Medicine. They have always made us feel like our opinion and information is important.When my Father-in-law moved in with us and needed to find a practice that would work with his multiple health needs, and would take his medicare, I called multiple practices in Castle Rock. None of which were willing to handle the multiple issues he had. Or they wouldnt take the medicare. Founders Family was so gracious and caring when I called to make the appointment. I truly felt like they cared about me as a person and wanted to help. Being able to limit the amount of Drs and Dr appointments was a huge thing. Tony listened to him and us, looked at his health history and was willing to handle issues other offices wouldnt and gave him such respect and peace of mind. Tony just made it not a big deal. Both my Father-in-law and us as care givers walked out of the appointment feeling so relieved and cared for.I have and will continue to recommend Founders Family Medicine to all who are looking for a great medical office.

I’ve been going to Founder’s Family Medacine for about 9 years now. Like all places the front desk has its ups and downs, but I feel like it’s been very consistent for a couple years now. The providers are great, it’s easy to get in for an appointment or even an urgent care visit (I’ve always brought my daughter here too). I especially like the communication and the patient portal that keeps track of everything and can easily refill prescriptions.

Came in mid-Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. Was able to get an appointment for 2pm that afternoon. Came back and was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Staff and Physicians Assistant were friendly and timely. Was able to get blood work and a hands-on exam when there; even received two test results while in the office. Received a prescription same day and then blood work results and a follow-up call on Sunday. This was my first experience at this Urgent Care; will go back should I ever need Urgent Care.

I had a great first experience with Founders Family Medicine. Starting with the person who took my information at the front desk who was so nice and helpful. Dr. Kleinert was very nice and very thorough. I am new to Colorado and so glad to have found such a good doctor. Also, a special thanks to Anna who gave me my Flu shot. I brought my daughter innocent a weekend, because she was sick. We were brought back quickly by a sweet and super cute nurse named Amber, and she was so knowledgeable and friendly, she and Dr Campbell are a great team. This was our first visit and we will be back!! Thank you!

They followed up with me about repeating lab work to see if there was Any improvement. When I asked to get the antibody at the visit to see if I had had COVID, they got me in to see a doctor to add it on to my bloodwork after a short screening. Very happy with them.

Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The building was extremely clean and smelled good. Dr. Campbell was very thorough and knowledgeable (I instantly liked him). I will be a new patient at Founders Medical and I am relieved to have found a great fit for myself and perhaps the rest of my family.

I was told I had a fractured thumb by the Doctor on site. Then I was called 2 days later and told it was not broken. What kinda of doctor cant look at x-rays and know what he is seeing??!!

I have had really good experiences at this center--everyone has been helpful and friendly. I also really like and respect my primary doctor. He has listened to me and taken the time to evaluate my situation. He has also referred me to providers that I felt comfortable with. Thumbs up!

I love the doctors but during Covid, when I had no insurance and no job they insisted that I come in to get my rx refilled (one I’ve been on for 12 years) and then agreed to do a telehealth appt that lasted 3 mins but couldn’t say what it would cost. Today I got a collection call about the balance on my account though I hadn’t received a bill. I guess the important thing is them collecting my payment for my appointment. Might have to start looking for a new doc.

The breadth & depth of Dr. Simons knowledge & experience is phenomenal!!! In addition, Dr. Simon is an incredible listener & has wonderful bed-side manner. He is one of those rare Physicians whose character provides his patients with greatest gift of all... a top-notch experience!!!If possible, we would give them 10 stars!!! Dr. Simon, Michaela, & staff at Founders deserve highest rating in all categories!! They are the real deal & exceed our expectations on a continual basis!!!

As usual FFM visit was excellent. From check in to the nurse Anna to Dr. Kleinert. the professionalism of everyone was excellent.

Founders Family Medicine is an outstanding practice! As someone who works with several physicians in a single specialty practice I certainly know several primary care groups. This group is outstanding! Dr. John Campbell is trustworthy and a straight shooter! I have also seen Ashley one of their PAs and she knows her stuff. Amber, one of their MAs, is caring, but also fun. This is a practice where you will get great customized care and they do treat you like family. Highly recommended!

I have been going here for annual physicals and unplanned things for four years. These guys are the best. They have such a great business model where you can get in so easily without an appointment. I make appointments for routine things, but if I am desperate I can always get in without any real wait. I highly recommend this office.
